The Constitution provides every person
with a fundamental right to privacy.

JACK: If counsel is referring
to Griswold and Roe,

the court limited fundamental rights
to those of personal autonomy,

such as abortion and birth control.
That's a far cry from love letters.

explicitly protects some rights

and not others
necessarily suggests

that the framers did not intend to
protect those rights they chose to omit.

They chose to omit privacy, therefore
it must be a legal fiction.
