the really lovely support

from my mum and my clad growing up.

That's my husband.
He was quite a joker, actually.

He used to make you

and built a boat in our kitchen.

My dad's been such a huge loss
to me and my mum and my brother.

Our children, his grandchildren,
really miss him dearly.

And it's sad to know
that he never got to meet Heidie.

You know, my mum lost her
best friend, her lifelong partner,

and she's found that really,
really hard to deal with.

When you lose somebody
that you've had a lifetime with,

it's not easy.

It gets on top of you
when you're on your own.

I live a different life now.

Since losing my clad,
it's really made me realise

that spending time with loved ones

is really, really precious,

and active and healthy,

and passed away within four months.
