All language subtitles for Film 02 Standard Layout Settings

In today's video, I will show you how you can individually configure your layout and

design surfaces.

Let's start with the toolbar here.

If you click on the View tab and select Toolbar, you can choose which icons are displayed in

the toolbar.

If you want to hide the icons for the Zoom function here, for example, then simply remove

the checkmark.

Alternatively, you can right-click directly on the toolbar and change the settings there.

The size of the toolbar icons can be adapted in the CAD options as shown in the tutorial

for the standard settings.

You have the option to display the toolbox for designing buildings in the right frame

of the program.

Now you can easily switch between the different drawing functions.

Furthermore, you can show the lightning protection options, which are divided in the functions

Preparation, Calculation, Adjustment and Shelter.

The position of the windows can be rearranged by simply clicking on this floating command

here.

After that, you can move the windows to your preferred position.

This pin activates the automatic hide and unhide function.

The close button closes the window permanently.

Let's quickly restore that and then move to the properties window.

You can activate the properties window by selecting it over the View command and select

here Properties.

This window is useful if you want to change the properties of a building and adapt the

building height or the type of the roof.

Simply select the building and then you can make your changes here on the left.

Another practical window is the library.

This grants easy access to all relevant lightning protection articles in the DIN library.

Then you can choose the most convenient position for the window for yourself.

Selecting the tab View again allows you to add and activate additional windows such as

the shelter settings, which I find quite helpful.

Let's place them down here next to the library.

At last, I want to show you the option of working with different views and windows at

the same time.

You can select your preferred style of working with these icons here in the toolbar.

If you change the building in one view, it automatically adapts in the other views as

well.
