they have to abide by international law.

The whispers I heard were
that Bolton's contractors

were torturing people to get intel.

But I never heard of any charges
being brought against them.

Well, getting witnesses to
speak on the record ain't easy.

It's even harder as a journalist,

because you can't offer them
witness protection or justice.

All you can do
is promise to tell their story.

But if a journalist managed
to secure a witness or evidence

to a crime that Bolton's
employees committed
