okay so now we're gonna set up your email automation

so when someone purchases your coloring book

the email will automatically go out

and send them the download link to your product

so on the left side of your go high level account

you're gonna select automations

and you won't you probably won't have any in here

so they'll be a little blue button right here

but if it doesn't show up

you can just click create workflow up here

you're gonna go start from scratched hit continue

so now we need to add let's rename it first

we're gonna go coloring book order fulfillment okay

that's gonna be the name of this actual automation

so now we need to create what's called a trigger

a trigger is when in when a specific event happens

it's going to start this email process right

and so

something needs to trigger this whole thing to happen

so when you create a trigger

it's gonna set this whole thing up

so click on add new trigger type in payment received

and then under you're gonna click on add filters

you're gonna select global product

and then you're gonna select is

and then select the main product of your funnel right

and so what I mean by that is

anytime anyone buys something from you in this

your first funnel your first step of your funnel

this is the core product

so it's not your bump orders like mentioned before

it's not an upsell it's the core product

you're selling on that landing page

so once that's selected

you're gonna hit save trigger in the bottom right

let me move my face here for a sec

so you're gonna click the blue button

save trigger in the bottom right

so now that this trigger is saved

I'm gonna hit save up to the top right as well

so whenever someone purchases your cat product

it's going to trigger this workflow

now we need to set up actions

so what if they buy some bump orders or some upsell

so when you set up actions

so they're gonna get the correct email

with the proper follow up products

so you're gonna click this little blue

circle with a plus sign inside

and you're gonna type in F

and then you're gonna select the f else action

and the branches are all the different types of if

and statements that you're going to tell this system

so if this product is purchased

but this isn't don't send this email

if this products purchase and this is then do this

so this is gonna be a little tedious

but I'm gonna walk through it with you

but once you set it up one time

you're good to go and that's the beauty of this right

so the first branch you gotta think back to

the main products that you set up

so in your first step of your funnel

you likely set up a main product with

which is a cat coloring book right

and I'll just open up a notepad

cause I'm gonna put this on my other screen

so I just have a good reference

so our main product right that you create

you watch Josh create the

or that you created for yourself

whatever niche you're going into

was a cat coloring book in this case

okay

then one of the bump orders was a kitten coloring book

and then the second one was baby animals okay

so now I have my main product is right here

this top one I have a bump order kitten coloring book

and then a baby animals coloring book

so those are my three products on my main cells page

so now that I have those

I'm gonna go back to here on the condition this branch

so the first branch I'm going to go core product

which is my kitty cat coloring book

I'm gonna go to plus we're gonna go kitten coloring

okay so I'm gonna hit select

payment product is and I'm gonna do the kitten love

cause that's the name of our

our one of our kitten coloring book bump order

so again product is Kitten Love okay

and so I'm gonna hit an add condition and

product or we go payment first

so payment then we're gonna click on product is not

and then we're gonna do the baby animals

and royal cat bundle okay

whatever our bump order is

okay so why

do we go and is not

because we're basically telling this system hey

someone bought my core product

they also bought my kitten coloring book bump order

but they did not buy the second bump order right

or whatever that bump order is

so now I'm going to hit save action

okay I'm actually going to go back in here

so you can do it all in so if you ever save action

you can just click back into condition

and then I'm going to select add branch

so this is adding the second thing

so now I'm gonna go

I'm gonna rename the second branch core product plus

we're gonna go the baby animals

and royal cats bump order okay

so again I'm gonna hit on the select

I'm gonna go pro payment hit select

and then go to product is

and we're gonna flip these two right

so is baby animals and royal cat bundle

we're gonna hit add condition and write payment

product is not kitten love

so boom so now what this is gonna do

someone hit save action real quick

and we're gonna go create another one

but now once your uh funnel gets a payment

it's gonna tell this trigger like hey

there's a payment

so what's gonna do is it's gonna come down to this

it's gonna start looking at these conditions

and so hey there's a payment

but they didn't buy kit coloring book

kitten coloring book but they did buy baby animals

so I'm gonna send them this sequence here

and we're gonna set up the emails here in a second

and so we need to set up another one

cause what if they buy both bump orders

so hit Add Branch

this is going to be core product plus both the bumps

okay both bump orders

so I'm gonna do a condition payment

product is we're gonna go um

kitten love cause that's the first importer

add condition and product payment right

product is again this time we want to send this email

if they buy both of them okay

is um and we're gonna go the other bump order okay

then we're gonna hit save action

so now this is gonna say okay

if they bought the core product and kitten love

send this over here if they bought the core product

and baby animals and royal cats

go here

if they bought the core product and both bump orders

do this now

this nun basically means

if they bought this core product up here right

but they didn't do any of these three things

it's gonna send this email okay

so now we have the main page set up

in the previous funnel you set up with Josh

we have an upsell page right

and so now what we need to do is

what if they did these four actions

but then they also purchased the upsell page

so now I'm gonna hit the plus button under each

of these

so under the core product plus kitten coloring book

I'm gonna hit plus I'm gonna go if and if else right

and they say and we're gonna do this

we're gonna go plus up sell okay

which means they purchase the up sell product

so again we're gonna go to the select here

we're gonna go payment product is

and then the up cell bundle

so it's important so in the previous uh funnel

Josh set up what's called the pop up down sale

so if someone says no

it pops up the pop up down sale say hey

get it for an extra 85% off

so

we need to make sure it's either or of those products

right so the first one is the regular 12 pack bundle

we're gonna add condition or right

so it's saying if they bought this or this

so we're gonna go to payments product is

and then we're gonna select the percent off option okay

then I'm gonna hit um save action

and so you can see it's get

I mean if you have a really robust funnel

it can get quite extensive

but again it's kind of tedious

but you set it up one time

and you're literally good to go

so we're gonna do the same thing over here

just click on these three buttons hit copy
