♫The road stretches into the distance♫

What are you doing?

It's okay.

♫Love is the trembling of fingertips when we separate♫

♫I waited, but I couldn't have♫

♫Two people for eternity♫

After sharpening the blade with blood,

the sword is born.

This sword

♫I waited and I got♫

will accompany you like me

♫This long journey where one shadow became two♫

to gallop through the world

and enjoy the martial arts world with you.

Give it a name.

♫At the end of the road, it's a dream♫

♫Even if we're not destined, it can't be forgotten♫

Hongchen, meaning the world.

♫I thought I saw through fate♫

♫But when I wake from the dream, I'm still lost♫

The world has you

and it has

me.

♫Who will drink with me half a lifetime's wind and frost?♫

♫Exchange myself for a sliver of light♫

♫If love does exist♫

♫Let's look back in our next life♫

Let me do it.

It's okay. I'm almost done.

Why are you so stubborn?

Here.

I heard about it.

You took the good steel kept in An Capital Branch for 20 years

and welded it into a sword for the Beauty.

I, Yu Shisan,

am self-proclaimed in knowing all the romantic skills in the world,

but this time,

you really impressed me.

Adding your blood to the sword

is an advanced move.

If I were a woman,

my heart would have melted.

But don't go too far.

A battle is imminent,

but you gave yourself such an injury.

I'm fine.

It's just a scratch.

But it doesn't make sense.

You used to be cautious.

Before battles,

you would even personally sharpen your sword multiple times.

Why did you purposely injure your arm this time?

Shisan.

Ning,

you...

My internal force is unstable.

The side effect

of the All-Purpose Antidote is losing all internal force

within seven days of taking it.

It's been more than seven days since returning from He County.

Logically speaking—

Logically speaking,

I should have recovered,

but the Ten-Day Qianji is the secret poison of Wu, after all.

It’s not easy to completely remove it.

The two are clashing against each other now.

My internal force is not always available.

At this moment,

it may directly affect

the result in saving His Majesty.

And this time,

I can't guarantee if I can come back alive or not.

It's not that extreme.

What if your condition doesn't act up

on the day of the operation?

Since when did the Liudao Hall

put our hopes on luck?

We can't let

the others know about this,

so as not to affect their morale.

If...

If anything happens,

help them escape.

Don't worry about me.

What are you talking about?

Listen to me.

Yuan Lu is too young

and Qian Zhao is too loyal,

so I can only entrust this matter to you.

If you can't get

the name clearing edict,

you don't have to insist on it.

Her Highness has gradually matured.

I believe

she will do her best

to clear the name of the Heaven Path.

If you treat me as your brother,

promise me

to bring them all to safety.

Stop it.

Don't leave me

with such a troublesome task.

If you can,

you can entrust Beauty to me instead.

Look, after you leave,

I'll definitely have a romantic life with her.

Do you think I can't defeat you

without my internal force,

so you're bullying me now?

Then promise me

to return to the State of Wu with me safely.

[Dear Chief Commander, Wannian Temple today at 6:00 p.m., Scarlet Guards first old custom,. From Ren Xin]

What is the first old custom?

Commander,

this is the rule set by

old Commander Chen when the Scarlet Guards was first established.

If there is an unresolvable dispute,

the two parties are allowed to duel in private.

No matter who lives or dies,

no one is allowed to interfere.

If anyone disobeys,

they will be executed.

Ren Xin is challenging you.

Wannian Temple.

[Wannian Temple]

Commander Deng, you have the guts.

You really came alone as promised.

I'm nothing compared to you, Left Emissary Ren.

Did you kill the First Prince

and Duke Wang?

Yes.

To avenge the late empress?

Yes.

Jia Ling and Chen Gui too?

Yes.

Okay.

Since you've pleaded guilty,

only one of us

can leave this temple today.

I will defeat you today.

Commander Deng, if you want to live,

you must make a deal with me.

What deal? Just say it.

Record all of the achievements

the Scarlet Guards made

for the State of An

into the historical records.

Okay.

I swear on the spirit of my father

and all the spirits of the dead.

Good.

Whoever leaves the temple first will win.

What is that?

Bring arrows!

Shoot the kite down!

You're so slow.

You can't even shoot a kite.

It's down.

Bring it over to check.

You all are too nervous.

It's just a kid's toy.

There's nothing on it.

There are five kinds of rouge in here,

corresponding with five different ways of communication.

We will use a kite as the signal.

Apply rouge of the same color as the kite

and the Liudao Hall will contact you.

We will do our best to save you.

The operation is tonight. Is everything alright?

Please inform us the guards' situation.

His Majesty is ready.

He was very cautious. He didn't write anything.

He drew a picture with a pun

showing that he understands.

The grass

also represents the number of guards.

When will we take action?

At seven.

Yuan Lu is ready.

I've sent Shisan to Hongxiang Brothel.

You go first

and get ready by the lake.

Okay.

Ruyi?

Boss Ning, people have

worries because they care.

Don't worry.

Ruyi is so skilled.

She'll definitely be fine this time.

When did you become so good with words?

The monk in the temple taught me.

Ruyi is indeed strong,

but this time,

she's facing the entire Scarlet Guards.

Commander Deng, you're nothing.

Really?

I am the commander of the Scarlet Guards now.

My words are the rules of the Scarlet Guards.

I'm sorry that I can't follow

the old custom of a one-on-one fight.

You won't be able to walk out of this door today.

Zheng Chou,

Xu Yin,

Liu Bing,

do you still recognize me?

Deng Hui ignored the old customs of the Scarlet Guards,

but what about you?

Where is the Scarlet Guards' pride

of keeping promises?

Good.

Keep patrolling.

Yes.

Let's continue patrolling.

These fireworks are too ordinary.

It's your birthday,

so I've prepared some surprises.

Please come with me.

Okay.

Look.

So beautiful.

Indeed.

So beautiful.

Attack!

There's knockout drug on my sword.

She won't last long.

♫My eyes are blazing and my armor is shimmering♫

♫I have feuds to settle♫

♫Who can lighten my darkness?♫

♫Who can see what I've been through?♫

♫Standing on the battlefield, I feel an overwhelming desire to win♫

♫This is when the tide turns♫

♫I chose this path myself♫

♫There's no turning back♫

♫Don't even dream about♫

♫Still manipulating me♫

♫What nonsense♫

♫I fall into the abyss♫

♫Only to soar through the sky♫

♫They stab me in the back but I'll come back stronger♫

♫My roar shakes the ground when I wield my sword♫

♫They say I have no future but I'll rock the world♫

♫The sky is burning♫

♫They stab me in the back but I'll come back stronger♫

♫My roar shakes the ground when I wield my sword♫

You all lost.

♫They say I have no future but I'll rock the world♫

♫The sky is burning♫

♫There is no right or wrong♫

♫There is no right or wrong♫

♫There is no right or wrong♫

Put on the dragon-tooth shackles. I will bring her into the palace.

Yes!

Look over there.

General, look!

Why aren't you on guard against foreign objects?

Shoot them all down!

General,

those are just sky lanterns from Hongxiang Brothel across the street.

Sky lanterns?

Do not shirk your duty.

Yes.

You two, follow me!

One, two.

When it comes to archery,

it should be up to the most handsome archer.

Shoot down the sky lanterns.

Stop shooting. Cover your mouth and nose.

Sound the alarm.

Three, two, one.

Shoot.

Ning Yuanzhou.

Did you miss me, Your Majesty?

How are you? Is it relapsing?

I'm fine. Be careful.

Okay.

Go.

Search again.

Don't let anyone escape.

Yes.

[Donghu Cottage]

It's safe.

Don't worry.

They won't wake up within 12 hours.

I,

Ning Yuanzhou, former member of the Liudao Hall Hell Path,

Yu Shisan of the Asura Path,

Yuan Lu of the Hungry Ghost Path,

Ding Hui of the Heaven Path,

Guo Yasha of the Heaven Path,

Bao Wenfeng of the Heaven Path,

Li Jiaxing of the Human Path,

Jiang Yuan of the Animal Path,

along with the Heaven Path's Qian Zhao, Chai Ming

and the other 16 souls

greet Your Majesty.

Please get up.

Rise.

All rise.

Everyone and Chai Ming,

you've worked hard.

After I return to the Wu Capital safely,

I'll write the name clearing edict immediately to notify the world.

Your Majesty, please depart.

Okay.

Yuan Lu.

Yes.

Boss,

Qian's side is safe.

Okay. Everyone, hurry.

The people on the shore will be here in around 15 minutes.

Yes.

Your Highness, let's go.

Where is Chief Clerk Du?

He was just here.

Help!

No!

Mr. Du!

I was just packing.

The Scarlet Guard saw that we're escaping,

so he went to report to the others.

Go.

Mr. Du.

Mr. Du.

Mr. Du, wake up.

Qian!

Your Highness, Qian is by the lake.

What should we do?

No, we have to go to the clinic now,

or else he'll die.

Your Highness.

The carriage is at the door.

I think the surveillance outside has noticed something.

They keep looking this way.

Slow down. Watch your step.

Your Highness, let's go.

We should arrive at the city gates

within an hour

to meet Yuanzhou and the others, right?

Yes.

Then I won't leave.

Your Highness.

Chief Clerk Du's injury can't be delayed for an hour.

Take him to the clinic immediately and find a doctor.

Have him treat Chief Clerk Du in the carriage.

We can't leave you alone.

Is bringing me out more important than a human life?

Chief Clerk Du is badly injured right now.

Any delay will kill him.

The Scarlet Guards outside

have probably noticed something wrong.

Otherwise, why would they send someone in?

I'm their target.

If I go out with you all,

the Scarlet Guards will definitely tail you the entire way.

If this affects

Yuanzhou and the others,

everything will be over by then.

So, I'll stay and you all go first.

Don't worry about me.

I'm Prince Li after all.

They won't do anything to me.

After you save His Majesty,

you can find a way to save me.

But Boss Ning's order is

-that I must deliver you safely. -Sun Lang.

How dare you disobey

my order to my face?

I dare not.

The delegation's mission is to save my brother,

while I am the leader of this delegation.

Now, I order you

to embark immediately. No objections.

Sun,

you all have been protecting me this journey.

Now,

it's my turn to do something for you all.

Go!

Your Highness,

take care.

[Siyi Pavilion]

Be careful.

What's wrong with Mr. Du? There's so much blood.

He hit his head. Send him to the clinic.

Stop talking.

Mr. Du must be cured.

Hurry. Don’t delay.

Let's go.

I saw it clearly.

Du was indeed injured.

Ignore them.

Just keep an eye on Prince Li.

Yes.

Buddhas above,

please bless Yuanzhou and Ruyi

to be able to leave the city safely.

Bless Mr. Du to be able to recover

and for Yuan Lu, Qian, Shisan

and Sun to be unscathed.

Bless my brother to return to Wu safely.

I, Yang Ying, am willing to shorten my life by ten years.

No.

I, Yang Ying, the Prince Li,

sincerely make this wish.

Shisan, bring His Majesty away first.

I'll stay and cover the rear.

Okay.

Don't be afraid, Your Majesty.

I have this.

This...

Emperor of Wu, look.

I'm by your side and Ning Yuanzhou is behind us.

What are you afraid of?

If you're not afraid,

enjoy this lake scenery with me.

If you're afraid,

close your eyes.

Let's go.

Who is it?

Go!

Go help them.

Yes.

Archers!

Hold tight!

Take him into the water.

Okay.

Let's go.

Boss, are you okay?

I'm okay.

Let's go.

No!

Your Majesty.

Your Majesty!

Your Majesty!

Over there, hurry!

Don't let them get away!

Over there.

Qian Zhao, take His Majesty to the carriage.

The rest of you, evacuate immediately.

Yes.

You caught Ren Xin?

I have completed the mission.

Your Majesty, you can be at peace from now on.

Kill her.

Ren Xin, don't!

I don't dare to die

when the evil dragon hasn't been slain yet.

Deng Hui,

you are very brave.

How dare you collude with her to assassinate me?

I am loyal.

He is too stupid

to deserve to collude with me.

What do you want?

Ren Xin,

taking His Majesty hostage is a capital crime.

Do you think you can get out?

I dared to come here,

so I naturally won't be afraid.

Didn't you lose consciousness earlier?

Commander Deng,

I'm much more familiar

with both the Scarlet Guards and knockout drugs than you.

You lost.

Please.

Please save my sister.

Kneel down.

Shanhu.

Here.

Yes,

I will do all I can.

This sword

is a love token from my lover.

It hasn't killed anyone yet.

Li Sun,

would you like to be the first one?

Ren Xin,

what do you want?

Do you want to avenge the empress

or do you want my money?

I want to

ring the Anyang bell.

The Anyang bell?

It's the Anyang bell that gathers all the officials.

What happened? Let's go.

Move!

Hurry!

There's a problem.

Hurry to Siyi Pavilion and detain Prince Li.

[Siyi Pavilion]

Break in.

My lord.

My lord!

My lord, bad news!

Two whistling arrows sounded.

Something happened in the palace and at Donghu Lake.

Calm down.

Donghu Lake is under the responsibility of the court guards.

Let's go to the palace now.

The Anyang bell means that something important must have happened in the court.

Get ready to return to the city immediately.

Yes.

Have you cleaned up the crossbows and gear?

They're all hidden.

I'll do acupuncture again to see if he'll wake up.

Okay.

Boss.

What if His Majesty doesn't wake up?

Why don't we forge a false name clearing edict?

We can think of other ways for the fingerprint and flower seal.

Prepare the name clearing edict,

but the most urgent thing now

is to wake him up.

He saved Shisan just now.

Okay.

What should we do now?

Continue with the original plan.

We have to wait for Ruyi to return.

Lord.

What happened to Mr. Du?

Where is Her Highness?

I'm guilty.

I didn't take good care of Her Highness.

What happened? Tell me.

Prince Li is still inside.

We have been guarding so tightly.

He has no wings to fly out with.

Search the place!

This way.

Your Highness, hurry!

Your Highness, hurry!

Fire! Fire!

Bells and gongs are ringing in the middle of the night.

What's going on?

Fire! Fire!

Put out the fire!

The Scarlet Guards set a fire in the middle of the night to kill me.

Those who save me will be heavily rewarded.

It's gold.

Those bastard Scarlet Guards

are such a disgrace to An.

Let's put out the fire!

Put out the fire! Let's go!
