The team, when they went to the area,

I was filming these two bright, gold colored objects,

and then something gets ejected out of one of them.

I said, bro, come check this out.

What we pulled out of the ground was totally unexpected.

This piece of metal is unlike anything I've ever seen before.

of a UFO or an alien everywhere.

I know that this is the place where I will get all my UFO paraphernalia

that I can't get anywhere else.

Um, we have received, of course, your story

and the data and evidence that you sent along with it.

Chrissy has reviewed your data and account

with a team of experts and analysts,

-and she is going to bring their answers to the fore. -[Trey] Sure.

[Mitch] Let me start by asking.

Please tell us what happened.

Give us your account.

My name is Trey Hudson,

and I think we've captured footage of a portal,

a gateway or doorway into somewhere or something else.

I'm a researcher, and I've always been interested in, you know,

things of high strangeness, you know, be it UFOs, cryptids, things like that.

I have a team and my team is made up of engineers,

you know, professional people.

We've been investigating and researching since 2017.

It's a place we call The Meadow.

There's a lot of folklore in that area.

That region is known for high strangeness.

There are numerous reports of paranormal occurrences.

So on 11th of February, 2017,

we decided we were going to set up in The Meadow,

equipped with thermal and night vision.

[eerie music intensifies]

-[woman] Oh, there they are. -[Trey] We see you.

We had clear visibility.

We know what our teammates look like on thermal.

We're used to seeing them at various distances,

so we know what a human being size thing looks like.

Continue heading toward the entrance of The Meadow.

Just stay right on the edge of the woodline.

So we received a radio transmission from one of our teams

on the east end of The Meadow.

And they said, "Hey, we have something happening here.

You need to come over and check it out."

See that square box?

You see the X beside it or the cross?

You see the cross forming?

I got over there and they said they started seeing on their thermals

boxes forming in different places in The Meadow.

Halt. You're right on the edge, but it is fading away.

It's at least 25 foot tall.

So this was interesting because cubes and boxes are something that you see

at others places of high strangeness.

It's-- It's like a reoccurring theme.

-We're recording the site. -[woman] All right.

The team, when they went to the area

where this cube or box was formed,

they completely disappeared off our thermal.

[woman] I can't see 'em.

[Trey] Did they just disappear?

What my team reported when they entered into this area

is a temperature drop.

Things were chilly, things were cold,

and it was very dark and still,

like being inside of a black velvet bag

or inside of a blackout curtain.

Team three, what is your location?

It's completely faded away now. It's gone.

It's odd because this area, there really wasn't anything

that would completely block and obliterate their heat signature.

That's just not something that was possible.

The wildest explanation is they actually weren't there.

They were somewhere else.

[Trey] I think they walked into a portal.

What is a portal?

It is a gateway or doorway into somewhere or something else.

It's almost like there were two realities.

There was a reality of The Meadow

that we were used to seeing every day,

and then there was the reality of The Meadow that they had stepped into.

Except these things were existing at the same time.

Two weeks later, we did a recreation during the daytime

and we were not able to get our team

to completely hide their thermal signature.

So in an environment where you would think

that we would be able to replicate it...

We were not able to.

What do you hope to gain from this exchange today?

What outcome are you looking for?

Not only do I not have the answers,

I don't even have the questions.

If our experiences were validated,

it would just, you know, telling us that we're on the right track.

This is an area of Alabama that is just really rich in folklore.

-UFOs, UAPs, cryptids. -[Chrissy] Right.

And we were told that this was a secret location?

-Yes. -Okay.

Yeah, the latitude and longitude and all that.

-That was given to our team to analyze. -[Trey] Absolutely.

And I don't do that to be difficult, but--

-[Chrissy] No, no. -This is on public land.

And if the location is ever, you know, released,

meaningful research in the future would severely be compromised.

Chrissy worked with a team of researchers to analyze the evidence you submitted.

[narrator] Trey submitted a thermal image video

of people disappearing in the woods

that he recorded on February 11th 2017 for examination.

Are you ready for me to go through some analytics with you?

-Sure, please. -Okay.

One of our experts, Ben Hansen, looked at this,

and he said that from observing the area and the region,

that there's hot springs.

And so he thought that this could have been

-some kind of warm mist that was blocking the camera. -[Trey] Mm-hmm.

That particular area we know very well.

There is not a hot spring.

And during the video,

the heat signatures of the team members

were very bright and brilliant.

And there was nothing that was dense enough

that would completely obliterate a heat signature

in that part of The Meadow.

The next thing, we had two different experts look at this.

And they both appeared to say that the subjects simply walked behind a tree.

-That's a pretty ordinary explanation. -[Trey] It is.

There were no trees that were large enough

to block the heat signatures of three people.

[Chrissy] So why do you think that they did not disappear during the reenactment?

[Trey] I think, for whatever it was,

it was not present when we did the reenactment.

So what is "it" to you?

It is some sort of unexplainable phenomena,

you know, that's transient. That's not always there.

Are you talking about what people call a portal?

[narrator] Portals, often called wormholes, have been theorized

as being the way in which UFOs travel in and out of our airspace.

On January 16th, 2019, the CIA declassified a report on traversable wormholes

that was commissioned by the Defense Intelligence Agency in 2009

as part of a top secret investigation

into how UFOs and other aerial phenomena might travel to Earth.

If there were certain physical attributes of the environment

that were not there at one time,

and they were there taking the same route back out,

it was a doorway of sorts, i.e. a portal.

So, Trey, I had three experts analyze this, come back.

You know, I was thinking that maybe they would have a difference of opinion,

but my job is to work with the data that I have

I have to say that...

It's inconclusive.

Based on everything I've taken in here,

your account, your evidence, I believe...

[Joe] I noticed a little buzz in the metal detector.

The gauge went up.

What we pulled out of the ground was totally unexpected.

You know, I was thinking that maybe they would have a difference of opinion,

but my job is to work with the data that I have.

I have to say that...

It's inconclusive.

[Mitch] You know, it's interesting.

There are some people who might think,

"Oh, this is really far out stuff."

Is it? Is it far out?

You know, Einstein's theories themselves,

which, if you explain them to people seem very far out,

have in fact been proven in our own era.

Our astronauts, although they are obviously traveling

nowhere near the velocity of light speed.

They do experience minute but measurable reductions in the aging process.

-[Trey] Yeah. -Time is not absolute.

It's constantly changing.

Its reality, as real as the words that we're speaking.

When I evaluate these situations,

I take into account the presence of evidence,

the credibility of the witness, the experiencer.

I think you have stepped up

not only with research, data, imagery.

But I think you and your colleagues are profoundly well trained,

grounded people.

You have an appropriate background.

You're using appropriate tech, and I think you have raised

and deepened some extraordinary questions.

I think so, too.

Based on everything I've taken in here,

your account, your evidence, the analysis, the history,

I believe...

Because science dictates that it's inconclusive,

I agree with Chrissy's assessment.

At the same time, you and your colleagues have brought forth data

that has deepened our questions,

and it would be a crime against inquiry

not to continue your research and work.

You know, I think the analysis was spot on it.

It was an event that was so outside of the realm of normality,

of what we normally see, you know, in the world around us.

So inconclusive is a very fair assessment

because, quite frankly, I don't know what we captured.

I wish we could have provided Trey

with something more conclusive.

That's what one always hopes for.

Yeah, these cases are so challenging

for the fact that there's not much science we can go on

that is hard science.

There is something very strange going on this location,

and we can have two realities existing at the same time.

Let me tell you what our process is.

We received your story, of course, and the data

and the information that you sent

which Chrissy has reviewed and consulted on with a group of experts.

But we want to hear your story as well directly from you

to ensure that we haven't missed anything.

So I want to start off by asking you

to please tell us what transpired.

[dramatic music playing]

My name is Jason Suraci, and I'm a bicycle mechanic.

I couldn't tell you what I saw,

but it could be something extraterrestrial.

I've pretty much dedicated my life to looking for UFOs,

and I'd consider myself an expert.

I usually put six hours a night in

watching the sky from 1:00 a.m. 'til sunrise.

I've seen daytime objects.

I've seen objects at nighttime on night vision.

The night vision I have is third generation night vision goggles.

The military used to use them.

They're the best for filming the night sky.

If you put in the time and effort, you will see something.

On January 25th, 2023, at 3:24 a.m.,

I was outside doing a sky watch in my backyard.

I was filming these two bright, gold colored objects

traveling from left to right across the sky

and seemed to be flying around 40,000 feet in altitude

and moving three, four times faster than commercial flights.

And then something gets ejected out of one of them.

[eerie music playing]

It looked like a little tick tack object

that just came out real quick and disappeared.

I'm not sure what it was.

I was tracking satellites and airplanes,

and there were no satellites on my tracker when it happened

and there was no aircraft on my other tracker.

I'm actually surprised. I even got lucky enough to film something like that.

[Mitch] Now you're a dedicated sky watcher.

-[Jason] Yep. -You have some very serious civilian equipment.

How long has that been an interest of yours?

-Pretty much my whole life. -No kidding.

I've seen UFOs before, and it piqued my interest.

What do you hope to gain from this exchange today?

I want answers to the things that I've seen over the years

that I've been doing this.

You've also submitted some evidence and data,

which Chrissy and a team of researchers have analyzed.

[narrator] Jason submitted a 3 minute, 24 second-long video of an object appearing

to eject another object that he filmed

on January 25th, 2023, for analysis.

[Mitch] So you're very willing for us to debunk it?

-Yeah. -Why is that?

Because you just can't call something a UFO

and expect it to be extraterrestrial.

The truth is more important than calling it something it's not.

And yet your impression is

based on the data that you've gathered

and what you witnessed, that it is a UFO.

A UFO, yeah, but could it be extraterrestrial? Maye.

-[Mitch] Mm-hmm. -That's still up in the air.

So let's go back to the thing that was being ejected out of the alleged UAP.

That's pretty amazing.

[Jason] I was watching it on night vision,

and I thought I saw something get ejected

or a flash that came out of it.

Then I watched on playback and I was like, "Holy crap. There--

It's-- Something may have actually came out of this."

I'd like to show you these.

Can you tell me what you see here?

[Jason] These look like the objects that I filmed in my video.

[Chrissy] Can you tell me which one you feel is the object

or the alleged UAP?

This one.

[Chrissy] When we were doing some research,

one thing we found out looking at traffic and flight patterns,

we see that the objects are likely...

Not aircrafts.

We also search ADSB satellite,

ISS and rocket launch data

for that date and time and location too

to see if there was anything that was happening

or any activity within that region.

And...

We didn't find any comparable data as well.

So we had no idea what it could be.

I have to look at the data that I have,

so that's why we came to the conclusion that the objects are likely...

[chuckles]

We also search ADSB satellite,

ISS and rocket launch data

for that date and time and location too

to see if there was anything that was happening

or any activity within that region.

And...

We didn't find any comparable data as well.

So we had no idea what it could be.

And so, then we reviewed the type of technology that you were using,

-and it was the NG goggles that were used. -Yep.

Why are they so important do you think for using for researching UAPs?

Because you can see extremely deep into the star field.

-Okay. -[Jason] And if there's a tiny object up there,

you're gonna see it on night vision

way before you see it on any other camera.

[narrator] To record the image of the object,

Suraci used a Gen 3, military grade

night vision scope attached to a cell phone.

So how many videos have you taken with that night vision?

Um, thousands.

I'm out there every night for at least six hours if I can be.

-Right. And so you're saying that this was the UAP, right? -[Jason] Yep.

[Chrissy] This was actually the alleged UAP that you said it was.

-Yes, this is here. This one. -Oh yeah.

-[Chrissy] No, that's okay. -It's hard to tell in the photos. That's all.

[Chrissy] So what we're seeing here are a whole bunch of digital artifacts

when we zoom into it.

And so that's why we came to the conclusion that...

More than likely, it's a digital artifact.

[narrator] Gen 3 night vision cameras boost the ambient light

up to 50,000 times,

and are popular because they can capture

hundreds more stars, aircraft and satellites

versus standard consumer grade cameras.

However, because the light levels are so low,

the recorded video is prone to artifacting or digital noise.

This artifacting is unintentional

and can sometimes be mistaken for unexplained objects.

I don't think it was a digital artifact.

Why is that?

Because I've never seen that happen before on my equipment.

We were talking to Ben Hansen,

-a wonderful UFO researcher, very notable in his space... -Yep.

...works with tons of different academics.

Ben Hansen has told us that it's considered grainy noise

because the increase of the light--

I understand what he's saying, but I don't think it was that.

-Why is that? -I've never seen a digital artifact

like that on my night vision.

Okay. Where have you seen other digital artifacts?

Bad conditions.

If you're filming with overcast,

you're gonna get a lot of digital artifacts on night vision.

But there was no overcast or clouds that night.

It was just clear skies.

If that was a digital artifact,

I would see that in a lot of my other videos.

And that's never happened.

-It's never happened once before? -[Jason] No.

Any of your other equipment?

-No. -[Chrissy] No.

You know, I have to look at the data that I have.

-Loss for words. -If you don't accept my conclusion--

No, I do. I do accept the conclusion

because everybody has the right to have their opinion.

I can't tell you that it's not that.

Everyone has their own opinion and they're entitled to it,

and I'm not going to fight them over it.

Jason, I have a few things I want to unpack with you.

You said something that I want to see carved in Mount Rushmore.

And it was, "The truth is more important

than calling it something it's not".

You are an ideal witness because you bring to the table technical expertise

and you question.

You've been questioning your whole life.

I never like to tell someone that something is not a UFO

unless there is an absolute

certain alternative that explains it.

So in that vein, I'd have to say that

the word unidentified is still accurate.

To my mind, what you witnessed is...

A UFO.

I hope it is.

Jason has obviously put in a lot of effort regarding his documentation.

-He's in possession of some really advanced hardware. -Mm-hmm.

He seems to me to make a good argument.

Does anything that he's brought to the table,

alter your perspective on this case?

So I stand by my evidence

and I stand by Ben Hansen's and myself's research

and the conclusion that I have.

So I do have to say that, and I 100% stand by...

And I don't think it's a UFO.

to say this could be a UAP or not.

But you know what? I stuck by what I thought it was

and my conclusions, but he also stuck by his.

I've put in more time into UFOs than probably anybody else.

As much as I appreciate people in a bar telling me what I saw,

the difference is I'm out there every night

and I 100% think it's a UFO,

and I know what I'm talking about.

So let me tell you what we hope to accomplish here today.

We have your account.

We have your testimony.

We have the physical evidence that you've submitted,

which Chrissy has analyzed with researchers,

and she is going to be sharing their findings.

And we'd like to hear your story,

how you retrieved this intriguing object.

Yeah, absolutely.

And we believe we found a piece of an alien spaceship.

Joe and I are brothers, so we call ourselves The UFO Bros

and we started this back, like, in 2016,

where we were investigating Area 51, Roswell.

And since then we've just been traveling

and going to different hot spots,

and we're the investigators of the phenomenon.

So we go out looking for UFOs and UAPs and anything and all related to it.

We were researching a bunch of crashes

from the 40s and the 50s,

and we were going, "Was there anything that happened recently?"

Which led us to Needles, California.

In the spring of 2008, something came blazing out of the sky

and crashed into the banks of the Colorado River.

I said, bro, come check this out.

What we pulled out of the ground was totally unexpected.

This piece of metal is unlike anything I've ever seen before.

In the spring of 2008, something came blazing out of the sky

and crashed into the banks of the Colorado River.

[female reporter] Something fell out of the sky

and landed with a thud on the riverbank south of Needles.

[man] That's when I saw the bright turquoise, blue green flame,

and it was coming directly straight down out of the sky.

[male reporter] The choppers arrived only 17 minutes after the object crashed,

and a giant sky crane was used to haul the object

into the air and away toward the north.

The fact that there were people here the next day, almost like a team,

it seemed like that they were doing either some sort of cleanup.

Residents say after the choppers came the men in black.

Was it a spy plane or a drone?

Or something more exotic?

And, of course, we're calling it a UFO.

It is still unidentified.

[male reporter] Figuring out what it was is still a tall order.

The 2008 Needles UFO crash had everything.

It had local eyewitness accounts.

It had scientists in the local military

that came in, as well as an actual crash site,

a place that we could physically go

and see if we can find anything

that others left there and forgot.

So we headed down, set out on our investigation in Needles.

So the first thing we did when we arrived

in Needles, California is met with Frank Costigan.

He introduced us to a local surveyor

who had actually surveyed the crash site.

So we got maps

and the location of the crash site.

And so what we did is we took our tools and our metal detectors,

and we headed down to the crash site.

[Joe] It was a very warm day in Needles. It was July.

When we got out of the our vehicle,

we had to walk about a quarter of a mile

through sand dunes in the heat,

the wind hitting us in the face, the sand hitting our eyes,

carrying all this equipment, trying to find any sign of...

People being there, you know, military scraps, buttons,

anything that would show like signs

that there were people there because there was nothing.

It was just an open, big, empty sand field basically.

We spent hours out in the middle of the sand in the desert

looking for anything at all that we could find.

[beeping]

I noticed something, a little buzz in the metal detector.

And then I looked down and the gauge went up.

[beeping speeds up]

I said, bro, come check this out.

We got to signal of something.

There's something here. It's not saying what kind of metal is,

but it's saying there's something here.

I got down my hands and knees and dug out.

And we found something about a foot and a half deep.

And what we pulled out of the ground was totally unexpected,

not at all where it should have been.

There was no broken down cars.

There was no RVs.

There was no trash anywhere.

It was just dead desert.

When I pulled a piece of metal out of the ground, I was like, "What the heck is this?"

It was slick.

It was kind of a little slimy, just a little bit from being in the dirt.

It was a little bit shiny with, like a--

-Yellow sheen on one side. -A yellow sheen on it.

[Emmett] And we noticed this strange bubbling on it.

This weird bubble on the metal that I don't know how it would even be there

because there was no char marks on the metal.

[Emmett] It also looks as though it's been ripped off or exploded off of something

because there's rip marks through the metal.

There's no cutting.

What it looks like it's been a piece of metal

-through like a tragic event. -Mm-hmm.

[Emmett] It's exploded off of something and heated

to a very high temperature and cooled very quickly

with no scorch marks or anything like that.

[Joe] This piece of metal is unlike anything I've ever seen before.

We have been holding on to this piece of metal since 2017.

We've had some hands on experts take a look at it,

and we've just been told we've got to get it tested.

Unfortunately, the testing process

-is very expensive. -Is expensive.

I want to know if this piece of metal is actually from outer space

or if it's been to space,

and if there is any a sign

that there's something weird or different about it,

or if it's just a plain piece of metal.

I think ultimately we want more answers.

You brought with you a special case.

-We wanna-- Wanna see what's in there. -I sure did.

a 12-inch by 5-inch piece of metal

that they found in 2017 in Needles, California.

Is there a reason why the Needles story

is not as publicized as Roswell

and all the other crash stories?

We had this crash, and then there was an actual effort

to silence locals.

But I think a lot of people want answers in Needles, California.

They want to know what it was.

And now what do you hope we can provide?

Maybe some answers as to the bubbling

and, of course, what its composition is.

Well, I'm eager to hear what the analysis has shown.

[Chrissy] So we've done multiple tests.

So the first thing we did was look at a mass spectrometry test.

[narrator] Mass spectrometry is a highly accurate test

used to identify and measure the exact composition

of unknown substances at the molecular level.

So we performed that test on that material.

And we have the results.

So the testing revealed that...

[dramatic music building]

It's pure aluminum.

So pure aluminum does not occur naturally,

and this is pure aluminum.

-Holy moly. -Wow.

-[laughs] -Wow.

[narrator] Aluminum is the third most common element on Earth,

but it is highly reactive and bonds very quickly with other elements,

creating metals called alloys.

Because of this, pure aluminum is almost never found in its native state.

Yeah, I want to emphasize something here

because it really bears shouting out.

Pure aluminum is not used for any of our aeronautical

or manufacturing processes worldwide.

The aluminum that we use is an alloy or a compound.

It's combined with other elements in order to strengthen it.

Aluminum, as a naturally occurring element,

and it's bountiful throughout the universe,

it tends to be unstable.

So here in our neighborhood, which is to say, the planet Earth,

we do not use pure aluminum for aerospace, flight or manufacturing.

Being in the UFO counterculture,
