for seasoned Japanese pilots,

have been flying in combat
for years over China.

rain death and destruction
on Allied men and supplies.

MacArthur states that
if the war is to succeed,

we must control the sky
over the Solomon Slot.

To do that, we must vanquish
the devilish Japanese pilots

who have made
that piece ofsky
their private hunting reserve.
