with those death threats it 00:17:34.480 is serious because two members of 00:17:36.080 parliament in Britain have been murdered 00:17:37.880 in the last 10 years by people who 00:17:39.640 didn't agree with their opinion so I 00:17:41.320 think there's a responsibility that Elon 00:17:43.559 has which he has to tread carefully 00:17:45.520 about in how he says things about public 00:17:48.480 officials however he's absolutely right 00:17:52.480 to say that this is a scandal that 00:17:54.679 hasn't gone away that the cover up has 00:17:57.000 never been properly investigated that 00:19:04.679 the villain of a bullying incident that 00:19:07.000 went viral because there was a a clip 00:19:09.159 when in fact he was the victim the judge 00:19:11.760 made it crystal clear in his very 00:19:13.760 extensive ruling which I read at length 00:19:16.440 last night it's it's many many pages 00:19:18.720 it's extremely detailed it includes his 00:19:21.080 analysis of all the witness statements 00:19:23.400 uh what the school have told him all the 00:19:25.360 documentary evidence everything there's 00:19:26.919 no doubt that the judge's conclusion 00:19:29.440 is that the victim was the victim that 00:19:33.159 the boy who did the bullying in the 00:19:35.280 video that went viral uh Bailey who who 00:19:38.200 was befriended by Tommy Robinson that he 00:19:40.840 was also a victim in many ways of The 00:19:43.080 Firestorm that erupted after this story 00:19:45.520 went viral um he also made it clear that 00:19:48.320 bayy had not had a racial motivation 00:19:50.760 that he could establish against a Syrian 00:19:52.400 refugee which had been the original 00:19:54.600 narrative that went out there so it was 00:19:56.520 it was very educational this judgment in 00:19:58.840 many ways he get into the bottom of what 00:20:00.559 had happened but he also made clear that 00:20:02.400 the five witnesses which Robinson 00:20:04.120 brought to court to try and support his 00:20:06.840 his proposition that this Syrian refugee 00:20:09.320 was the bad one of the two that all of 00:20:12.000 their evidence was lacking in 00:20:13.799 credibility in fact he called it uh he 00:20:16.320 said some of them clearly invented their 00:20:18.320 testimony completely um and he was very 00:20:21.039 scathing about the quality of the 00:20:22.919 evidence of everyone that Robinson 00:20:24.960 brought there and in the end he found uh 00:20:27.360 Robinson guilty of defamation he finded 00:20:29.840 him £100,000 and I think £700,000 in 00:20:33.559 legal cost and he made it crystal clear 00:20:35.280 to him do not repeat these lies about 00:20:37.559 this Syrian refugee boy Jamal again and 00:20:41.720 all that Robinson did was go away and 00:20:44.120 repeat them to absolutely everyone 00:20:46.159 including in this film uh to wide 00:20:48.480 audiences and they are ultimately lies 00:20:51.919 as proven in a very forensic and 00:20:55.159 extensive court case held by a very 00:20:58.280 eminent an judge so my problem with with 00:21:01.840 Robinson is that he's trying to portray 00:21:04.799 himself as this great martyr
