We need direct evidence

tampered with the gas system.

Without it, I'm not convinced.

What if we turn the caretaker,
Daniel Matoukou,

to give evidence against Turner?

weren't functioning properly,

but he didn't try
to get them repaired

or serviced.

as they're compacted.
