If you are wanting to know much more about the near assassination of of former president Trump

then you are in the right place. What was shooter Matthew Crooks doing in the minutes

before and when would the snipers have had him in view as he crawled up the roof. I have the

most rock solid evidence thus far that Matthew Crooks was the lone gunman. With new evidence

coming available a clearer picture is starting to form so let's go through what we know from

the video and audio evidence and try and figure out where the two counter sniper shots came from.

We have video clips of crooks running along the roof 3 minutes before the

first shot. The one is body cam of him running without much effort to conceal

himself. The other clip was captured by one of the victims who was wounded and has him dropping out

of sight and then popping back up again.

[Trump] All right you get ready McCormack you get ready. I'll get you up here

And the cops were talking about him on the radio and had spotted him.

These clips overlap each other in time. And seen from the camera angle this is

what that part looks like and it is pretty remarkable that nobody

in the audience actually spotted him even though he was so conspicuous.

From these two clips this appears to be his most probable path

where he needed to navigate two gaps in the roofs.

He paused somewhere around here for a short while perhaps getting his weapon out of his backpack to

assemble it. And it was when he crossed over the last gap that the crowd spotted him with

his rifle and filmed this clip.

[Trump] Because we have millions and millions people in our country that

shouldn't be here. Dangerous people. Criminals we have

here on the roof

He's getting up now. He's armed. Right here.

And then he starts his crawl up the roof and then about a minute before the

first shot, a policeman popped his head over here. The shooter noticed him and

aimed his weapon at the cop. These video tracks which have been synchronized to the

same time give a good idea of what was happening around the Building.

Here we have a horse blissfully unaware of what's about to happen

and the cop who's now been alerted is hoisted up

and the camera is not quite at his eye height so doesn't see everything that he sees. But as he

pops his head over, he sees Crooks close by with his weapon. soon as he sees him he drops straight

back down again and now he runs around to the front to try and go and see if he can

get another view of him. And there's the cop the body cam running around to the other side.

The guy who's filming is under this tree filming this video over here

and then we get two we get two glimpses of the shooter.

he's got a gun

So there we see him it is 4 seconds to go

then we see him again there his long hair and the rifle and the 20th roof pan is the one that

was lying in and we can reference that later and 1 second to go and then we have the shots firing

and then we have a 10th shot after a 10-sec delay

So as he's approaching the top of the roof he knows there's a cop

behind him he knows there are snipers on the roof the crowd is going nuts

and the adrenaline must have been really pumping so he knew he could waste no time.

And there was a 9th shot from a counter sniper that missed. We know that it missed because

between the 9th and the 10th shot there's footage of him looking back towards the crowd

under the trees. Could be he was looking for where the shot that missed came from. And then

the 10th shot fired and multiple people in the crowd obviously saw this and reacted as the shot

took out Crooks. These are the bullet trajectories that we know of.

The first shot glanced Trump's ear.

The 2nd or 3rd shot wounded David Dutch who is in the corner of the far bleacher.

Then likely the 4th or the 5th bullet struck James Copenhaver also wounding him.

And then the 6th shot took the life of Cory Comperatore.

So the question is when did these counter snipers first see Crooks on the roof.

It goes without saying that of course he should have been spotted by whoever was

patrolling this roof and there were 2 counter snipers from local police units in windows in

the second story, for unexplained reasons left their post. So it was left up to these snipers

to neutralize Crooks. These snipers would have been at the highest position to look down the

incline of the roof. The Secret Service snipers who were closer to Crooks had the best chance

of seeing him and because of their high angle they would have spotted him pretty early as he

crawled up the roof however they had the tree in the way which may have entirely or partially

blocked their view of him. But there is footage of them actually looking in this direction and

perhaps they alerted the other team who had a clear shot who then turned around and started

looking towards Crooks. of our country took over and look what happened to our country probably 20

million people and you know that's a little bit old that chart that chart's a couple of months

old and if you want to really see something that's sad take a look at what happened over

And this is the view from the south Secret Service sniper team and about

a minute before they had turned around and had him in view so would have caught Crooks

pretty early on his climb but certainly near the top he would have been very visible.

So this is what they would have likely seen of him.

and if you want to really see something that's sad take a look what happened over

So what do we know about the 10 shots and where they were fired from. So the best audio recording

we have was by Dayve Stewert. There was the least shouting and background noise and it was also the

closest to the gunman only about 35 yards away. In this sequence we have slowed down the speed

to 20% of normal speed and the first eight shots have been set at exactly the same time spacing

and with the having it slowed it down you can better hear the fine differences in the sound

So there are eight shots fired inside 6 seconds then there's a 1 second gap between 8 and 9 and

between 9 and 10 there's a 10sec gap and then 10 is the final shot. These are audio tracks that

captures all 10 shots to give a clearer picture of all the shots. First one is the David Stewart

film. Which also captures the gunman on the roof and we see him over there couple of seconds before

firing and this shot was filmed around this tree here. Then what I call "running along the fence"

and in my previous video I incorrectly located the video being recorded over there started off

next to the fence here and then once the shot started then the cameraman ran along the fence

and eventually stopped about over here. So there is some movement in this location. Then footage

captured at the foot of the north bleacher which also captures all 10 gunshots. Then the lectern

microphone and there multiple sources for this with slight variations and this particular track

captured the 10th shot the best. But the shots were suppressed so they don't register very

well in the audio. And then another one which is also happens to record the puff from the round

striking the handrail. And it also captures David Dutch with a leather hat and the American shirt

and also James Copenhaver who was wearing the white top with a blue hat. And then the other

clip was captured by John Malis and he started off approximately over here and then as the crowd was

started to run away of with the gunshots he then moved next to the trunk of this tree. So what you

see here is all those tracks stacked one above the other to align the shots as best as we can.

The gunshots are by far the clearest in the Dayve Stewert audio recording because it has the least

crowd shouting and background noise. And then progressively more and more noise and particularly

this one where very difficult to visually see where the gunshots happened. When you listen to

them they are you can distinctly isolate them and it's clear from this that the first 8 shots match

up in terms of their timing. Shot 8 and shot nine are obviously have different timings cuz

were varying distances from the recording source. These first eight shots have slight variances in

their timing. Analyzing those in in greater depth we then arrive at timing differences which range

from positive 0.01 seconds to negative 0.012 seconds. And translating that into a distance

that is -11 ft to posisitive 13 ft. And if we look at that in a graph form and try and see

any pattern. We can see that that they are just generally variable there's no difference between

the first three shots and the second five. They just have normal randomness between them. And the

most extreme cases are shot number six. We'll also notice here that shot number six wasn't

registering on the lectern microphone and the explanation for that is, that's likely the shot

that struck Comperatore and so that bullet never made it past the microphone to register the sound.

So considering that the the variance is - 11 ft to postive 13 ft that then logically translates the

shots would have been fired from within a circle of 13 ft radius. So for me that is rock solid

evidence that Crooks fired the first 8 shots. And a witness who was next to the tree with Dayve

Stewert over here, watched as Crooks fired all the shots and he saw muzzle flash from the first

and the second volley of shots. And he's convinced that Crooks fired all 8 shots. Now we don't have

any official confirmation where shots 9 and 10 came from so at this point we can only guess it

seems generally accepted that the 10th shot came from the Secret Service team on the southern barn.

And initially there was suggestion that the 9th shot was fired from this grand-stand over here,

350 yards away. Then later The Washington Post reported that multiple sources have anonymously

said the 9th shot was fired from approximately this location here. Between the north bleachers

and the the Secret Service team. So to try and figure out where the shots may have been fired

from I experimented with various sonic cones. And a sonic cone from this grand-stand here did not

match up with the various recording locations. So then I tested the Washington Post location

over here and results are not exact but they are feasible. So to try and figure out shots 9 and 10

through triangulation this simulates the the bullet and the cone going past and

tries to align it with where it registers in the audio track. And as starting point,

we use shot number 8 to register Dayve Stewert and the fence video then the north bleacher and the

lectern and then John Malis under the trees. So the first place to register sound would be Dayve

Stewert over there and the north bleacher and the lectern and running along the fence and then John

Malis and as I said there are some anomalies it's not perfect. The Dave Stewart location

is picking the sound up too early and as is the John Malis location the rest seem reasonable fits.

And then if we look at shot number 10 coming from the southern barn the north bleacher and

the lecturn pick up the sound first next would be Dayve Stewert that's a pretty good match

there then running along the fence and as I said the video shows the cameraman had moved

to approximately this location which ties up and then finally a John Malis location which

matches up very nicely. Now shot number 10 seems to be a good fit and shot number 9 has got some

anomalies but certainly seems feasible. We have to wait for an official statement as to where

shot number nine was fired from. Is the fact that they being so secretive related to the fact that

the shot missed. So this is where Crooks was found and his rifle was 8 ft to the left and

Crook's position was 20 roof pans counting from over here. And that also ties with the Dayve

Stewert video. He was also lying in the 20th pan. Which confirms where was captured in the

video is the same position where he was found. Now the position of the rifle away from Crooks

Is not unusual cuz it's the standard procedure to remove a weapon from a shooter even if he's been

neutralized. On top of that they tied his hands behind his back with cable ties. And according

to the body cam footage these are the position of the casings which would have been how the weapon

would have ejected them. And to line up the shot he would have had to lie across some of the roof

seams which would have made aiming uncomfortable and the 9th shot that missed is when he turned

and looked in the direction of the crowd who were under the these trees over here. There have been

questions about the elevations of the trajectory and if we take Crook's rifle as the datum,

from my measurements Trump's ear was only 3 foot lower than Crook's rifle so is essentially a flat

shot. This was a security fiasco not because of inadequate manpower. Instead it was abysmal

communication between agencies and complacency in command and planning. As new information comes to

light details will change. Trump dodged a bullet and America dodged an almighty one. There is no

way to fathom the profound chaos and violence that would have erupted if this loser murderer had been

on target. He missed and now 4 weeks Later the story has thankfully has largely dropped out

of attention and will be no more more than a footnote in history. But that is no comfort to
