the inspiration for this pastry.

Well, one of my, my favourite
memories of childhood

growing up, was, was eating
Joy to the World Fudge

from the Little Shop of Fudge
in my hometown, Paisley.

And I always knew the tale
of its origins but I just,

I never really experienced it
until now.

You see, this recipe, it's
actually a story of family,

memories, and love.

And this fudge, it's just,
I mean, it's Christmas to me.

It's Christmas as,
as a little girl,

you know, dreaming of...

of being a pastry chef.

And... and now, Christmas
as a woman,

finding myself again.

It was originally inspired
by someone very special.

But it's become something else.

It wasn't my story at first,
but it's become my story.

My own love story.
