and there is so much experience

Yeah, so I think the Gen Zers
interpret the world,

especially culinarily,
through social media,

and I don't think they have
enough experience hands-on

We have pan-seared halibut
on the bed of lemon couscous

I think the sear
certainly looks toasty.

The couscous looks clean.
It looks okay.

How long did you cook
the halibut for?

About six minutes on one side,
two minutes on the other side.

Fish is cooked beautifully.
Really beautifully.

But the problem I've got
is the dish is just bland.

The beurre blanc
just tastes like cream,

and the fish
is way under-seasoned, okay?

It needs salt, pepper,
and fresh lemon juice on there.

- I think for me the broccolini
or the patty pan

needs a little bit
of chili flakes,
something to wake it up.

- Okay.
- This dish is very elegant.

- The only problem is

If I had to chose now,
