personally I happen to like Ros.

I think she's a very
misunderstood person.

Initially, it was the alienation
of the associates

She took on a client
who supported

a apartheid in South Africa

our black associate

when he justifiably protested.

and settled a case
from under him.

Now, I'm not,
I'm not saying that

Ros is overtly racist,

but she demonstrated
no regard whatsoever

for our minority employees.

What else did she do,

Well, it was this fundamental
incompatibility

that ultimately began

to spread through the firm
like a cancer.

And her underlying dishonesty
simply became prohibitive.

We felt sorry for her. That's
why we chose not to fire her.

But senior partner?
