from kissing Katherine day one and not seeing a future there

to then getting to know her better, like, she's just such an amazing girl for me.

Genuinely, with Katherine, I don't see an end when I'm with her.

I really enjoy getting to know her, and I want to keep doing that.

I'm leaving here a completely changed man.

So if I win, most of my winnings are going on plane tickets

because I've never been good at it.

So, having to do that in front of people makes it so much harder for me.

All right, y'all. In this experience, I'm inviting all of you

to choose a single word that represents what you've learned here

that you can carry forward into the rest of your lives.

Then, you're going to choose a color that represents that word.

You've been with each other for a minute, so share some points from your heart.

This is... This is really hard for me

because Flavia and I still haven't spoken about the whole breakup situation.

So, I don't... I don't even know what to say.

[Charlie] In the past, it's fair to say I'd have done this speech

on a bantery level, because talking about feelings is not something I usually do.

But I'm definitely feeling a little bit different to the man I've been before.

Uh, I feel like coming into this retreat,

I couldn't really see myself opening up to people,

being vulnerable, or being honest.

And I couldn't see myself really changing.

But coming into this retreat, I've grown.

I've learned that honesty is the most important thing.

Whether you're ending something with someone and whether you're trying

to start something new with someone, it's important to be honest.

Katherine, you've been a massive part of my journey.

I really feel like you're a special person.

And I'm genuinely so grateful from the bottom of my heart that I met you.

And what is your word that represents the emotion

you're taking outside of this retreat?

Really, in so many ways, I feel like I've awakened throughout this retreat.

So, my word is awakening.

But now I'm stressed out. How can I speak after that?

I feel like in the past, I was kind of like a people pleaser

and just told people what they wanted to hear

because I was afraid if I was being honest with, like, my real emotions,

they would abandon me.

My struggle with abandonment

kind of comes from, like, being abandoned by family members and stuff.

All I wanted was to be loved by my father, but, you know,

he kind of abandoned my family and I when I was a kid.

And it kind of hurt because it felt like he was choosing himself over loving me.

In here, I've been able to just, like, be honest and show people how I feel.

[poignant music playing]

And then I met you.

[laughing] And we connected on a way deeper level

than I thought that I ever could with someone like so fast in my life.

And you make me really happy.

is just something that I've struggled with for so long.

So this, for me, is just like a really freeing and amazing moment.

[Lucy] I came into the retreat definitely guarded.

And also, I didn't realize...

I didn't realize that I came in...

with such a lack... [sniffles] ...of self-worth.

And I'm actually really grateful to you, Charlie,

because I think me doing this journey then as a single girl in the retreat

really made me learn about myself.

And be uncomfortable for a bit, but actually learn to love being by myself.

but the heartbreak has taught me to be vulnerable.

And I'm so brave now.

Consciousness means to me being conscious of who I am

and who I want to be to a woman.

I struggle to express my feelings, but just being in this retreat

has taught me to be conscious of my emotions and not hide them.

I think I definitely came in here a bit immature.

You guys all helped me change.

Forcing myself to open up and really commit.

So, my word is maturity. And my color is purple.

I feel like my perspective has changed.

And I really do just feel a bit more mature and a bit different.

But, uh, I got a lot of learning to do even after Lana's retreat.

My word is independence

because I have used boys to fulfill my happiness.

[Gianna] In the past, I was so scared to be alone.

I would look for quick forms of gratification.

And it felt lonely.

When Louis and Kylisha left, that day was really hard.

But... every single one of you comforted me in one way or another.

Some of you hugged me, cried with me and laughed with me

and everything else throughout it all.

There were times when...

I think if you weren't there, I would have gone home.

I would have left the retreat, packed my bags, and accepted my loss

for what I thought it was, and I think I had to have that to understand

that if they leave, you can hold your own.

And you can find a way to love and trust, no matter who leaves, who walks in,

who touches your heart, and who doesn't.

I have grown so much love for you guys.

And a newfound appreciation for having a tribe.

It's honestly an admirable journey to have watched and been a part of.

But it's making me realize the retreat is coming to an end.

And I'm just nervous about taking this commitment outside of this retreat.

Walking into this retreat,

I just want to say, the first time I came into this retreat,

I feel like I didn't have the chance to grow.

I feel the main thing I was really missing coming into this retreat was respect.

And that's actually hurt me and a lot of other people in a lot of situations.

I haven't been the best at respecting others

I believe that this journey has taught me to change my ways and turn things around.

In the womb workshop, my mom's literally telling me to treat the woman I'm with

just like I would want somebody to treat her.

And that just let me know that I had something wrong with me

and that I needed to fix that.

I will continue to try to be the best person that I can be towards you.
