that they were being prevented from moving their herds to the railroad siding.

Tom Horn was brought to trial,

convicted of the murder of the Livingston boy

and sentenced to death.

His appeal to Governor Chatterton of Wyoming was denied,

and he was hanged November the 20th, 1903.

Today, Tom Horn lies buried in the old graveyard

at Boulder, Colorado.

A man who worked long and well on the side of the law,

then for some reason turned criminal

and tried to undo good he had accomplished.
