11 different tribes,

each with its own traditions.

Now, the last time
I went to a wedding,

everyone was doing the Gangnam Style.

It was a long time ago.

The Gangnam Style ain't going to
cut it with the Zulus. No way.

(EXCLAIMS)

Teams that choose High Kick
must tap into their inner warrior

and learn a Zulu tribal dance
dating back to the 17th century.

The war dance symbolises
strength and power

through high kicks and stomping.

When the tribal leader thinks
they've nailed their performance,

they'll receive their next clue.

Now, when you go out for a coldie
in Australia,

Aussies like to drink
from their own glass.

But in Africa, it's a communal thing.

The ukhamba is a local version
of a schooner

traditionally used
to bring people together

In this memory challenge,

teams must replicate an intricate
pattern of colours, lines and dots

on their vessel.

Once the local artist is satisfied
with their handiwork,

they'll receive their next clue.

because we get to hang out
with our fellow team-mates and relax,

this whole experience is.

I must say, I was stoked
when I saw you on this race.

Well, I am a fan of the show.

Is your competitive juices doing this

at any anywhere near what they were
when you were actually swimming?

I'm competitive in this.

BILLY: Yeah.

flick into it pretty quickly.

But this is different,
as well, to what that is.

I mean, the pressure was...
it was immense.

I was world champion when I was 15.

So, it's... Yeah, you want...
you want to feel as though

there's a nation pushing you on,
rather than weighing you down.

And...

It's a fine balance, though,
isn't it, I imagine?

And in the pool, that can become
really obvious. You can drown.

In the Olympics,
right before the race,

..um, so Australia
hasn't won a gold medal,

and I was there first night,

and I was nervous,
um, going into the final.

And it was not until I heard
the roar of the crowd...

This was louder than I'd ever heard.

I did that thing that you do when,
um...when you get in trouble.

I did the little smile-laugh thing.

Nervous.
And that was it.

I just needed a moment
out of my head

and I was like,
"I'm ready to do this,"

and owned what I was doing.

He was smashing world records at 15.

We have a 15-year-old son -
who is amazing, by the way -

but I can't imagine him
handling that kind of pressure.

I can't imagine
many 15-year-olds doing that.

Hey, Bam, you said UFC
has taken you to many places,

but what would have you done
if you weren't fighting?

What would you have been doing?

I played footy for a bit...

I think, at one point I didn't
think I was gonna be past 18,

See, it's the enamel - it's
the hardest substance in our body.

Lasts for millions
and millions of years.

And, if we're lucky...

..we might find one.

For this challenge, a team member
will turn archaeologist

and dig for a full set
of human teeth - 28 in total.

Once the ranger confirms
they have a mouthful,

they'll receive their next clue.
