Well, yesterday I'm sorry, and we had a little bit challenged with the internet system,

so we have the replay. I hope you got an opportunity to do the replay, because each day we have a

purpose. Yesterday we focused on personal healing, cleansing your channels open,

open your hearts, and allow that unconditional love energy from the universe, from your master,

to help you, together with that unconditional love within you, to now help you to open up channels

for healing. And with that balanced, now today we're going to focus on safety and protection.

As you know, there's a lot of things happening in the world now, and we are living in such a chaotic time.

Lots of forms of energy in the process of transformation. That's why we have that many unexpected

things happening in the world, and these things up to July is going to happen even more. So

you need to be aware of that, you need to allow your body, your organs, to be aware of all these

things happening in the world, so that when things happen in the world unexpectedly, and your body,

your energy system, and your energy field, your chief field, would not get shocked, so that you can

be calm all the time, and you don't lose your energy. So this is a very important.

So from the safety perspective, my clients asked me a lot of questions recently, and in such a chaotic time,

how can we stay calm, and how can we stay safe and receive protection?

Well, here is something I like to share with you. The first thing, when anything happens in the world,

you hold unconditional love in your heart. You always focus internally. Laosu said,

nobody could hurt you until you want to hurt yourself. Now, if you don't want to hurt yourself,

what do you do? The best protection in the world, based on my over 40 years spiritual practice,

I tell you, the unconditional love is the most powerful. Stay calm, focus on your heart, put a smile

on your face. Smile, what smile stands for, start my internal love engine. Once you put a smile on

your face, even this is artificial smile, your body works in the same way as you put a true smile

on your face, producing that energy to protect you. A couple of months ago, in my meditation,

I asked the universe the same question, like my client asked me, and how can we be safe?

Well, here is the message I got from my master from the universe. He said, those who are kind to

everything will be safe. Now, remember this word, those who are kind to everything will be safe.

What does that mean? Well, you hold the kindness to everything, not just to the people around you,

but everything. Be kind to your dog, be kind to your house, be kind to the flowers, be kind to

even a glass, a glass, and water you drink, just be kind to everything. When you hold the kindness,

actually you have that protection. You build up such a profound aura and chief field to protect you.

So, after that, now you caught a point in the master's energy, always connect yourself

to your master's energy, because when you caught a point in your master's energy, you connect to

a much more powerful chief field, energy field, to help you. You tap, you put that one drop of water,

which is you, into the ocean. That's the universal chief field, right away. So, you have the whole

universe to support you. You have the whole master vibration and energy field and chief field to

protect you. So, that's why you're safe. You are protected in that way. So, you can also put your

family into the chief field too. So, today in our meditation, and I will guide you how to do that.

And when you travel, when you have a car, and when you have a luggage, and so put some

blessed incense, now I already blessed incense here in Spring Forest Tegong Center. So, you can

have some incense to put it in the car, put it in your luggage, and when you travel,

in an emergency, you can burn the incense and make a prayer caught a point in master's energy to

help you. And it works. I have so many beautiful stories. People at the last

dangerous or urgent moment, when they make the prayer, put the incense, the right people will show

up. So, give that a try. And then of course, chain, umani, bemehong, and then some other visualisation

you can do. Now, one more thing. When you feel you are nervous, when you feel you are anxious,

when you feel your energy is running away, and you're losing energy. Now, one thing, particularly,

I want you to do, you lock your finger like that. Put the index finger and the thumb together like

this. Put the other fingers open. You can do one hand or both hands, that's up to you, and then you

put your hands down, and put it in front of your belly button or put it on your laps, or just simply

put it in your pocket. Just by locking your fingers like that, your energy is not going to come out.

This is a very good protection. And then one more mudra, I want to show you, and all you,

if you really feel the energy running out very, very fast. So, one more thing, you put the thumb

at the end of the ring finger, right here. Okay, so put the thumb here and hold the fist.

So, like this, and hold the fist. You don't need to hold your thigh just

gently, you hold the fist. Now, one more time. Put the thumb at the end of the ring finger,

I mean the beginning of the ring finger, okay, right here, and then slowly close your hands,

hold the fist. Right? By doing so, immediately there is a aura around you, a protection,

then caught upon your master's energy. Okay, so now let's begin. Now put your hands

like your fingers like this, and put it down, put a smile on your face.

Focus on your lower dantian.

See a soft light shining in your lower dantian.

Put a smile on your face, and take three gentle deep breaths.

While you're taking the deep breath,

scan your body from head to toe, that you are aware that every part of your body is right there

with you,

and then you feel your mind, your heart, your spirit, and your soul are so connected together as one.

Say in your mind, I am in the universe. The universe is in my body.

The universe and I combine together.

Then you caught upon your master's energy to support you.

You see your master standing right in front of you,

sending you a lot of light,

golden light to protect you, blessing you,

or simply just visualize the unconditional love of your masters,

the divine, the creator, as a brilliant son, shining right there in the middle of the sky,

above you, and you see this sun is so loving, so healing, so blessing.

Literally you can feel the warmth on your skin in the sun.

Now you see this sun sending beams of light into your lower dantian,

charging a lot of vitality power into your body,

to strengthen your immunity,

to strengthen your energy field, and your chief field.

Feeling how good you feel, how wonderful you feel,

feel so grateful, so thankful.

Now gently bring the light from your lower dantian up to your middle dantian.

See the light shining so beautifully in your middle dantian.

Breathe slowly and gently.

By focus on this light, now you bring in your visualization

as many people as you can to sit around you,

receiving, chanting together,

seeing each one of them happy, so grateful, coming across the sky,

sitting down around you,

your parents, your siblings,

your grandchildren, great grandchildren,

and even your ancestors,

bring them all sitting in front of you around you,

feeling the presence of them right there with you.

Now with each breath you see the light in your middle dantian getting brighter,

and you start chanting.

All your body will continue to chant.

Chanting in the voice which you can hear,

you feel so connected.

Thank you invite vibration from our world to bed most chant,

going deep into your heart,

into your spirit, into every part of your body,

and you see in every organ there is a master inside you,

chanting with a master in your heart,

your liver, chanting with a master in your intestine,

kidneys,

all the spine in the brain,

in the eyes,

in the hands,

in the knees,

in the feet,

a lot of masters in different parts of your body,

meditating, chanting,

and you feel this vibration all over your body,

This is the light of your unconditional love,

this is the unconditional love which has the most powerful power

for protection, for healing, for anything good in your life.

By focusing on this light,

now you invite any negative energy which have been

surrounding you,

which might cause negative results,

like hurting your body,

affecting your emotion,

affecting your relationship,

making damage to your business.

Now you invite me to percentage you,

the mother in work forms,

this moment in this person,

going away,

going away as butterflies back to the universe,

and you say thank you to them.

Thank you so very much for all this time,

take this vibration from the chanting,

take as much love as you know,

and move back to the universe.

Sing all this form-seeming energy around you,

I choose peace.

I choose abundance.

Feeling that you are so connected to the universe,

you see every single of your body,

is being blessed at this moment.

You see,

you feel,

that your master's energy is right there for you,

I focus on this light,

all upon your ancestral energy,

seeing your ancestors as a system.

Now,

coming forward,

blessing you with the light,

blessing you,

transforming all the emotions you don't need in your body,

into butterflies going away.

You use this unconditional love to purify your aura,

to purify your body, to purify your organs.

When you're energy-fear,

when you're chief,

when all your sister,

are purified,

and you will become even a battle,

when you are in need,

when they are alive and independent.

So now you see your body from head to toe.

You are so blessed.

There's no any black spots,

grey spots,

any part of your body,

feeling that you are so purified.

Then you see,

golden light is coming out from your middle down ten.

It's growing bigger.

Even bigger than the size of your body.

And then you view your whole house,

based in the light.

Then you see all the people you invite to be in.

You put them in the healing basket.

They are also based in the light of love.

This protection,

power of the energy of the protection,

now extending to them.

Let's remember every part of the body,

transforming any nectybherry around them,

going away as butterflies.

Feeling your soul so grateful.

And continue to see this light growing,

growing, covering,

all the entire world,

the universe.
