Now, the prosecution's
eyewitness made her

identification in the dark when
she was scared out of her wits.

A detective who was assigned
to the case testified

that it was a thief
that committed the murder.

And we have the unrefuted
testimony of Jacqueline Williams

that Earl was at home with her

at the time the killing
occurred.

Wouldn't it be nice if we could
all go home feeling as though

this horrible crime
had been avenged.
