a way out of this laser cell

the entire planet's in big trouble.

The world will be in great danger

if Captain Nimoy finds out where the Kryptonite is hidden.

it's in the Fortress of Solitude.

they'll strike the continental shelves

of California and Japan

causing the continents to sink beneath the ocean.

Looks like we really blew it this time, Wonder Brother.

and we're sure of little help.

If we can just contact the Kandorians in their bottled city

they may be able to stop the missiles.

But how are we gonna contact them?

The only one at the Fortress of Solitude is...

[Jayna on communicator] Wonder Twins emergency. Calling Gleek.

[gibbering]

Now, listen carefully.

You've got to release the Kandorians

out of their bottle.

[Jayna on communicator] This is a Wonder Twin emergency.

If anyone from Kandor can hear us, listen carefully.

Capitan Nimoy has fired two nuclear missiles

and they are headed toward the continental shelves

of Japan and California. You must hurry.

Great Kandor! We've got to act fast.

Hanna, you and I will head for Japan.

[male narrator] Moments later over the Pacific.

[Mygar] We've got to disarm the missile before it reaches its target.

[snaps]

I think it's disarmed.

Quick. Let's get out of here.

Excellent, missile number one will hit its target

in three seconds.

Something's gone wrong.

Missile number one has failed.

Capitan, missile number two is approaching target area.

Ha, perfect hit.

Prepare the invasion fleet.

North America will be underwater

in less than an hour.

[gurgling]

California is sinking into the sea.

We may still have time to stop the chain reaction.

Quick, if we can blow enough sand under the coastline

with our super breath, we may be able

to weld the rock back together.

[whizzing]

Wait, if my aquatic telepathy can penetrate this metal casing

we may have a chance.

[male narrator] Later, in the strange undersea city.

Holy sea caverns, Batman!

It looks like we are too late.

He split for California with his entire invasion fleet.

[Mygar] Perhaps we can be of help.

[Hanna] The four of us are almost as strong as Superman.

Alert all subs. Invasion will proceed as planned.

I saw the missile explode, but the continent is unharmed.

[phone ringing]

[male 4] Sonar has picked up a jet boat

approaching at 1 000 meters and closing fast.

It's those meddling Super Friends. Take her down.

We'll blast them out of the water with the torpedoes.

Nimoy is taking his subs down.

Prepare for invasive maneuvers.

Down periscope.

Range bearing 3-5-7 degrees.

Mark. All subs prepare to fire.

[intense music]

These submarines won't be of much use out of the water.

Captain, our sub fleet has disappeared.

Lock into that jet boat and fire all torpedoes.

[torpedo firing]

Holy torpedoes, Batman! Look!

Hang on.

Now to fire a torpedo of our own.

Bat torpedo away!

That torpedo hit our rudder. We're out of control.

[intense music]

[Mygar] Come on. Let's open up this sardine can.
