are made up of dozens,

of tiny wireless nodes.

Think of it as some sort
of underground AT&T.

Only completely decentralized.

search it.

I know that Nemec
was communicating with Tal

on this network,

but there's no way to find out
what was being said.

- There's more information
you can get from mesh networks.

are on the network,

they're communicating.

The CIA doesn't just monitor
democratic uprising.

it's your job to catch Tal.
