process of losing his company.

Pinzolo has, by
latest estimation,

made over 20 million selling
short on RightWear stock.

better if Carole Goldman

would testify against him.

- Pinzolo and Carole
Goldman were partners

on this whole deal.

She was the one who
orchestrated the takeover

of RightWear stock
by Chinese money

through opposition at
the brokerage house.

her with a warrant.
