carnaval celebrations,

full of heart, soul,
and fancy colourful costumes.

In this challenge,
teams will be tested on memory

and attention to detail.

Every dancer in today's performance

has a unique pattern
on their costume.

Our teams must block out
all distractions

and find the exact match
to this swatch.

After spotting the right dancer,

they must then memorise the medallion
hung around their neck.

Point out the wrong one...
and it's back to the start.

Get it right and they'll receive
their next clue.

the only way to find the dancers

is in a small cable car
attached to a very thin wire

each with its own pros and cons.

In this detour, teams must choose
between Strong Stomach or Soft Touch,

and there are limited spaces in each.

So it's first come, first served.

In the state province of Salta,

there is a local delicacy
that takes six hours to cook,

and some of the lucky teams
will have it all to themselves.

Teams that choose Strong Stomach
will be served

the Argentine gastronomic delight
known as cabeza guateada,

or cow's head cooked underground.

Our chefs will lovingly
plate up the feast,

and both team members
must eat the whole head,

including delicacies such as
the cheeks, tongue, and eyeballs.

When everything has been devoured,
they'll receive their next clue.

Goats are big around here.

Now, milking them,

We've shone a light on our charity,
the Black Dog Institute,

to not have shame
around mental health

and to support suicide prevention.
