First, I should warn you that training here is very different than what you're

used to. I like to shake people out of their comfort zones physically and

mentally. So expect the unexpected.

But it should also be a lot of fun if you take the right attitude.

That's the key here, mental attitude.

Now, for my first trick, I need a volunteer.
