All language subtitles for Video_3-_Going_Over_Settings_In_Stock_Photography_Platforms

okay so now let's talk about your title

your tags and what actually applies

so this is just in terms of the settings

we're not even talking about what you should

or you shouldn't do

we're just talking about the settings that exist

so every photo that you upload

no matter if it's on Vectezy

no matter if it's on free Pick

no matter if it's 1 2

3 RF no matter if it's on Adobe Stock

you're gonna have certain settings that

you're gonna have to apply to that image

so here we have photos right

we have photos or we have illustrations right

and so for something like this

I might pick illustration

and I might pick graphic resource

I might even pick photo just depends

but on the actual image but you could see here right

this is a file type okay

so you have two types

an illustration type or photo type

next thing you have is the type of category

so this is not landscape this is not lifestyle

this is not people right

this is not flowers um

this is not transport right

this is a graphical resource

that's really what this is

somebody might use this on a T-shirt

somebody might use this on a website for something

you know there's various reasons

and of course

the title and the keywords are in English

for me at least I would recommend that you use English

now I'll just go ahead and be clear

about this Adobe Stock uh

is comfortable with all languages you know

not all languages but the languages they offer

they're very comfortable with multiple languages

however

you have to realize that there's a percentage of words

in the English language right

that when they're translated

they don't translate to words necessarily

in other languages

they might translate into statements okay

and sometimes when somebody searching

for something in a different language

it may not potential or excuse me in English

it may not potentially come up with your design

or your your artwork

your your your asset right

and that could cause a problem right

so my recommendation is upload things in English okay

make sure the language is in English now obviously

there are some people who would disagree with me

I'm simply sharing my experience and personally

I'm an English speaker

so all the work that I do is in English anyway

now can I be clear for just a second with you guys guys

you wanna give yourself the best chance to succeed

there are gonna be some people out there that says oh

well I uploaded in Dutch and I don't have a problem

I highly recommend you focus on English okay

you want the best success you want the best results

bite the bullet do what it takes now

could I be wrong

could you get a lot of sales in different language

sure you could right

but you have to think about the

customer base was actually purchasing from Adobe

there's nobody who lives in Egypt

and when I say nobody I'm I'm over exaggerating

but people in Egypt don't purchase from Adobe stock

you know they're gonna use some other much

much much cheaper service

nobody's gonna pay in Egypt 30 American dollars right

to go to to download 10 images

it doesn't happen what typically tends to happen is

people who live in Egypt and other

third world countries and shout out to the Egyptians

I Learned how to speak Arabic fluently um

but people who who uh

who who are in 3rd world countries

they'll typically use other cheaper website resources

like something like a vect easy um

and typically people who do something like this

like if this is a pro image

they'll literally just take a screenshot

they're very resourceful

they're not gonna hit the download button or anything

they're gonna find ways to use what they need

now technically is that illegal

is that stealing is that whatever

you know it is what it is

but I also wanna just quickly point out

even though this has nothing to do with the

conversation how many resources this uploader has

he has 90,412 resources so

that kind of goes back to my message earlier

about just uploading uploading uploading uploading

you know a con

this person is clearly uploading a content

mixed between pro and free

so like this image of this baby is free and then this

image is a pro image so

you know everybody's kind of at a different level

with the things that they do

and and hopefully

one day

you build up to something astronomical like this

and you get you know keep the success going

and so let's let's keep it going anyway here

so back to the hour upload

here we have our settings right

so file type we already talked about in category

we already talked about you do want to make sure

that the file type in the category are accurate

now I will say this

illustrations tend to be accepted faster than photos

but I wanna stress

and I've said this in a different video

but um

your photos your your assets excuse me

do not miss miscategorize them

if you miscategorize them

that call could cause you to get banned okay

because what happens is people

especially in the beginning

when they start their accounts

and it doesn't matter what profile they're on

whether it's vect easy whether it's Adobe

whatever they want faster acceptance

the reality is

is these companies have a system of hierarchy

the profiles that are larger get accepted much

much faster like a profile with

you know 12 uploads

gets accepted much faster than a brand new profile

like this okay

you have to develop a history

with these kinds of platforms

and they try to cut corners

and they start picking up on things

so new sellers what they'll do is they'll be like oh

I wanna get accepted faster

so they'll pick the wrong settings here

just to get their images accepted faster

and that might work temporarily

but it will cause problems later down the road

cause and it will cause you to get banned

I was gonna say it could cause you

but it will because

I remember certain experience that I had with free pick

and 1 2 3 r f and certain things like that

so what you need to do is

you need to make sure you ignore the wait time for

for getting accepted

and you do enter the information properly

now illustrations do

typically get accepted faster than photos

I'll just be honest with you

that that does typically happen however

stick to what's right so if it's an illustration

great if it's not an illustration

don't put it right graphical resources

you could put those things in there language

we spoke about that now let's go ahead and select this

so if it's using generated AI tools you click on this

now what does this mean okay

if I was using GPT that's not what this applies to

what this applies to is

if the tool is something like Leonardo

AI or Mid Journey that's where this applies to okay

so when you're creating your your images right

if I create something with let's say chat GBT

like a dolly right

if I say please create an image for me of a elephant

all right

and I and I basically have this elephant created for me

I try to upload it to chat GBT excuse me

Adobe stock or whatever I am going to have to select

it is used with generate of AI tools

this image is not necessarily used by generated AI

tools because I typed in the word cheers

I typed in the word hello

I typed in all these words does that make sense

so that's kind of the approach there

so if I was to upload this

which by the way I would not recommend

because this just looks low quality um

then that's kind of what you would expect

a little notice here

the reason why we don't really use Chat GPT

or the images produced in Chat GPT

because to be honest

and I hate to be you know disrespectful to the company

their images are low quality and we don't want them

like even if I said

please create a tree logo image for me okay

what's gonna happen is

it's gonna look a little pixelated

it's gonna look a little it's

it's really gonna look unattractive

I'll just gonna be 100% honest with you

and it's the output right

so the output is just not ideal

I I believe actually they downgraded their quality

but if you look this might look good from far away

but if I click on it

you could literally see how the images

fading in certain areas

like I wish I could take a screenshot

let me just show you

because I hope the screen recorder is picking this up

this does not look good

it looks good from far away like I said

but look at that it's pixelated

it does not even look right

like the colors are off

like here it's like this cream color

and then here it's like this white

and then here it looks like this ink is spilled over

and it looks like dirty in the corners

it's just not ideal at all

like this is not the way to go

and this is not something that should represent

your brand the only way that I would potentially

use something like this

I would have to go through an upscale process

vectorizer process something like that to really

but that would add a whole lot more work

and vector you know obsculing is normal

but when I have to start worrying about vectorizing

and I have to start pinpointing little different areas

of the tool

you know it's just not ideal

it's really it's really not uh

conducive to high success

in a stock photography environment

so now you kind of get the idea

but if the images generated way of AI through

mid journey through Leonardo

then you do go over here

and you select created using AI

now if the the image was created during AI right

and it's a person in the image or a property that is

fictitious so for example

if I have a picture of a human being

but that person doesn't actually exist in real life

right then I just click on this

and what this does is I don't need to submit a a um

a release form for the individual

so if you're if you're not familiar

basically

let me just type in the word man here as an example

okay

if this guy is a real human being which he is right

if this human being

if this person is a real human being

I have to submit a release for this person

as a photographer

I have to basically tell Adobe Stock yes

um I don't it's not this is not the way I write it

obviously I don't do releases

but basically you have to check off certain things

you have to get their signature

it's basically you're getting their legal approval

to use their likeness in a photo

that's really what it comes down to and using AI

there is no release because we're using machines right

so if you're have a picture of a human being

you click on people and properties are fictitious

I declare that any person or property in this asset is

not based on a recognizable person

or property do not check the box

if used by real persons or property

generate your AI asset in this case

please provide a portrait or property release

so if it's like a real person

then provide a release but in this case right

if I go in to Leonardo

and I ask it to create a profile or portrait for me

just click on this

no release needed everything's good to go

here I add my title here

add my keywords in the future we will have some content

you know on you know proper tagging proper titling etc

but this is kind of how you add things

now here you have suggested keywords

Adobe Stock has a internal um

you know not just Adobe Stock

vect easy has it you know free pick has it

this is not this is not just Adobe Stock

so let's get that clear but any kind of AI tool

pretty much that

where you upload AI images has a recognition system

and it will add certain you know keywords

recommended keywords

based on what it's seeing in the image

and Adobe Stock is actually pretty good at this

compared to some other sites

vect easy is decent at it um

but you have

different keywords that potentially resemble

what's in here

I don't always pay attention to these keywords right

so I don't always worry but like a keyword like green

I might potentially add you know things like that text

but I'll really consult with the tools that I have

and these tools are the things that help me right

get the best out of my right tag

so I can get the most money

now I'm

and how to how to get the most out of your uploads

but this is the first upload which is a PNG
