an exhibit of precious stones of the world.

The main attraction of the exhibit

the 210-karat Star of Persia.

One of the most perfect diamonds in the world.

Every precaution has been taken to protect it from theft.

Uniformed guards are on constant alert

at each corner of the roped-off area.

Hey, where'd that red light come from?

Up there. On the wall.

(female #1) 'Look. Why, it disappeared.'

[crowd chattering]

Hold it, folks. It's still there.

No problem, everyone. The Star of Persia is safe.

[alarm beeping]

Look at the TroubAlert. This seems to be a really big one.

They're having an exhibit of the most precious

stones of the world.

It's my hunch that at this moment

they have fewer precious stones

than they had before the TroubAlert was activated.

(LeBon) 'Just go see who it is, Wilbur.'

Superman updates the situation

for the other SuperFriends.

As you can see

there is a miniaturized remote-control device

in each balloon.

- Holy projectors. - Exactly, Robin.

These balloons projected six decoy red beams.

Probably a trick designed to create confusion

as to the source of the seventh beam.

- The real red beam. - Yes.

Enough confusion to permit the criminals to escape

with the Cadwalader diamond.

'And, there are still three 100-karat diamonds left.'

Aquaman, may I suggest that you quickly get back to that area

where Howard Small's yacht is cruising in the North Atlantic.

And I think it's essential to get there

in a hurry.

Take Kal to the underground zithium tube.

(Lara) Be careful, Jor-El.

[intense music]

Friends, it would now appear that the shaking has stopped.

the microdot homing device

is not on that gem you're holding.

By George, you're right. The microdot is gone.

Gone with the 100-karat diamond. That gem is a cheap substitute.

When he took the diamonds out of the doctor's machine

The planet splitter never would have worked.

Dr. LeBon said he did a lot of experiments

to prove that it would.

And he showed us reports that Wilbur made out.

Yes, but Wilbur made out false reports.

The experiments had actually failed.

But Wilbur wanted those diamonds so badly

And right now, thanks to Wonder Dog

Wilbur is making a different kind of report.
