to both those questions,

actually quite simple.

The EpiPen didn't work

because Susie was not
in anaphylactic shock.

Despite the presence
of peanut oil in her mouth,

peanuts had nothing
to do with Susie's death.

to get peanut traces

into Susie's system to back up
the anaphylaxis theory.

So what did you do?

You put peanut oil
on your fingers,

and as you pretended
to check Susie's airway,

you transferred the oil from your
fingers into Susie's mouth.

With everyone believing Susie
had died from anaphylaxis,

you knew the snake venom
wouldn't be detected

in a postmortem unless
the coroner was looking for it,

which he wasn't.

So we asked him to look again.

Guess what he found?

But, nah, I don't get it.

How could she have injected
Suze with the snake venom

without her noticing?

at her home earlier that morning.
