okay so this is really important

now that you've set up your email fulfillment

for your coloring pages

or whatever businesses that you're doing

and now we need to make sure that we set the limits

for your actual account so do this with me

on the left side of your screen

you're gonna click into settings inside of settings

you're gonna click into I think it's company billing

so you should see your credit card here

if you don't have your credit card here

automatically make sure you add one and here's why

so inside of marketing

we have to send emails and so companies

they're like active campaign

convert kit all these email companies

they charge a flat monthly fee

for example

on one of our other businesses we use active campaign

we're being charged $500 a month

for a certain number of contacts

the bad thing about that is

regardless if you send emails or not

you're still gonna be charged

they $500 a month

in order to maintain those active contacts

inside of active campaign

much of the other

email services work the exact same way

the way Go High Level works

is they actually charge per email send

which is really cool

because if you're not sending the emails

you won't be charged and so the way they charge it is

it's a tenth of a penny per email cent

so $10 will get you roughly 10,000 emails

which is extremely

extremely a good a good price for 10,000 emails

what you need to do is

you're gonna scroll down to where it says

total balance here

and you see this line that says auto recharge with

so what this is gonna do is

once you've ran through and you start sending emails

Cash Flow School will actually charge you $10

because that's what it's set at

that $10 is going to produce roughly 10,000 emails

now if you want to increase that auto charge to $25

you know it's 25,000 emails

and so is set that at whatever you want

I would recommend setting it 25 or 50 dollars

so you don't get recharged every $10

especially when you start growing your business

but just know that

if that charge of $10 doesn't go through

with whatever card you have on account

that you won't be able to send emails

so make sure you're staying on top of it

and that that $10 goes through

once you start sending email

an email account says like an order confirmation

or when you send an email

to fulfill some of the coloring books

or any kind of digital product you use

that counts as an email begin

a tenth of a penny per email

so $10 should be about 10,000 emails

we've been noticing

some of the chargers for $10 aren't going through

we will set up an automation that email you out

letting you know like hey

the card didn't go through most of the time

it's not because you don't have $10

because the bank is noticing a small transaction

that it's not used to so a lot of times

you just have to call your bank and say hey

just a heads up

casual schools gonna charge this $10 or whatever

I said it at it's okay and okay that charge

so just keep it keep that in mind

this is a really important part

of growing an online business

or any business in general

is sending emails and that's how the um
