[male narrator] As the satellite
space station rumbles down

into the Mission Control space center

a surprise attack is about
to be launched on Earth.

[Zan] Wow! What a spectacular landing.

I'm happy you could be here
to see it, Wonder Twins.

It's amazing, Captain Hood,
an unmanned space station

returning to Earth on automatic pilot.

[chattering]

[chattering continues]

Gleek, what are you doing up there?

it's not quite you.

[Captain Hood] Something's wrong.

There's not supposed
to be anyone aboard.

[Captain Hood] The hatch
is opening by itself.

Stowed away aboard the space station.

[laughter]

They sure don't seem very friendly.

[in unison] We are your deadly enemies.

And we are taking control
of this space center.

Then, we'll take over all
of the planet Earth.

[chattering]

It's a sleep ray.
We've got to stay awake, Jayna.

powers, activate.

Shape of octopus.

[tinkling]

[Zan] Come on, Jayna. It's up
to us to stop those aliens.

[in unison] These Earthlings will sleep

while we destroy their

over the eastern seaboard

Spaceship is heading straight
for the capital building.

I've got to act fast.

[dramatic music]

Now, to return this runaway rocket

to the space center and
find out what's going on.

Captain Hood will know what
caused the spaceship to go wild.

[in unison] So, Superman
has thwarted our attack.

Even Superman can't save Earth now.

Everyone will soon be totally helpless.

[chattering]

[aliens] Now, we'll attack
the capital city ourselves.

[chattering]

[Jayna] Huh, what? Oh, Gleek.

Zan, wake up.

Jayna, uh, quick, we've got
to stop those aliens.

[in unison] Wonder Twin
powers, deactivate.

[tinkling]

Captain Hood.
Captain Hood, wake up.

What? Who?

[Superman] Wonder Twins.

It's an alien takeover, Superman.

[alarm blaring]

Off the coast of the Cape of Good Hope

two scientists study the ocean floor

where a dangerous undersea fault
line threatens disaster.

[Gibbs] I'm starting to pick up some
tremors on our equipment, Paul.

[rumbling]

Wow, I sure can feel it, Dr. Gibbs.

We better surface right away.

[Paul] Uh, I can't control it!

[rumbling continues]

Calling the Super Friends.

Minisub explorer calling
the Justice League.

We read you, Explorer.

[Paul] An earthquake at
the Good Hope faultline.

Oh, no, Batman.

We're being sucked into
a giant whirlpool!

[male narrator] Miles down,
deep beneath the ocean floor

the scientists are thrust into
an eerie, undersea harbor.

[Gibbs] How bizarre.

That earthquake has propelled us

into some sort of ships
graveyard under the sea.

[dramatic music]

[Paul] Gee, I wonder what
this place is called.

Let's take a look around.

[Kelly] It's called the
Scaraghosta Sea, me hearties.

And it's jolly welcome you are.

Me name's, Kelly.
Keelhaul Kelly.

[intense music]

A pirate by trade.

[sniggering]

[Batman] You'll see a marker buoy
where the minisub was exploring.

I'm not far from there,
Batman. I'll check it out.

Come on, Storm.

Ready the Bat Submarine, Robin.
We'll join Aquaman at the site.

be a normal seaside boardwalk

in the midst of fun and games,
a ruthless evil character

This place looks like fun.
