And Gabby's going to be gone for a few days,

so let's all make sure we're putting in a little extra work

to fill that gap.

-So, this weekend,

I'm going to be stepping away for a fly-fishing tournament.

And it's a commitment that I made a long time ago to do.

I love fly-fishing. It's a big part of my life,

and I'm looking forward to going there and competing

and giving it my all.

So, I'm definitely going to miss Chase,

but I think we're in a really good spot.

-We actually have one bachelorette party,

four ladies coming in.

I'm sure they're coming to have a good time

and want to spend some time together and do something fun

and different, so I'm expecting to show them a good time.

They want to have, like, an Old West saloon-style,

like, bachelorette party. -Cool!

-And they're even bringing their own costumes.

So, this is going to be something wonderful.

Prior to hiring Chase and Royce,

like, they really were professionals at hosting events.

And they are kind of like professionals

really at throwing parties.

So, I feel like it just makes sense

to put them in charge of it.

-Royce and I, we've hosted a lot of these bachelorette parties.

They usually get rowdy.

I mean, I've always been a hard worker,

so this is the challenge that I'm more than happy to accept.

this bachelorette party for us.

However, I need to get ahead of this and talk to Gabby.

that seems to be a tumor.

I think this was like the final blow.

Jay doesn't like me, nor does he respect me,

I genuinely don't know what was going through Jay's head.

Chase is gone and he's upset and his dog is extremely sick,

and then to laugh in my face,

That is a form of disrespect that will not be tolerated ever,

under any circumstance.

And Bob is coming down here, and Jay will be let go,

as of tonight.

He can pack his belongings and leave.

than do just about anything else that I've seen you.

So, I hope that you find what your excitement is.

I love Jay. He's an awesome guy. Complains a lot.
