welcome back to the Dr Taylor Marshall podcast and

today I'm sharing my it's going to be interesting

interview with Archbishop Carlo Maria vigano he is the most controversial

Bishop uh alive today he has declared that Pope Francis is an anti-pe even a

counter Pope he has exposed numerous scandals Vatican bank scandals he was at

the epicenter of the controversy and the expose of mccarrick and the accusation

of him molesting boys and other scandals and I finally get an interview with

Archbishop Viano I've been asking this for years and it's finally here and I

think it's appropriate especially since he's been declared

excommunicated by Cardinal Fernandez and I'm going to ask

him directly about that he's going to give his answer and the topics today are

questions that I wanted to hear from Archbishop vegano directly I've think

I've read almost everything that Archbishop vegano has

written since the summer of Shame and these are topics

such as do you believe the Third Secret of Fatima revealed

in 2000 are real we talk about set of eonism we talk about

sedi privation ISM we talk about the fraternity of St

Peter Institute of Christ the King CI Pas I 10th all kinds

of things and unfortunately Archbishop Carl muray vegan know will not be on screen

with me live um there's a couple reasons for this uh first he cites his thick

Italian accent he has uh great English I've spoken to him

on the phone before um but he was concerned about that and

then also just the grave nature of the topics that we're

discussing I mean we're talking about Fatima we're talking

about heaven and hell we're talking about excommunication um

we're talking about anti-popes and Archbishop vegano wanted

to take time careful time to reflect and then write

these down in a in a mature Review of the 14 questions

and responsible way so what you're seeing is his um his careful analysis of

these questions I'm going to share with you off the bat the

questions uh ahead of time and U I'm going to give you a

little bit of biography on the background of vegano not everyone knows the

whole background and the biography of vegano and then we'll jump right into

it so here are the questions that I gave Archbishop vegano

and he responded to first of all do you believe that the 2000 year of 2000

published Third Secret of Fatima was the real one or is it

fake is it a fraud two I asked him about Vatican bank scandals

one of which he is exposed and ask him do you think the

Vatican Bank should be abolished third in my book infiltration

I documented Archbishop vgo's investigative work as

the Secretary General at the governor of the Vatican

City from 2009 to 2011 under Pope benedi 16th and I asked vegan what else did you

find during that investigation and for the sake of history

for the sake of clarity what exactly happened and this

will be as far as I know the first time he's ever documented

it with exact details dates names Cardinals Etc it's

quite fascinating four cardinal Fernandez stated that you received Archbishop

vegano a latte sentenia excommunication for the crime of sism and I asked

Archbishop vegano does this canonical penalty apply you why or why not five I

ask him who are the most dangerous men currently right now in the Vatican

six uh I ask him some pastoral questions I say what should lay Catholics do if

the traditional at Mass were to be banned one day seven what are your

excellency's thoughts on the fraternity of St Peter

Institute of Christ the King and the Society of St Pas the

10th a what would you say to Layman Layman who do not have access to the traditional

Latin Mass what should they do nine I asked Archbishop vegano what

was Cardinal mccarrick's role in the China Vatican deal

that Cardinal Zen has objected to um so often over the last

few years 10 I ask Archbishop vegano as him

being former Nuno to the United States of America what is his opinion on the

status of the health of the United States Bishops number 11 this is a really

interesting one as you know some people believe that Pope b v 16th never truly

resigned because he resigned the ministerium of the

papacy but not the munist not the office so I ask

Archbishop vno what he thinks of this argument that Ben the 16th did not

resign based on the munis ministerium distinction and I think

you'll be quite surprised to hear what Archbishop vegano

says about that 12 I asked Archbishop vegano what should a future Pope

do should he declare Pope Francis AKA bolio as an anti-pe should he invalidate

or nfy Vatican 2 What should happen in his opinion

13 Pope St Leo II declared his predecessor Pope anius anathema that is

a cursed cut off and I ask Archbishop vegano will this

happen again and in particular will it happen again for Pope

Francis in his opinion and then 14 and lastly this is a really interesting

question and I was really happy to see that he answered it I stated if Pope

Francis if bergolo is an anti-pot wouldn't his

Cardinals like Cardinal Fernandez wouldn't

his Cardinals be anti- Cardinals and therefore

invalid and and if they're invalid Cardinals how would there be a conclave

to elect another valid Pope you see the problem here and to solve this problem I

asked Archbishop vgo if he has read Gerard delorier Kasa chakum thesis the

kasakam thesis is a um Scholastic treatment by a Dominican Theologian who

since passed away um and I ask Archbishop vegano does

he agree with this thesis regarding a material papacy

argument where a pope who was not validly Pope could still make valid

Cardinals so those are the questions and Archbishop vegano does uh

a great job interesting job whether you agree with him or

not he clearly took time to carefully think through these

and pen out um some interesting responses that I think

that you're going to enjoy and maybe learn something or

maybe disagree with them even more U before we pray

and get into the questions I just want to give a

background on Archbishop vegano so he was ordained well

he was born in 1941 he was ordained in 1968 under the old

ordinal and as a priest he served on diplomatic missions

before being consecrated Bishop under John Paul II in

1992 he served in the governor of Vatican City state from 2009 to 2011 and

he'll share uh quite a bit of his experience during during

that time and then he was appointed Secretary General

uh when he was Secretary General of the Vatican Governor um he was appointed by

Pope Ben the 16th to reform the finances and he found deficits he found some

scandals he found the Surplus and he notified directly uh Pope Benedict and

this led well this sort of Spilled Out into the public as

what's known as the V links the Vatican leaks and he'll talk

about that as well you'll remember the butler um who

was uh sneaking out documents releasing to the public

publishing them and there's a huge Scandal under Pope Ben the 16th

Archbishop vegano will definitely provide some clarity on what exactly was

happening during that time he then was sort of ejected out

of the Vatican and he served as the apostolic Nuno or the

Ambassador from the Vatican to the United States from 2011 to

2016 and he became most famous

in 2018 when he published the 11 page

epistle which accused Pope Francis and numerous other Cardinals and Bishops for

covering up and concealing the sexual misconduct

of cardinal Theodore mccarrick who was the Cardinal

Archbishop of Washington D.C and in this letter it was very scandalous Archbishop

vegano revealed that Pope Bennett the 16th had

placed restrictions on Cardinal mccarrick and

that Pope Francis had either released them or refused to enforce them and

because of this at that time in 2018 AR Archbishop

vegano called for the resignation publicly called for the

resignation of Pope Francis which was quite a big deal hasn't happened in

quite some time in the Catholic church and he has

continued to publish letters and messages until finally in

year 2024 on the 5th of July 2024 the decter

for the doctrine of the faith under Cardinal Fernandez

announced that Archbishop vegano had been found guilty

of sism and had therefore incurred excommunication latte

senten this means that Archbishop vegano retains his title as Archbishop but

according to canon law and according to the interpretation

of Fernandez not the interpretation of vgo as you will see um

he is not permitted to celebrate mass or sacraments and Archbishop vegano as you

see maintains his innocence and states that he

is not in fact excommunicated for two reasons as

he'll explain in this interview so that's the background

on Archbishop vegano and um there's a couple things

I'll say before we pray and that is first of all I want to clear up a rumor

it's been going down for a couple years and that

is that I Taylor Marshall Am The Ghost Writer

or collaborator with Archbishop vegano 100% not the case I've never written one

sentence or even one word for Archbishop vegano I've never worked for him um and

that's that so that's a rumor that should probably die

I've never met him in person but I have spoken to him on

the phone and in correspondence and then

secondly whether or not you agree with Archbishop vegan I

think you can realize that we're in a crisis right now we're

in a time where there's confusion where there is a collapse in faith in Europe

and we're beginning to see it in the United States of

America and in the Western Hemisphere and people are

looking for answers and part of Archbishop vgo's assessment is that

the Deep church and the Deep state that is infiltrating forces both in the

political realm and in the realm of the Catholic Church are working

together that there's a symbiotic relationship between the parasites in

the UN the EU the United States um

Eastern Europe China and that it's sort of hand and glove working inside the

Catholic church and that this this Nexus this connection has

to do very much with Pope Francis AKA Jorge bolio the S gal

Mafia the lavender Mafia uh the homosexual Lobby in

the church Freemasonry Etc and you'll see that come

out in this interview so when we begin with the prayer we'll begin with

the Our father and then we'll jump into the Our Father prayer in Latin

questions amen

amen I know many amen well the first

question of Archbishop vegano is that I asked him was do you think that the

third version I'm sorry the the version of the Third Secret of FAA published in the

year 2000 is the real one or is it fake and I'll share on the

screen the text here we

go Archbishop vegano responds and he says the text of the

third part of The Secret of Fatima was delivered by Sister

Lucia to the bishop of Lea in 1944 it refers to the vision that the three

Shepherd children had in 1917 in which the Virgin Mary expressly stated was to

be revealed in 1960 it was delivered to the holy office in 1957 during the reign

of Pope p i 1. Is the 2000 published third secret of Fatima is the real one?

12th John the 23rd read it in 1959 and decided not to make it

public Paul v 6 did the same in 1967 John Paul II read it in 1978 or perhaps

in 1981 in 2000 on the occasion of the Jubilee He ordered its

publication leaving people to believe that it was the

complete text saying that the vision of the stricken Pope

referred to him and more precisely the attack he suffered on

St Peter Square in May 13th 1981 this is the assassination

attempt against John Paul II the suspicion that the text of the

secret has been manipulated is more than well-founded Archbishop Veno goes on to

say beyond the anomalies and Technical inconsistencies such

as the format of the paper support used by Sister Lucia

it seems clear to me that the revealed content was censored

so as not to confirm that it was that what was there

for all to see the demolition of the Catholic Church

from within and the apostasy of the faith through a bad

Council and a bad Mass the decision not to jeopardize the

Revolutionary outcome of Vatican 2 LED ronali John 23d to decide not to reveal

the Third Secret Montini Paul the 6 acted in the same way also because the

revolution of the council had in the meantime extended

to lurgical reform that is the novas sordo on the other

hand it is not surprising that a hierarchy that adulterates

the sacred scripture and the magisterium can also

go so far as to censor the words of the most holy virgin

in the context of apparitions recognized by the church end

quote so Archbishop vegano is saying in his opinion most

definitely the Third Secret of Fatima is manipulated or is

false and he says if these hierarchs clergy Bishops Cardinals even

popes would adulterate scripture and magisterium they

would adulterate the words of the Virgin and Archbishop

vegano shares that he believes that the true message of

the Third Secret of Fatima was that there would be an

apostasy due to a bad Council and to a bad

Mass all right we're going to look now at the second question and it

regards the Vatican bank and I ask him should the Vatican

Bank be abolished 2. Should the Vatican Bank be abolished?

Archbishop vegano responds The Institute of

works of religion the i i is the abbreviation for

the title in both Latin and Italian it's the official name

of the Vatican bank it's not called the Vatican bank it's

called the I or The Institute of works of religion is a bank says vegano and it is

normal that an institution such as the Catholic church

in the Vatican City state are equipped with one its

management is entrusted to two lay people the president

and a general director while a commission of cardinals

is responsible for supervising its activities since

since it is not administered by the government of

Vatican City in my function of General Secretary I never had any institutional

role in the operation of the bank it is up to those who administer the I I.E the

commission of Cardinals and ultimately the Secretariat of State on behalf of

the Holy Father to dictate the rules that guarantee its

correct management and the transparency of its operations

and also to prevent speculation and elicit activities now that leads us to

this very important next question it's the third question

and this is where I ask Archbishop vegano to detail exact

exactly what was going on in the governor of the Vatican City with the

Vatican bank and here he gives dates names and I think for the sake of 3. In

my book Infiltration, I document your investigative work as secretary-general

of the Governorate of Vatican City State from 2009 to 2011 under Pope Benedict

XVI. What else did you find? For the sake of history, what exactly happened?

History this portion of the interview is very important I think this will go down

in the history books there is a lot of detail here it is

very long but I think it's worth our study and worth our

analysis so again I ask him in my book infiltration I

document your investigative work as Secret AR general

of the governor of Vatican City state from July 2009 to September 2011 under

Pope Bennett the 16th what else did you find for the sake

of History can you tell us exactly what happened and here

is Arch Bishop vegano answer before being appointed

to the governor at I've been appointed by John

Paul II as the Delegate for the pontifical representations

in the first section of the Secretariat of the state

my immediate Superior were the substitute and the

Secretary of State who are the only ones with direct access

to the Holy Father listen to the details here folks my task was to prepare all

the dossier relating to the hiring and promotion of the

staff of the Roman curia and the apostolic notit and also

to manage highly confidential dossier concerning members of the Roman decast

and the College of cardinals all right so vegano is managing highly

confidential dossier on members of the dicasteries and

the College of cardinals my investigative activity says

Archbishop vegano preparing the dossier and formulating

an assessment on the persons and the suggestion of the

decisions to be taken ended with the delivery of

the dossier to the substitute it was then up to the

substitute and the Secretary of State first sadono and then Bron these are

cardinals to present my dossier to the Pope or not deciding based on their own

total discretion whether to advance someone or shove them for example in

addition to the well-known case of mccarrick what did

my superiors do when I gathered very serious information

about Cardinal Maraga why was he elevated to the

rank of cardinal instead of being punished in

accordance with the crimes he committed so we see here

there's sort of a circuit breaker between Archbishop vgo

and the pope and it has to go through the secretary of state so Archbishop

vegano could assemble these dossier in this case against Cardinal Mara Diaga

and present them to the pope but if the Secretary of State

or the substitute got involved they could be sheld and they

could never get all the way to the top does

that make sense Archbishop vegano goes on to

explain some of these problems in the Vatican flow he says Cardinal Bron who

kept Pope Benedict under under control obtained his permission

to remove me from my position because as I said in my

June 2024 statement jacus I was obstructing his action and his

appointments he had me sent to the governor as general

secretary but since it was a demino that is a demotion

compared to the previous role Bron promised me at the end of Lolo's term

who was now close to retirement I would be appointed president

of the governor a Cardinal's position on the very first

day of beginning my role at the governor at 16th of July 2009 I realized the

total irregularity and Corruption of the administration I immediately discovered

the existence of a finance and management commission an illegal entity

that was not foreseen by the statutes of the governor

composed of a group of eminent Italian Bankers who were in

charge of the financial management of the Vatican

City State this commission presented a merely

con presented as merely a consultative body in reality

had decision-making functions and speculated for their own

profit on Vatican Investments placed in investment funds including black

rock it seems that black rock has their finger in every Pi including this Pi

according to Archbishop vegano so continuing along he

says including Black Rock with which they had signed

management contracts whose costs were higher than the interest paid to the

Vatican Governor vegano says I therefore immediately set to work and within a few

months the deficit of over $10 million that existed in the 2009 fiscal year

changed to a surplus of $44 million putting an end to the illicit Affairs of

both preets and lay people people this recovery

operation should obviously have entailed the removal of

the protagonists of such malfant starting with Cardinal president loolo

and the administrative director of the Vatican Museums monor Paulo

nicolini loolo who reeks of Freemasonry is roped together with

Cardinal silvestrini who is in turn a creature

of the Secretary of State austino ceroli

the man of ostop atic a key figure of the pontificate of John Paul II here we

see Archbishop vegano connecting the Italian Bankers with Freemasonry if

included among the parties to the said contract which had instead been

for raising funds to finance The Works through an advertising

in charge of the restoration work chosen by nicolini

without any tender monsor nicolini was owed a significant monthly fee paid to

him directly by The Firm that raised the funds

through advertising The Firm this firm retained

for itself some millions of Euros already collected which

should have been paid to the company that was carrying

out the Restorations according to the progress

of the work to the point of causing its

Interruption I was therefore forced to intervene to have

the contract dissolved and demand that the sums collected be

immediately paid to the governor and thus provide the

remuneration of The Works carried out it was then that I was

kicked out of the governor and Cardinal aelo

once again found himself in a position to act

undisturbed so here's just one example of some graft some Kickbacks

some manipulation of contracts and the flow of money for the restoration of

what was it burn uh bernini's colonade yeah in the two

fountains if you ever been to St peters's uh the Vatican

in Rome there's those two fountains out in the Piaza I I

assume that's what he's talking about there so this is

just an example here of of one case that's worth $15

million with corruption and Archbishop vegano comes on

the scene he blows the listle and he's out he's kicked

out Archbishop vegano gives us another case he says

another case of mismanagement was the assignment of the

contract for setting up sales points at the Vatican musician uh museums sorry

the Vatican Museums to the Opera laborator laborator fiorentini which

represented a turnover of millions of Euros in which allowed

nicolini to gain an enormous personal economic Advantage

under the table vegano says my removal from

the governor occurred after defamatory press

campaign organized by monor nicolini and the young powerful Marco Simeon a

well-known homosexual Freemason former Secretary of the minister for urban

cultural heritage and Secretary of the president of medob banka an intimate

friend of the Secretary of State Bretton and his Protegé to whom he he later owed

his promotion to the Italian State television

ra AI where he was in charge of relations

with the Vatican my work was nullified said vegano in called the team of

collaborator collaborators I had set up confirming in

their places all the corruption protagonists I had reported

monsenor nicolini was promoted to head of the pontifical Villas in Castle gondo

where he would manage an enormous property much larger

than the Vatican City State he obtained from bolio the

immediate expulsion with brutal and vict vindictive methods of Eugenio hosler a

man of integrity and my close collaborator son of of

the major of the Swiss guard who saw his reputation his

personal career his good name and indeed his very existence

destroyed recently monsenor nicolini was appointed by bolio

as director of the lato SE higher education center which

deals with green projects in accordance with

the dictat of the world economic Forum of

Davos the latest of them advertised a few weeks ago consisted of Agro voltaic

plant of an agro voltaic plant in the extr territorial

Vatican property of Santa Maria de Galeria the project had

already been proposed by Cardinal lello under

Bennett the 16th and I was one who prevented its

realization so here you kind of see you know

it's not just the banks and it's not just the

flow of money it's also these projects that are associated with according to

vegano papal documents right so they need this done

it's been blocked before and to sort of pave the way for these green projects

there is the lato C and so he takes nicolini who's

this corrupt guy according to vegano and bolio appoints

him the director of this lato SE Center and then they begin their project so

again it's sort of this hand and glove deep

State deep Church according to Archbishop vegano

following these media attacks Pope Ben the 16th set up a

commission of inquiry made up of three Cardinals harons Burke

and Lolo despite the latter being directly implicated and I think just as an aside

here this shows uh just Pope Benedict being

naive and I think you know in retrospect we see that Bretton managed to persuade heran

to dissolve the commission which he then replaced with a

disciplinary Commission of the governor which despite being

under the control of bton himself decided to dismiss

nicolini and adopted sanctioning me measures against the

management of the pontifical Villas the measures adopted by this disciplinary

commission were however nullified by Bron and leelo so again someone gets in

trouble someone above covers for them and clears

for them while Pope Benedict had twice EXP

expressed to me his desire to appoint me as president

of the prefecture of economic Affairs of the Holy sea in

place of cardinal vasio de Pei a position he told me in

which I could best serve the holy sea Berton obtained

my being sent to Washington DC away from the Roman Kira and those I had Disturbed

in my fight against corruption so here is where

the story of Archbishop vegano becomes even more

interesting he's uncovered these scandal in the Vatican they need to get them out

Bretton wants them out so they give him it's not really a

promotion but they say okay you're going to be the ambassador

to the United States of America Apostolic nuo that way

you're out of all of these economic details we can kind of Run free do what

we want to do do side deals do Kickbacks and we're going to send you over to DC

and you won't be with us anymore and of course Archbishop vegano is now going to

expose the greatest controversy in American Catholic history and that is

the sexual perversion and molestation of the leading Cardinal in America the

Cardinal of Washington DC mccarrick but in the meantime there was

the controversy of the butler the Pope's Butler who was leaking correspondence

to the Press let's take a look at that Archbishop

vegano he says the butler Paulo gabrieli

and I've done podcasts on this you can go back uh on the

Dr T Mar podcast and and watch whole podcast me documenting

exactly what happened here he says he's an honest

and naive but well-intentioned man on his own

initiative handed over to the press my letters vegano letters

addressed to Pope Benedict and Tony in which I denounced

the vast corruption in the governor with this gesture gabrial hoped

to be able to help Benedict by bringing to light the network of complicity in

the Vatican the role of excessive power of Bertoni and

leolo and the machinations against the Pope the role

of monor gvin was also decisive he competed with Bron for

control over Benedict in the in the government of the Church

in 2012 after Pope Benedict's Butler leaking documents

the leak of these documents vtil links one the pope established a new

Commission of cardinals composed of heran Tom Co and de

Georgie despite the fact that I was at the center of those events this new body

tried to ignore me for at least two months and it was

only following my explicit telephone request to Cardinal

heran while I was in Washington that I was listening to

said I could give my testimony your eminence don't you think

I also have something to say in this matter the

Cardinal's upset response was if you really want

to my written memorandum says vegano in addition to the report of the

interrogation was inserted in the famous white box that the ameritus delivered to

bolio in April 2013 when he went to visit him

in Cal gondo instructing his success Professor

bolio Francis to intervene and remedy the rampant corruption in the Vatican

and here is the picture of the white box documented

all right this contains the infamous "white box"

important documents and it contains veganos memorandum right

there gets interesting because

here is where vegano meets with

bolio on the 23rd of June 2013 so bolio

is in the Vatican right he's been elected he's

Pope Francis vegano meets with him he says on

the 23rd June 2013 when I met bolio after he asked me about mccarrick and

the Jesuits in the United States in order to

feel out my position he asked me to give him the

dossier that I had given to the three Cardinals appointed by Benedict to

investigate I did so immediately and he told me I have a small safe in my

bedroom now I'll take it over there which he did and read it this

evening vegano goes on to explain it is obvious that bolia

was only interested in knowing who the corrupt people were

in order to be able to use control and blackmail

them nicolini was among his proteges a man

who as we have seen he not only kept in his place but

promoted to higher positions eliminating anyone who would

oppose him starting with Eugenio hosler I've often wondered vegano says

what happened to that white box and why the two cardinals still

alive heran and deori continue to remain silent in the face of the coverup of

what emerged from their investigation so vegano

says there is a coverup there is a scandal it

is written down it is in that white box and why is it that the two

cardinals who help prepare it have remain quiet for all

these years well now we know why if you come out and are

critical of the Vatican or a critical of Francis you get the bishop Strickland

treatment you're removed from your sea or in the case of vegano they issue and

say youve received a latte sentenia excommunication

bye-bye so that reveals sort of how the sausage is made in the Vatican and now I

ask Archbishop vegano directly about his excommunication and

whether he considers 4. Cardinal Fernandez stated you received

a latae sententiae excommunication for the crime of schism.

Does the canonical penalty apply to you? Why or why not?

himself to be excommunicated why or why not Archbishop yo explains he says on

June 11th 2024 so this year I was informed by a simple email without ever

receiving any official notification of a canonical trial against me I was told

that if I wish to oppose the accusations made against me I need to appear in Rome

Just nine days later on June 20th or else to submit my written defense by

June 28th the vigil of the Feast of Saints Peter and Paul I do not believe

that such a short time to prepare one's defense it is given even if you just get

a parking ticket the charges brought against me are completely

inconsistent I'm accused of sism for having questioned

the legitimacy of bolio and for having rejected Vatican 2

but the law recognizes the non-applicability of the will or

intention to commit sism in the case in which the accused person is persuaded

that the one who sits on the throne of Peter is not the Pope and where the

groundlessness of his suspicions is demonstrated is willing to submit to his

to say I'm not a huge fan of cardinal Fernandez and I think he's a Jesuit and

I think his appointment by bolio reveals some major problems in the mind

and in the Theology of bolio I mean why would you

appoint this man who's writing this kind of

trash to be in charge of all the Dogma all the doctrines and all the morality

in the Catholic church it's comical so vegano lists Fernandez of

course and let me get it back on here holic Ro Roos is now in charge of

liturgy and sacraments he's the prefect pipara these men together with the

Secretary of State Cardinal perin are all accomplices in the disastrous

management of the Vatican in the entire church says vegano I recall in passing

that perin was a member of the network of the second section

question what should L Catholics do if the traditional Latin mass is banned by

prum after the Council of Trent so it's called often the trentine mass was in

effect until 1969 when the New Order of the mass in Latin novas Ordo Mis was

the Lord's Tribunal for not having fulfilled their Duty

to God 6. What should lay Catholics do if the TLM is banned one day?

by purchasing the churches that are now up for sale or by

setting up home chapels and by seeking out priests willing

to celebrate the mass and sacraments for them according

to the apostolic right and by helping them

materially to carry out their Ministry end quote

we have seen in the United States also in Europe that something like

70% of Catholics those who identify as Catholics do not

believe in the real presence of Jesus they don't believe in

transubstantiation they don't believe in

Eucharistic sacrifice and part of this is because

there was a major shift in 1970 the architecture became

round instead of having Transcendence like you see in the

cathedrals that were made for the traditional at Mass the AL

is in the middle the priest faces the people lay people are

in the sanctuary it's much more about Community it's much

more about a meal it's much more about talking and dialoguing that's why the

priest is looking at people over the altar instead of looking at God over the

Altar and it's my belief you've heard me say this before

it's my belief that these changes such as communion on the

hand have slowly

over the decades eroded Catholic belief in the real presence of Jesus Christ his

true body and blood his soul and Divinity in the Eucharist you know the

Eucharist is not a symbol the Eucharist is Jesus Christ the Eucharist is the

second person of the Most Holy Trinity incarnate of the Immaculate Virgin Mary

so why is it that after 50 years 7 % no longer believe is it bad

sermons well there are bad sermons but the Liturgy

has created a ethos is created a culture in which going to mass is more about

getting together having a meal and what the mass actually is is the second

person of the Trinity incarnate the Virgin Mary offering

his body and blood on the cross as a propitiatory sacrifice

as the Lamb of God to God the father on behalf of mankind in and through the

holy ghost that is the mass that is the Eucharist and the traditional Latin Mass

expresses that and when you attend the traditional

Latin Mass you enter into that trinitarian

action God the son Jesus Christ offering his body and blood to God the father in

and through the Holy Spirit and then the priest is Sanctified

and ordained with holy hands and holy digits to lend his

voice in his hands in Persona Christi in the person of

Christ and we get to participate in that that's why the

church says You must attend Mass every Sunday and on

holy OB holy days of obligation but you only must receive

communion once a year the most important thing here is the Eucharistic sacrifice

not necessarily communion both are infinitely important

I'm just making the point here and because of that the new

liturgy has eroded faith in the real presence now the next question regards the

fraternity of St Peter The Institute of Christ

the King and the Society of St Pas I 10th and

Archbishop vgo's thoughts on those groups we are going to take a pause here

I'm going to break this into part one and part two because

welcome back to our exclusive interview with his Excellency Archbishop Carlo

Maria vegano his uh interview after Cardinal Fernandez declared that he had

received a latte Centier excommunication and this is the continuation from the

first half in the first half we looked at six questions

that Archbishop vegano responded to um regarding the Third

Secret of Fatima the Vatican bank scandals uh whether or not he was actually

excommunicated and the penalty applies to him we talked

about the most dangerous men in the Vatican right now

and we also looked at what lay Catholics should do if the traditional Latin Mass

would be banned that's all in part one now we move to the

remaining eight questions and in this second half of the

interview Archbishop vegano will discuss

his thoughts on the fraternity of St Peter Institute

of Christ the King and the Society of St Pas the 10th

he will give advice as to what Layman should do if they

canot get to the traditional Latin Mass we'll also look

at mck ex-cardinal mccarrick's involvement in the China Vatican

deal and his assessment when he was Apostolic Nuno of the health of the

United States episcopate the Bishops of the United States of

America look at the question as to whether Pope Bennett the

16th validly resigned in 2013 and the

controversy of the munus ministerium distinction which

are Latin words we'll get into that a little bit um and

perhaps defect in the resignation document of Pope Benedict the 16th we'll

also look at what future Pope should do should they declare Francis an anti-pe

should they invalidate Vatican 2 and should a future Pope declare Francis

anathema as once did St Leo II on Pope enorus and then the final question is

about Cardinals and valid Cardinals and how there could be a future conclave

we'll talk about the Kasa chakum thesis of GAD delorier and the idea of a

material papacy versus a formal papacy uh quite interesting I'm really excited

about that last one to hear Archbishop vegan on that so

we'll begin we'll open up with a prayer again and then we'll

jump into to these question questions and answers by Archbishop Carlo Maria

number seven and in the seventh question I asked Archbishop vegano I asked him

what are your thoughts on the fraternity of St

Peter fssp The Institute of Christ the King 7.

What are your thoughts on FSSP, ICK, and SSPX?

Do you encourage people to attend their Masses?

do you encourage people to attend their masses and here is what Archbishop vgo

said quote the former Ecclesia day institutes were born from the vatican's

intention to weaken the Society of St Pas the 10th after the Episcopal

consecrations of 1988 which having given it self an Apostolic succession was able to

continue its apostolate even after the death of Archbishop Marcel

leev what's going on here well the Society of St P the

10th was founded in 1970 by Archbishop Marcel leev and in

1988 Archbishop leev moved forward and he consecrated four Bishops without

explicit permission from John Paul II and that led to the announcement of a

lat senten excommunication same kind of excommunication that vgo is under and at

that time there was established the Ecclesia day institutes

and these were groups who wished to not follow Marcel

fev in this act but wanted to somehow retain formal communion and formal

submission to the holy sea um and so the Ecclesia day institutes were created now

since then Pope Francis bolio depending your take on here with vegano has

abolished the Ecclesia day commission and these uh Priestly fraternities are

on their own so that's the context here and this is the

reference to 1988 that Archbishop vegano makes in this answer

he continues to say the authorization to celebrate the trentine Liturgy which up

which until then had been completely excluded

had and still has as its condition the

acceptance of the post-conciliar magisterium in the litness of the Novis

Ordo Mass this premise is completely unacceptable says vegano because it

reduces the celebration of the traditional Mass to a ceremonial

question while instead it is evident that the trentine

right summarizes in itself all the doctrine and spirituality

of the Catholic faith in antithesis to the protestan IED right of Paul I 6 that

ecumenically silences that Faith he goes on to say whoever

celebrates the mass of St Pius I cannot accept Vatican 2 says vegano in fact

from the beginning many priests who had left the Society of Archbishop leev and

had joined the Ecclesia day institutes continued to have strong

reservations and so to speak played on the equivocation of a tacit acceptance

of the Vatican itself did not ask to be made explicit so here he's saying that

even the Ecclesia day communities Priestly societies that

didn't go along with Archbishop Marcel they still kind

of kept an equivocation um a doubt concerns about

the second Vatican Council and the Nova order Archbishop vegano goes on to

explain what happened under Pope Benedict the 16th in 2007 says vegano

Benedict the 16th recognized the legitimacy of the

traditional liturgy declaring that the traditional Latin

Mass was the extraordinary form of the Roman right alongside the ordinary form

of the novas Ordo the mono proprio summorum pontificum reveals ratzinger's

hegelian approach which is the coexistence of two

forms of the same right sought to compose the synthesis

between the thesis of the traditional mass and the antithesis of the montanian

right what is vegano talking about here uh Hegel was a post-enlightenment

philosopher who saw the progress of human thought or human Enlightenment as

a synthesis so over time there's always a thesis and an

antithesis or an antithesis and these battle it out over

and over and finally in this kind of very German way of thinking they meld

and form into a synthesis for human philosophy human thought and Archbishop

vegano is here saying that Bennett the 16th ratzinger carries with him this post

Enlightenment Germanic approach this hegelian approach of

seeing the progress of history as a battle between two

that eventually emerges into a one it's not a Catholic

way thinking but that's what he means here by hegelian he says but even if that case

the ideological basis of the Moto proprio was in

fact was in fact moderated by practice and so the end

result of sumor pontificum was relatively positive

at least in the spread of the celebration of the

traditional Latin mass that today's younger Generations had never

experienced young priests and many of the faithful have

embraced the the apostolic right discovering its beauty

and intrinsic coherence with the Catholic faith in face of the success of

the mass of all time the modor proprio tradus custodis that's the Modo proprio

of Francis bolio drastically limited the liberalization of summorum pontificum

declaring that the right of every priest to celebrate the

traditional Mass had been abolished and reserving it only for

the former easia day institutes for example Le fraternity

of St Peter and Institute of Christ the King Sovereign

priest thus an Indian Reservation of more or less conservative clerics who

depend on bolia has been created who are required to profess the conciliar faith

through the con celebration of the new right at least once

a year he's talking here about the crism mass during Holy

Week something that practically all the priests of

these institutes are forced to do willingly or not

on the other hand it does not seem to me that the

Bishops and Cardinals who support them have expressed any

reservations about the council or about the doctrinal moral and

lurgical deviations of the post-conciliar period Summorum Pontificum

and of bolio himself it is difficult to expect from subordinates a combativeness

that emminent prets have never demonstrated so here Archbishop

vegano expresses it as an IND Indian Reservation uh I've

often diagnosed the same problem I I call it the Corral theory that what the

modernists are trying to do is Corral traditional priest and traditional Ley

into a Corral like we have down in Texas where you put livestock

and once you can kind of her all the livestock into the

cral you can close the gate and you've got them all there you

can sort them out you can you know ear tag them brand them

castrate them whatever you need to do but they're

in the Corral and so I think Archbishop vegano is

expressing something similar here by using the term Indian

Reservation which in American history for all of those who

aren't Americans uh the American government would gather up Indian tribes

give them reservations and say this is your place stay here uh I think it's a a similar

analogy Archbishop vegano then goes on to explain what he sees as the problem

with this Arrangement he says these institutes are therefore under

blackmail if if if with sumor and pontificum it was

possible to think of an attempt at lurgical peace that would

lead conservatives free to choose the right they prefer

in a vision that was so to speak liberal with Trad trados

cotus the clergy who celebrate and the faithful who attend

the traditional Latin Mass are burdened by the Ecclesia

ecclesial stigma of backwardness of the rejection of Vatican 2 of preconc

silar rigidity which is the term Francis uses for

traditionalists in this case vegano says Cali and parasia yield to the

authoritarianism of bolio who however does speak an uncomfortable truth the

ancient right calls into question the ecclesiology and Theology of Vatican 2

and as such does not represent the conciliar church I'll pause here so what

Archbishop vegano has expressing here is if you analyze

the traditional Latin Mass the trentine right and how it

relates to the Council of Trent and the catechism in the

Council of Trent those things fit together and then he's saying

that the second Vatican Council and the novas Ordo those fit together and what

traditionalists have experienced and what modernists have conspir experienced

is that you can't merge those ratzinger wanted his hegelian thesis antithesis to

come together a hermeneutic of continuity a cross-pollination of the

true rights and maybe something would eventually be

settled in the future and what he's saying here is that

bolio has thrown a wrench in all of that and now you have basically choosing

sides and it's not just lurgical it's not just a

preference it's actually theological it's dogmatic it has

to do with morals it has to do with theology so now it's

almost like you're dealing with package deals and not a lurgical

preference all right let's go back [Music]

to here we go is that it there it is

the illusion of lurgical Peace has therefore been shattered miserably in

the face of evidence of the irreconcilability of two

rights that excommunicate each other just like two

churches the Catholic church and the senatal Church of which they are a cultic

expression so here you can see how vegano is pushing

the Liturgy the council and then the pontificate of bolio Francis onto one

side and that is a Catal Church they even say right and and one of the

problems is is you'll hear modernist theologians and

they'll and they'll say things like well before the

council we taught this after the council we taught that

they'll even slip and they'll say that sometimes my wife was

once at a noas Ordo and the priest was there

and he preached um before the council we taught

that everyone should become Catholic that was the teaching

of the church after the council we now know that all

religions are capable of saving people my wife gathered the children and took

them out right and in this sermon you

even this kind of liberal modernist priest is articulating what vegano is

saying but on the other side of the chasm so whether you agree here with vgo

on this case it is it is the rhetoric of the left and

it's becoming more the rhetoric of the right as well if

you want to use left right we should probably be using ICK

Orthodox traditional versus modernist all right continuing on now he

talks about the Institute of Christ the King in the case of the in Institute of

Christ the King Sovereign priest the ritual and ceremonial

question seems to Prevail over the doctrinal one and there

no coincidence that amidst the general dissolution that

exists the Cannons of I'm going to mispronounce this gri gigo

seem to be exempt from opposition and ostracism they do not represent a

problem because they do not question the new course in the

slightest and indeed have extent extensive citations of

conciliar documents in their constitutions the other

institutes are also surviving but it remains to be seen

how they intend to respond to the coming future

what do we do what lay people do vegano says As for the faithful I believe it is

necessary to understand the situation of great disorientation Anarchy that is

present in the church and I think we could all recognize that he goes on to

say many Catholics who have discovered the traditional Latin

Mass are no longer able to attend the monian right here he

refers to Montini AKA Paul v 6 AKA he's referring here to the novas Ordo and he

says it is understandable that they are content so to speak with the trentine

mass celebrated by the former eclesia day institutes without how however

accepting the compromises that are required of their priests but it is a situation that

sooner or later will have to be clarified especially

if the acceptance of conciliar and cotal errors becomes

comes the condito Caan that is the condition without

which of the enjoyment of the traditional Latin mass in that case the

faithful must act coherently and seek out priests who are not compromised with

the Catal church he says the horrors of this pontificate are in any case eroding

the consensus of the clergy with regard to brolio a traditional faction could

decide not to follow him on the failed path he has overtaken

you say to laymen without access to TLM?

and that is what do you say to lay people who do not have

access to the traditional Latin Mass Archbishop vegano

gives some pastoral advice he says I understand the torment that many feel at

not being able to attend the TR the trentine mass it is like being deprived

of the very presence of the Lord and of The Graces that

the holy sacrifice spreads on souls and on the church but

we must remember that throughout history many Catholics both

in distant lands not yet reached by missionaries and also in

times of persecution have found themselves unable to attend Mass except

on rare occasions a Catholic vegano says can survive without the mass but not

without the faith if faith is therefore indispensable for salvation is important

that every Catholic nourish his or her religious

education by taking up the trentine catechism again and

nourishing the intellect and the heart in such a way as to resist the contagion

of the novas Ordo and its degenerations we must pray that the Lord

sends workers for his Harvest and we must support the few priests who are

still faithful so those are hard words coming from Archbishop

vegano we now shift back to mccarrick and the scandal of mccarrick and his

original accusations against mcck which were not just about sexual

molestation 9. What was McCarrick's role in the China-Vatican deal

and misconduct but also about mccarrick's wheeling and dealing in the

2013 papal conclave in which he spoke to a distinguished Italian gentleman about

getting bolia elected but also mccarrick's role in

the China Vatican deal and I'll just interject here a

personal anecdote when I became Catholic in 2006 I was in Washington DC and I was

a cardinal mccarrick was giving a talk and I was there and during the Q&A the

role of the underground Catholic church and the Chinese

communistic so-called Church was brought up in a question and

in his answer this was back in the day I didn't know

mccarrick was a molester or bad guy I just knew he was the

Archbishop of DC he said something that even I as a new Catholic was shocked he

said that Rome should regularize the Communist

Chinese patriotic faction and I remember thinking

well the underground Catholics are the ones

holding the faith just like the recu English who were holding the faith under

Henry VII and and uh Elizabeth the so even back then in 2006 I was shocked by

how mccarrick was ready publicly to make a deal with the Chinese Communist

socalled church and then we learn from vegano that mccarrick was actually

working behind the scenes to accomplish this and assigned by Francis here's what

Archbishop Veno says on the matter despite the fact

that accusations against mccarrick's scandalous conduct

instructed the then Cardinal to main contact with the Beijing government also

because of his connection to the White House and with

the Democrat establishment that that had and still

has relations with the Chinese dictatorship he goes on to

say mccarrick's ability to monetize the church's collaboration

with certain members of the Chinese government led to

the signing of a secret agreement which According to some rumors rumors which I

am unable to verify brings Millions into the Vatican every year in exchange for

its Silence about the persecution of Catholics who

are faithful to the apostolic sea about human rights

violation and we do have to salute Cardinal Zen of of Hong Kong who has

diligently sought to defend the rights

the reputation of that underground church and the deal

that was struck by Francis is wicked it's evil it's

something that a lot of Americans don't spend time on they're

more focused on you know some of the states that seem to

conflict with Catholic Orthodoxy but telling the Communist

atheistic Chinese government that they can appoint Bishops in a Bas in

basically abandoning the underground Church in preference

for those who are politically and ideologically opposed to

Catholicism is a grave Scandal and Cardinal Zen has been militant and

is your assessment of the status and health of the

United States 10. As former nuncio, what was the

status and health of the United States episcopate?

how injured and hurt American Catholics are by the I

mean I've met people whose children have been abused

by the scandals by the closing of historic beautiful

parishes and heretical sermons and Eucharistic abuse and lurgical abuse and

it's just people feel beat up and I think one reason why Americans rally to

Archbishop vegano even if they don't totally agree with

him on some of these things is he was the apostolic Nuno to

America and he is a voice of clarity and they respect that in a way he has become
