and is soon joined by Gelda.

Meanwhile, in the real world,

the Seven Deadly Sins continue their fierce battle with the Demon King.

The magic lake, which was the source of his power,

has finally vanished, thanks to Diane's Mother Creation.

[Escanor] And we just so happen to have one more piece of bad news

that just came in for you.

It's now high noon.

[intense music playing]

So this must be the power that defeated my sons, Meliodas and Zeldris.

The one that lasts only a minute.

I'm intrigued.

I want to find out for myself

just what this power of yours is capable of.

[Escanor] This has been a long time coming.

[narrator] This is a tale of ancient times.

An era before the human and non-human worlds were forever divided.

The Holy War seemed to be over..

However, the Demon King managed to resurrect himself

by taking over the body of Zeldris.

The brave heroes continue their fight

to eliminate the root of all evil.

The final battle of the Seven Deadly Sins begins now.

EPISODE 18 THE KING SINGS ALONE

[Escanor grunting]

This looks rough. You two should stay behind me!

[Escanor grunting]

This is the power of the Demon King.

compared to my good-for-nothing offspring.

who could manage to hold his own against me as an equal.
