- Players, this game is played in rounds.

Lights will dance around the floor

before stopping, revealing a number of static spotlights.

When the lights stop moving,

any player who finds and stands in a spotlight

will be through and move to the safe zone.

Any players who fail to stand in one of the spotlights

will play again.

The last player to stand in a spotlight

at the end of the game will be eliminated.

- It's musical chairs without music

and the chairs, just lights.

- Which means you got to throw your body around.

- I think some people might underestimate me

in this game due to my age, being 50, and my dad bod.

makes me feel so proud of myself.

You will be connected at the waist

by a length of rope that will be wrapped around one of you.

In your pairs, you must work together

to transfer the rope from one person to another

by spinning around without using your hands.

The last pair to transfer their rope will be split up

and must choose a new partner from the safe players.

They will then go head-to-head in the final round.

The last player to fully transfer their rope

to their partner will be eliminated.
