CULINARY CLASS WARS

Exorbitant Diner was so good.

What I really liked was
the lobster brisket jjamppong.

I got so much lobster for so little.

And I thought the soup was great as well.

I ordered
the caviar albap heaven the most.

The roes danced around
in your mouth, popping.

And combining them
with the seaweed worked great.

I really enjoyed it.

I think every item on our menu
was a smash hit.

So we knew we were doing well.

[blackwhite] My favorite dish

was Triple Chinese Restaurant's
mala dim sum.

They had the best shape, smell, and taste.

It was delicious.

The shrimp was so juicy and flavorful.

The crispy texture and sound was amazing.

We just kept our cool
and outperformed everyone else.

[Kook-joo] Mister Jang's Eatery
had a pasta that had ssamjang in it.

I think they were going for a fusion,

blending Western and Korean cuisine
together.

And I love that they had the courage
to try something experimental.

And the assorted jeon too.

They had the caviar on top.
It was so good.

I was feeling pretty confident
we weren't going to be eliminated.

I think that the Blue House
master chef's tendon was my favorite.

And it wasn't just about its flavor.

When I tasted the tempura and the rice,

I could tell the chef had stuck
to the basics and nailed them.

Out of all the dishes I had today,
the mapo tofu was my personal favorite.

Right when I took a bite, I thought,
That one's gonna be my favorite today."

I've done all I can,
and I have no regrets.

WHAT ARE THE FINAL RESULTS
OF THE RESTAURANT MISSION?
