and what what insane people can actually create

is always fascinated us

so I got this really great piece by Charles Manson

I can show you an actual scorpion he made out of yarn

guys a dead brilliant folk artist

and this is what he spends his time in jail doing

cause he can't plot murders anymore

alright here we have something really unique um

this is actual skin tattoos in a jar

it's kind of dodgy where they come from

I we don't really show them to a ton of people but uh

you know a lot of people work in morgues

and they get a little bored sometimes

and they'll actually

shave and preserve the tattoos off

some of the the bodies that have been there for a while

and I I just think it makes incredible art

this is actually

one of my favorite pieces that we have in the store

right now Gacy

of course was the killer clown

I murdered and strangled young boys

buried them in his crawl space

and when he hit prison he often did these uh

portraits of other killers like the Zodiac

Little Mafia thing here with John Gotti

and what I love about this piece is

it has a handprint that he dipped in the paint

to represent the red blood

and you can actually measure your hand up

against the killer's

so yeah I've been obsessed with the

the Colin Mason killings for

for years now

and I've been trying to compile a good document to that

you know

the documentary didn't really cover all the stuff

and what I have here is a disc that I put together

um this is compiled off of different collectors

selling me videos selling me

different blogs that they've taped off the internet

some of them are really grainy too

but you can actually see him going crazier and crazier

and and it's just such a glimpse into his mind

and then we also I found some stuff on the cover up

that no one has seen yet

and I'm not sure exactly what we're gonna do with this

but when it gets out there

I think it's gonna blow people's minds

one of the questions that I still get to this day is

how could something so big get no media coverage

after all

this is one of the biggest cover UPS that we've had

in American history so I'll tell you

there are very very important people in Kohasset

and those very powerful and important people

know the residual effects

that a serial killer will have

when associated with their town

so we had to think of something

we had to think of something quick

no coverage went out people got paid

and Colin Mason no one even knew his name until now

welcome to Cohasset Massachusetts

a quiet

little seaside town near Cape Cod and south of Boston

or at least it was a quiet town

until about two years ago

when the young man who lived in this house

his name was Colin Mason

decided to shatter that quietness

and become Cohasset's first serial killer

this 17 year old high school student

videotaped his murders

took the videotapes uploaded them to the internet

so that everybody could see and embarrass the town

Kohasset officials had been able to withdraw

the videos from the internet

but still leaves for a very interesting story

so let's take a look at the story of Colin Mason

in the digital world we live in today

a person can become a celebrity virtually overnight

with such sites as YouTube

and all

1 million hits to a video can establish a celebrity

very quickly

if you look at Colin Mason

a kid who grew up in a poor family

with definite psychological and abandonment issues

no one paid attention to him

no one paid attention to his passion

which was film making

but they pay attention to him now

we are talking here about someone

who planned and executed numerous murders

and wasn't even out of high school

I mean it's terrifying

to think that someone so young could be so sick

and no one even noticed

there were numerous signs that this boy was not well

numerous signs and if he would have gotten that help

there's a very good chance

that none of this would have happened

those children could have been alive today

it seems like a child is too young to be affected

by this kind of trauma

the long lasting effects can be very real when uh

dealing with such repressed memories

and not knowing how to deal with them

the results can sometimes be

oh and especially in this case disastrous

he was an all around normal kid

except when it came to animals

I remember we were like 7 or 8 and uh

one time one day

we went outside to find a spot to build a treehouse and

uh Ricky Cody

the neighborhood bully at the time

was there with some friends

uh

and they just killed the bird

and I saw the bird sitting there

I looked over to Colin

I was like looking in his eyes and uh this

this made him crazy a little bit

he grabbed a freaking branch

and started beating the hell out of the kid

and everyone just like backs off

and I never seen anyone like that before

and I never seen him like that before

but that's crazy

Colin loved animals man

I think he was even

he was more devastated by the death of his dog than

the death of his parents

and the signs appeared when he was 7 years old

pushing for the funeral of his dog

and instantly forgetting the murder of his parents

any competent doctor any guardian

would have seen that this child had problems

no one did anything for him

he got older things got worse

34 films in total between 2006 and 2007 alone

most of these films involved torture

rape and suicide but most times murder

it can be inferred that people

who are watching these films

are doing so for pleasure

due to sexual inadequacy

and this thing has such a weird sorted story

cause when when the cover up happened

threw it away

they tried to really just erase this crime from memory

and there there must have been one cop

who was more of an entrepreneur
