[The snowflakes on the seventh night bloom and wither. Like a short reunion and a permanent separation.]

[Snowy Night Timeless Love]

[Episode 28]

Out of the Seven Swords of the Sword Sect,

I am only missing Fifth Brother's

reply letter.

He must be indecisive

because of me and Bao.

If you have time,

go see him in person.

Although Mr. Dashing has retired from the martial world,

his heart

has never forgotten the martial world.

I understand.

A few years ago,

I heard Fengxing

praise you before.

He said you're loyal

and courageous.

After what happened,

although you're thousands of miles apart from them,

you still managed to strategize

and handled everything well.

At the same time, you were taking care of Mrs. Qiushui.

You're indeed the best candidate

for the Sword Sect's chief.

You flatter me.

During this time,

without you,

I couldn't

have done it on my own.

Now, Mrs. Qiushui

has almost recovered.

After she completes her medication,

I will leave.

Thank you

for your care these days.

No need to thank me.

This is my promise to Ziye.

I won't break my promise.

Speaking of which,

it's been a while since Snow Harrier delivered the letter.

Why hasn't it come back yet?

I was thinking of

seeing her as soon as possible.

But now,

the plan to eliminate Yuan Yi Palace

cannot be delayed.

I have to go.

You will reunite eventually.

We'll definitely reunite.

She's still waiting for me

to drink together under the plum tree.

Bye.

Seven.

Fourth Brother.

How is it going?

All's good.

I have to admit that

you predicted every move perfectly.

Where's Chief?

He's waiting for you.

Let's go

inside.

Okay.

Chief.

I'm here to apologize to you.

Apologize?

For what?

I summoned the Seven Swords

to deal with Yuan Yi Palace

without asking for your permission first.

Therefore, I apologize.

Are you here to receive

a punishment or a reward?

On your feet.

You did a great job

dealing with the Yuan Yi Palace.

I just want to know

what your next plan is.

Making use of the internal conflict in Yuan Yi Palace,

we'll gather the Seven Swords,

travel to West Kunlun,

kill Chang Wujue,

and destroy Yuan Yi Palace.

For the martial world

and also for the...

Now is the best time to strike.

Indeed.

Now is the best time.

Follow me.

Look at this.

Eye rebelled?

No wonder he risked his life

to take the Dragon Blood Pearl.

I think he has long wanted to rebel

and needed it to poison Chang Wujue.

Here is a map.

This is Yuan Yi Palace.

This is

the entrance to Yuan Yi Palace.

Chief,

is the information and the map accurate?

Who sent it?

The source is very accurate.

The previous information about Qin Tiancheng

and Yuan Yi Palace abducting children

was also sent by this person.

As for their identity,

You'll know once you reach

Yuan Yi Palace.

Yes.

Now,

the Yuan Yi Palace is in chaos

and has been weakened unprecedentedly.

Zhanbai.

Summon the Seven Swords in three days

to go to West Kunlun immediately.

Take this opportunity

to annihilate Yuan Yi Palace.

Yes.

Fourth Brother.

There's no time to lose.

Let's gather the Seven Swords

and set out immediately.

More like Six Swords.

We don't know

where Five is at all.

How can we summon him?

Let's go to Yangzhou first.

Yangzhou?

Snow Harrier?

Your master has left.

[Chief has gone to Yuan Yi Palace in Kunlun. - Shuang Hong]

Chief has gone to Yuan Yi Palace in Kunlun.

She's crazy.

Why would she go to Kunlun with her weak body?

Does she have a death wish?

Chief Xue, please alight.

Are we here?

That's right.

I heard that Kunlun

is a sacred mountain in the west and

the Heavenly Queen Mother's residence.

It's like the abyss

or a land of the extreme north.

I heard that the sky there

has seven colors.

The ice surface

reflects the colors as if they are everchanging.

It's so beautiful, it's dreamy.

The Ice Silkworm Poison must be acting up again.

I'll perform acupuncture for you.

No need.

From now on,

you should rest well

to treat the Doctrine Leader later.

Did the Doctrine Leader

drug you with something?

I want to save you.

Why don't you take it seriously?

So you can still feel pain.

Let's go.

Hold on.

Where is Yuan Yi Palace?

Ya Mi, you...

We're here.

Did you really kill

that carriage driver?

You...

You killed him!

Why did you do that?

He was just

an ordinary carriage driver.

He came all the way here

to make a living.

How could you kill him?

You lunatic!

If not,

we can't guarantee that he won't reveal

the way to Yuan Yi Palace to others.

Besides,

I only promised to give him money.

I didn't promise not to kill him.

You lunatic.

Do you know

how much effort it costs me

to save a life?

But you took a life

just like that!

Are you still human?

I told you

you'd regret

saving me.

I am a murderer.

We're polar opposites.

Please

go to Yuan Yi Palace with me

to treat the Doctrine Leader.

I want to save you.

But what should I do

to cure you,

Ya Mi?

I’m fine.

Please don't bother.

Envoy Miao Feng.

You're finally back.

Doctrine Leader ordered

for you to report to

Yuan Yi Hall as soon as you're back.

What happened in the sect?

Something serious happened.

Sun Saintess and Eye rebelled.

How is the Doctrine Leader?

He is fine.

Go up

and get Chief Xue’s luggage.

Yes.

Envoy Miao Feng.

Envoy Miao Shui.

You're finally back.

The Doctrine Leader has been waiting for you.

I met the Eight Elites of the Asura Field on my way here

and was delayed for a while.

Are you injured?

Chief Xue.

We meet again

after our encounter at Longmen Village.

So cold, Chief Xue.

Envoy Miao Feng.

How strange.

Why has your smile

disappeared?

What a pity.

Who...

Took it away?

Let's go.

I want to see your Doctrine Leader.

[Yuan Yi Palace]

Feng.

Come in.

Are you Chief Xue?

Yes.

Feng.

You're back.

Greetings, Doctrine Leader.

My child.

As expected,

you brought her back on time.

I raised you well.

Get up.

Chief Xue.

Feng is a good boy.

He's obedient and sensible.

Unlike Eye.

Eye

is more like a venomous snake.

A venomous snake that is always

thinking of killing its benefactor.

When do you wish to start your treatment?

It seems that you're

more anxious than me.

You only have me as a doctor.

But you are not the only patient I have.

But only I

can let the Chief of the Apothecary Valley

travel here to treat me.

Chief Xue,

you should know that

the Yuan Yi Palace is an enemy to

the martial world of the Central Plains.

Why are you willing to

to treat me?

The Apothecary Valley

never gets involved in the affairs of the martial world.

As long as you have the Fate-Reversal Token and money to pay me,

why can’t I come?

Since you are here,

do me another favor.

Look at him.

Can he still be treated?

He can be saved

if you can afford it.

Chief Xue.

Please.

Chief Xue.

Chief Xue,

you're truly a kind healer.

Unfortunately,

Eye is a traitor who

tried to assassinate me.

It's only natural for me

to rid my place of traitors.

I’m afraid you’re used to

joking with your subordinates.

You're treating me like

a member of Yuan Yi Palace.

If you're not in a hurry to be treated,

please send me back

to the Apothecary Valley as soon as possible.

I have something to do.

Don’t worry.

I can start the treatment anytime.

Okay.

Don't save him.

He is a devil.

How dare he disrespect the Doctrine Leader?

Chief Xue,

I’m sorry for being so unsightly in front of

a distinguished guest like you.

Guards.

Drag this traitor

out of here.

Don't stain my palace.

Yes.

It's been a tiring trip

for me.

When can I rest?

Chief Xue,

aren’t you going to diagnose me first?

Doctors need to be observant.

Your voice

seems peaceful and calm,

but there's a bit of breathlessness.

I'm already 50% sure.

Okay.

I can leave after

I treat you, right?

Of course.

As long as I can

regain my previous health,

I’ll reward you handsomely

and get someone

to send you back

to the Apothecary Valley safely.

It's a deal.

Feng.

You stay.

Yes.

Chief Xue.

This way, please.

Doctrine Leader.

What took you so long?

On my way here,

I was ambushed by the Eight Elites sent by Eye.

That's why I was delayed.

What about the Eight Elites?

They all died on the snowfield.

Feng.

It's been tough for you.

On the way,

did your Ice Silkworm Poison

act up?

Chief Xue gave me acupuncture

to relieve the pain.

It seems

you and Chief Xue

went through a lot

on this journey.

I only focused on

bringing her back to Yuan Yi Palace safely.

Anything wrong with her?

I tested her.

She doesn't seem to know

about Eye's real identity.

She has no way to know

who massacred the village back then.

Indeed.

I tried several times just now.

But that woman

didn't react to Eye's situation

at all.

Why did you arrange for

Eye to meet Chief Xue?

This was a risky move.

I just wanted to see the sight

of loving siblings incapable

of recognizing each other.

If Xue Ziye knew

Eye was her brother from the Mo Family Village

how interesting would that have been?

Unfortunately.

Seven days later,

the poison of the Soul Devouring Powder

will penetrate the brain from the eye

and gradually consume his mind.

At that time,

she can only

watch him die.

When I recover,

I must let them

reunite

and be buried in Mount Kunlun forever.

I'll tell her before she dies.

Before that,

she’s still useful.

Chief Xue may be useful in the future.

Why don’t you spare her life?

Are you pleading for her?

My sincere apologies,

please spare her life.

Feng.

What are you doing?

How dare you speak for

someone who is unfavorable to me?

Since you came in,

I've noticed it.

Who took away

your smile?

That woman

broke your Spring Breeze Technique!

On the way,

Chief Xue saved me many times.

All this time,

besides you,

no one had

ever saved me.

I...

I...

I just don't want to see her die.

You...

Doctrine Leader!

I see.

I see.

Feng.

For the past 20 years,

this is the first time you've cared

about someone else's survival.

If I insist on killing her,

what would you do?

I...

I don't know

what I would do either.

How dare you talk to me like that?

I treat you as my own child,

but you threaten me like this!

You bastards!

You've grown up.

You've really grown up.

Feng.

For the past 20 years,

this is the first request

you proposed to me.

Alright.

I promise you.

That woman

sure is something.

Doctrine Leader...

Don't spill it.

Slow down.

Bao, you're great.

Why are you here?

If it weren't for Seven,

I wouldn't have known that

you've been hiding in Yangzhou

for so many years.

Seven and I

only met by chance a few days ago.

Then why did you

leave without saying goodbye?

Why didn't you

tell me?

I wrote you a letter

and invited you to drink with me.

Where have you been all these years?

You wrote to me?

I didn't receive it!

You must have thought that

the letter was from a lady

and threw it away without reading it.

How is that possible?

Why not?

Enough.

Either you have a good fight

or get down to business.

We have to wait for my wife to return

and discuss with her

before making a decision.

Fifth Brother.

Senior Liao said

you can make your own decision.

If you agree,

she will agree.

Seven.

I can't go.

Why can't you?

Although you've

left Sword Sect for many years,

the position of the fifth disciple has never been changed.

You're still the Fifth Master Wei.

The Fifth Master of the Sword Sect

should uphold morality

and justice in the martial world.

Even if I have to give up my life,

I would go with you.

It's just death.

There's nothing to fear.

But now,

apart from the justice of the world,

I also have my own family.

Now,

I just want to grow old together with Qingran

and watch Bao grow up healthily.

This is the only wish

in my life.

I can only choose one

between justice and my family.

Fifth Brother.

To be honest,

I envy you

for having a happy family.

I also hope

your wish can come true.

But

if justice isn't upheld,

how can families be protected?

All these years,

everywhere that Yuan Yi Palace has reached

has suffered tremendously.

Many people

are like you,

they just want to protect their families

and live a peaceful life.

But when have the people of Yuan Yi Palace

ever let them be?

Their children

were abducted to Yuan Yi Palace

and forced to become assassins.

So many children

could have

lived a peaceful life

with parents' protection

and grow up without fear.

But they had no choice.

If we don't take this opportunity

to eliminate Yuan Yi Palace,

Chang Wujue

will create more

bloodshed in the future.

If the world is in chaos,

no one can live in peace.

I know.

As Senior Liao's friend,

I received a lot of help from her

and shouldn't be here

persuading you with righteousness.

But I have a selfish motive.

A few years ago,

a remote village was massacred.

One of my friends was involved.

She narrowly escaped death

and survived thanks to

Senior Liao.

But all these years,

she has been suffering from sickness

and countless regrets.

Are you talking about

Qingran's disciple?

Yes.

Mo Family Village was massacred overnight.

This must have something to do

with Yuan Yi Palace.

I also want to seek justice

for the villagers.

I've said everything I need to say.

If you insist on not going,

both of us

won't force you.

Say no more.

Where are we going next?

You're the only disciple left.

Seven!

Brother is waiting ahead!

Seven!

Brother is waiting ahead!

Eldest Senior.

Brother, you're here.

Eldest Senior.

After so many years,

we've finally reunited.

Yeah!

All these years,

we've been traveling around solo

to get rid of evil too.

But it's not as great as

fighting together as a team.

Back then,

[The Second Disciple of Sword Sect, Nangong Mo]

[The Third Disciple of Sword Sect, Xu Ting]

the Sword Sect's Eight...

Eight Swords...

All right.

Six is gone.

We're still alive,

and we can't ruin

the reputation of the Eight Swords of the Sword Sect.

For the battle ahead,

we have to fight to our heart's content.

All these years of disputes in the martial world

were caused by Yuan Yi Palace.

The annihilation of Yuan Yi Palace

can be considered

an explanation to Sixth Brother, the civilians,

and the martial world

of the Central Plains.

[The First Disciple of Sword Sect, Ye Tianzheng]

This trip to Yuan Yi Palace

must be very dangerous.

The consequences are unpredictable.

No matter how dangerous it is,

to eliminate the treacherous

and protect the people,

even the worst danger

will not

deter us.

I need to find out

where Mingjie is locked up

before making plans.

Chief Xue.

Chief Xue.

Doctrine Leader has ordered that

you can't leave this yard.

I just want to take a walk.

Chief Xue.

Chief Xue.

Please go back to your room.

Your Doctrine Leader invited me here

to treat him.

Is this how you

treat your guests?

Chief Xue.

Envoy Miao Shui.

If Chief Xue wants to take a walk,

I’ll accompany her.

If the Doctrine Leader asks,

I'll take the responsibility.

Yes.

Please.

How are the children of

Longmen Village?

Thanks to you,

they are fine.

Xiao Long

must have grown taller.

Why do you want to see me?

Just say it.

Can't I chat with you

because I want to?

Don’t go, Chief Xue.

Shall I read your palm?

I can do it.

Chief Xue,

your palm reading

is quite troubling.

This is a broken palm.

A person with such a palm

is usually smart,

but exceedingly stubborn.

Your life is full of ups and downs,

and you often cannot help it.

Your destiny line is not bad.

Although it broke halfway,

there's a small branch on it.

It shows that you once escaped from death.

But see here,

your marriage line isn't very optimistic.

Envoy Miao Shui, there's no need for you to talk so much to me.

It's getting late.

I need to go back to rest.

Chief Xue.

Are you going to bed early

to recuperate

and treat the Doctrine Leader?

Yes.

You have excellent medical skills.

Of course you can cure him.

But

I'm afraid saving him

would be dishonoring

the Mo Family Village that was brutally massacred.

In one night,

everyone was killed.

What do you mean by this?

Chief Xue,

you are so smart.

Do you really think that

the Mo Family Village massacre

was done by the Chief of Celestial Alp Sect,

Qiushui He?

He has admitted to

his crime back then.

Yes.

I'm afraid Qiushui He

would never find out that

he just fell for the Doctrine Leader's trap

and became his scapegoat.

Back then, Qiushui He wanted the Eye Magic.

The Doctrine Leader wanted it too.

But he didn't want to alarm the Sword Sect.

So he plotted

for people from Yuan Yi Palace

to mix into the Celestial Alp Sect.

What happened?

[Mo Family Village]

It's time.

Go.

Yes.

It was them!

Chief!

It was them!

Who are you?

Why did you kill him?

Yes.

Who are you?

Why did you kill him?

Why?

Hold on.

Look!

There's a fire!

The yard is on fire!

They want to burn us to death!

Yes.

They are so evil!

Yes.

You...

You killed our member

and now set the village on fire.

They are trying to

kill us all!

We'll kill them!

You killed and set fire to our village!

They...

The flowers on their swords are snow lotuses!

Are you...

Are you from the Celestial Alp Sect?

Celestial Alp Sect?

Kill!

You're talking nonsense here.

Aren't you afraid that

I’ll report you to the Doctrine Leader?

Be my guest.

But if you want to know

where your Brother Mingjie is,

I advise you not to.

Mingjie is dead.

The cabin

was burning that night.

Before Qiushui He went to the cabin,

the Doctrine Leader

took your brother away

and added to the flames.

He made everyone think

he died

in the fire that night.

Where is Mingjie now?

The Eye you saw today...

is Mingjie.

By the way,

I also heard that

a boy and a girl

fell into the icy river that night.

If my guess was right,

it was you, right?

Chief Xue.

So what?

What an ill-fated relationship.

The person who broke the ice

and made you fall into the icy river back then

is now trying his best

to protect you

and even brought you to Yuan Yi Palace.

Interesting.

How interesting.

What?

It was Miao Feng?

Chief Xue,

you’ll regret it.

Now,

Chief Xue,

do you still want to save the Doctrine Leader?

Envoy Miao Shui,

you must be telling me

these things for a reason.

What do you want?

I'll tell you

what I want tomorrow.

I'll bring you a bargain

that you can’t refuse.

Rest early, Chief Xue.

Chief Xue.

It’s late.

Where did you go just now?

I just walked around.

What's up?

Nothing.

I’m just here to tell you

to have a good rest.

Later,

I will take you

to the Doctrine Leader's sleeping hall

to treat him.

Rest early, Chief Xue.

Wait.

Anything else?
