as a shell corporation to hold all their clean money.

Jeff is the face of their legit side.

then why are they after him?

from a gang is a hell of a risk.

Now, they said that it was wired to an offshore account

which means that Jeff is on the run with a thumb drive

with $12 million in clean, untraceable cash.
