Koji?

Koji, watch out!

Daisuke! Tell me what's happening to you, Daisuke!

What have I done?

What?

Darn it!

Disassemble!

Mazinger Z

Wait for me!

A flying saucer?

I won't let you leave without me

I'm coming!

Koji, don't go!

"Episode Two Legend of the Stars"

I never expected he'd hide in a far-away planet like this one

But nevertheless you didn't disappoint us and you found Duke Fleed

And this is, Commander Gandal another proof

of your keen intelligence and great experience

Stop buttering me up

Blaki, take a unit right away and search for Grendizer's hideout on this planet

This time, Vega Allied Forces will succeed in destroying Grendizer

Affirmative!

What's making you laugh?

I thought that commanders give orders and never receive any orders

How dare you? Even if you're one of Starker's knights

nothing can stop me from annihilating you if you try to make fun of us!

Then how about you start by shooting me in the head?

Make it fly like the leaves of cherry blossoms in the spring

That would be awesome

Put your weapon down, Blaki!

You had your chances and even the chances of others

and you didn't succeed so now it's my turn

Ain't that right 7th Attack Squadron Commander Gandal?

I...

I... It happened again

I fell again into the trap of the criminal machine

Daisuke!

You left in a hurry

I didn't even have enough time to thank you

Thank you

I'm sorry, Koji

You're very weird You save me then you apologize for it

Vega Alliance Forces are after me because they want to seize Grendizer

Your planet is in great danger right now and it's all because of me

What do you mean?

I made the same mistake again

I caused the death of innocent civilians on your planet

That's not your mistake

- Don't blame yourself, Daisuke - I killed everybody

All the people on planet Fleed Even Rubina is dead

But despite all that I'm here right now thanks to you

and thanks to this amazing Grendizer

I will destroy it

I will destroy it before they can take it

You don't realize what you're saying now

- Yes I do, I'm gonna get rid of it - I won't let you do that!

If you don't need it, give it to me and I will be its commander

But Koji...

Can't you see what happened? Mazinger Z was destroyed

in a battle against a bunch of scumbags

And now I'm no longer able to defend planet Earth

- That's why... - You can't do that! Don't even try!

I must try, I'm going to take command of Grendizer instead of you

I will save planet Earth!

Koji!

Grendizer!

I'm your new commander!

Watch out!

Are you hurt?

Koji!

"Vega Star Kasado Chamber"

Me and Duke were Starker knights and we spent 7 years together

I know him very well

I'm sure he will never submit to us and there's nothing in it for me if I kill him

And this is why I will invade planet Earth!

I shall let this knife decide which place I will invade first

Don't move

Looks like it was a bad throw

Let's do this again Get up

- At your orders - You're obedient

Just stand still so I don't hit you again

The unidentified forces' attack resulted in victims exceeding 10 million

The United States intelligence wasn't accurate either

There's no doubt we're facing alien forces coming from another planet

They're much more advanced both scientifically, technically and militarily

We must determine their objectives first of all

Then we can elaborate a plan to deter them

Sayaka...

I'm sure that Koji's OK He's always survived such difficulties

No, this time it's different

It's been 3 days now and we haven't heard anything from him yet

Professor Yumi, we received reports of unidentified forces in Paris

Here's the footage

What is this?

What an amazing show!

Now it truly deserves the "city of lights" slogan

Is it possible for a person from the planet Fleed to have a blood type

similar to the blood types here on Earth?

Is it a coincidence?

That's the best coincidence I ever experienced

Koji, how do you feel?

See? You saved me again, Daisuke

I'm glad you're awake

Forgive me

What is there to forgive?

It's me who needs to apologize to you

We had a weapon that had been passed down through generations on my planet

and it was capable of deterring invaders

You mean Grendizer?

Yes, I meant Grendizer

Thanks to Grendizer our planet was able to deter Vega Forces

despite their equipment and weapons

Wait, are you saying that Grendizer is a war machine used to protect peace?

It remained as such until that day

On that day, Vega Forces infiltrated Fleed royal palace

and when I got back...

I found most of the guards dead

Vega criminals! Does this mean you're breaking the old agreement

in order to seize Grendizer?

Look who's here It's the loser prince

Stop right there

Starker Beam

Duke Fleed!

Grendizer's defense systems are not activated

What happened?

That's because I'm one of Starker's knights just like you

Kasado? What have you done here?

As you can see, my friend

I made an alliance with Vega and we're here to take over Grendizer

How dare you?

Fine, you got away this time

Now attack Duke Fleed all at once, go!

How could you let him escape you fools?

Father...

Mother

Kasado

You did this!

You're a murderer!

You will not get away from me!

- The castle's on fire - What's going on there?

Wait, there's something coming at us!

- Oh my God, it's Grendizer! - He completely lost it

Show yourself!

Aquadizer, disassemble!

"Aquadizer Starker Tirona Knight"

Stop right there, Duke

Did you do all this? Answer me!

Duke!

Can't you hear me? What's happening to you?

What's the use? He killed his own parents

and it looks like he completely lost it

The king and queen are dead? I can't believe this! That's not true!

See for yourself and check this out

Duke!

Stop, Duke!

What's happening, Duke? Tell me right away

Rubina?

Rubina, what are you doing? The situation is very critical, get away

Are you the same Duke Fleed I knew very well?

Why have you destroyed the castle? Why did you do it?

These were our memories

You, me and my sister Tirona spent the best days of our lives here

How could you destroy our past in such a way?

Answer me, please!

Rubina...

It's...

It's Kasado!

Move, Rubina! Get away this instant!

Rubina!

He lost control

Stop!

Stop! That's enough

And this is how I killed innocent civilians and destroyed my own planet

Planet Fleed I even killed my fiancée Rubina

Stop it! The real criminals are Vega troops

You can't blame yourself

Thank you, Koji What I did there is unforgivable

and I will never forgive myself

Stop blaming yourself

They always wanted to seize Grendizer

If I get rid of it planet Earth will be safe

If you really do it and destroy Grendizer... You will never be safe

Koji, don't get anywhere near it

How could I? I can still remember how friendly it was to me last time

No one but Starker knights can command this machine

Starker?

Yes, these knights possess the GN factor and undergo extensive training

They're skilled and rare in this universe

Are you one of those knights? That's great

What is this?

- Let's follow the light - Hold on, wait for me!

The lights are gathered here

- This is an archeological site - Let's have a look

What is this ring? How can you make it shine like this?

This ring has many uses and can even be converted into a bomb

If I use this as a bomb

neither flying saucers nor giant machines would be able to survive

What is this thing?

Is this Grendizer?

Look at these inscriptions

This isn't even written in Fleed language

This is a given, we're on planet Earth right now

- But what could this possibly mean? - It's the language of legends

Who are you?

I ask the questions around here, is that clear?

Answer me, are you a good person or a villain?

- I am... - He's definitely a good person

This is Daisuke! He fought the villains and saved our planet

Our planet?

Only when fate brings the two legends together on this island

this path will be open

Did you just say "Two Legends"?

I wonder where this path leads

- It's a secret - What?

I can only reveal this secret to good people

I thought I told you that Daisuke is a good person

The concerned person has yet to answer me

To be completely honest I don't think I'm a good person

Daisuke, what's the matter?

I'm not used to lying

The Island of Wolves?

- So we're in Japan now? - Yes

It's a remote island but it's very beautiful

- Use this device - Thank you

Binder's communication device is out of order

Why did you ask me if I'm a good or bad person?

It's quite simple, if you're a good person I'm going to ask you to marry me

What? You're asking me to marry you?

- Hello - I can't believe it!

- Calm down - Is that really you, Koji?

Yes, that's me I'm sorry it took me a while to contact you

- Thank God - What's going on, Sayaka?

- It's Koji - This means he's OK

What's the matter? Why are you so concerned about me?

- Did something happen? - Vega Allied Forces resurfaced

What?

The Unidentified Forces launched their seventh attack on planet Earth today...

Is this Paris?

This attack led to human casualties and the destruction of infrastructure

following the failed attempt to hold out against the attack

Darn you! I will show you, scumbags!

And now we repeat the last statement

The French capital Paris came under a full scale attack

Kasado!

The authorities urged the citizens to evacuate the devastated areas...

Daisuke! Wait!

Koji, the flying saucer you saw is the same...

saucer commanded by my enemy Kasado

The one who murdered my parents!

I don't know if I can control myself

I'm afraid I might destroy planet Earth

Grendizer's power is capable of doing such a thing

Daisuke, your destiny is to be here

Have you forgotten the path?

You and Grendizer didn't land on planet Earth by chance

Is it really my destiny to get over here?

There's no doubt that the tragedy that befell the planet Fleed is unfortunate

and I can't blame you at all for being sad

But I promise to take revenge on whoever caused your sadness

Koji...

That's why we need to fight together

Planet Earth and planet Fleed need you

Give me your hand

I told you that this ring is a bomb that can be detonated from a distance

This way if you lose control...

I can detonate you with this ring

Fine

Listen to me, Koji

Promise me you'll do it if I lose control over myself!

True. It's a promise

I apologize for the delay you can drive the spazer now

Thank you

Nice to meet you, Grendizer

I see you're getting along really quick

Of course, these are new technologies

I've never seen anything like it before

If you lose control over yourself I will detonate you with this ring

If he's a good person I will marry him

but if he's a villain...

I will kill him!

Zioladizer, disassemble!

I'm bored of killing these Earthlings Tell me, there's no sign for Duke yet?

No, I couldn't detect Grendizer's location yet

That is so weird

I thought he'd come after I do all this

Looks like that loser of a prince cares less about these savages

I just detected Grendizer's activity

He's heading toward us quickly

Finally, the loser's here

Kasado, is that you? Answer me right away!

I'm surprised you didn't notice that yet

Tell me how you feel after the death of your parents and fiancée

Tell me, come on!

This time I won't let you get away from me
