a different kind of care.

It was all nonsense.

telling him
what he needed to hear.

- You know, we're always
reminding ourselves

that our patients are people on
what could be their worst days.

They have all these
pressures and fears

and challenges that we need
to be sensitive to,

but it's also important
to remember that we're people.

You know,
we have hard days too.

We mess up.
- Yeah.

Sometimes we need to do better.

But sometimes we need
to acknowledge that we're

doing the best we can.

And that's all we can do.

- And that applies
to everybody, even Tom Hanks.

- You know, here at St. Denis,
we don't just provide care.

We care about our work,
about each other.

And that's what's important,
not a review on the-- oh,
