Younglings, for today's flying lesson,

my new Padawan Wes Vinik will be leading the course.

-Wes is gonna teach us? -[Nubs coos]

He's an amazing pilot.

Good morning, everyone.

Today's lesson is about making sure you finish,

no matter what, even if you make a mistake.

The course is very challenging,

so you'll be flying one at a time.

-Who'd like to go first? -Ooh! Ooh! Me!

[laughs] Kai Brightstar it is.

[on comm] Okay, Kai.

You gotta fly through each ring

and then end back at the landing pad like this. Watch.

[beeping, pings]

[engines powering up]

[laughs]

[ring beeps]

[ring beeps]

-Yeah! -So wizard.

-Wow. -[Nubs laughs]

[ring beeps]

-Yay! -[giggles]

[Kai, on comm] Whoa! That was flawless!

You didn't make any mistakes.

[on comm] I'm gonna do it just like you, Wes.

But remember, this lesson isn't about doing it perfectly.

It's about finishing.

[on comm] Just finish the course.

[Kai] Sure. Right. Finish the course.

Ha ha! Watch this!

-[ring buzzes] -[exclaims]

[sighs] I messed up. Better start over.

[grunts] Kai, keep going. You...

[starship approaching]

And he's starting over.

[Kai] Gonna do it right this time.

No mistakes.

[beeping, pings]

[engine roars]

-[alarm blaring] -[electricity crackles]

[sighs] You made it look so easy, Wes.

You're perfect at flying.

Me? [scoffs] No way.

I scuffed my Vector yesterday when I was setting up the course.

Hold up. You messed up too?

Sure did.

But I pushed through and kept going, even when I made mistakes.

I know you can too.

Say, how about we do this course together?

Yeah. Let's do it.
