[Oh! My Sweet Liar!]

[Episode 14]

I know you wanna take part in the Dancing Championship.

I'm here to tell you

we can go together...

Xiong Xiruo!

Young Master, I'm sorry.

When I'm back,

you can punish me at will.

[Yunzhao Art Pavilion]

[Ning Xin]

Ning Xin,

don't worry.

Those young girls only know giggling and flirting.

They're definitely not as good as you in dancing skills.

Where is Xiruo now?

Why hasn't she come yet?

The Dancing Championship is about to start.

What shall we do?

Mom,

it's my fate to win or lose.

Don't worry.

But I'm worried.

I've raised you up.

I know your hard work over these years.

I hope you can distinguish yourself.

Mom, don't worry.

I'll definitely do my best.

Ning Xin,

Dr. Ye is coming for you.

Young Master!

Young Master!

Young Master!

Young Master!

Why are you lying here?

Xiong Xiruo.

Xiong Xiruo?

Ning Xin,

it was Xiong Xiruo who asked me to

give you the golden head ornaments.

I don't wanna lie to you.

I...

Thank you.

Ning Xin,

listen to me.

Over the past 15 years,

I've seen every dance you performed.

I've kept every frown and smile of yours in my mind.

When you were happy,

I felt embraced by a breeze;

when you wept,

I felt overwhelmed with sorrow.

I know I'm neither blue-blooded,

nor that romantic.

I can't even afford the golden head ornaments,

but...

Hey!

Are you blind?

Dancing Championship.

Interesting.

But what?

I love you.

Help me put these on.

Now or never.

If you don't put these on for me,

I'll leave now.

Great, I'm willing to!

Ning Xin, Xiruo's here.

Come in and change your clothes.

Mom, where're my clothes?

Just hanging on the shelf!

Hurry up!

Hurry, Ning Xin!

I'm coming.

Dr. Ye,

if I fail to be the dancing champion,

will you still marry me?

What?

If I fail to be the dancing champion,

will you still marry me?

What're you saying?

Ning Xin, the championship's about to start.

Get yourself ready.

Xiruo's dressing herself up, hurry!

You're so affectionate.

Second Young Master.

Do you know why you haven't married Ning Xin yet?

How do you know?

You really don't understand a woman's heart.

She's so beautiful.

Great!

Amazing!

Great dancing!

Dr. Ye.

Dr. Ye!

Isn't Ning Xin so beautiful

that you even burst into tears?

In front of the true love,

even if the world is flourishing with flowers,

he can only see her in his eyes.

Bravo!

Wonderful!

Great!

Amazing!

Marvelous!

Bravo!

You're really something.

You always complained of being hard up.

How can you secretly save so much money?

I've saved this for over a decade

just to give Ning Xin the bride price

once she wins the Dancing Championship.

Really?

Wow!

Ye Zhihan,

look,

what are these?

I don't know if I can see Miss Ning Xin again.

Excuse me,

what happened here?

Don't you know it?

The dancing champion Miss Ning Xin

accepted Young Master Li's bride-price,

and left with him.

Li...

Young Master Li?

Don't you know Master Li?

He's Li Hongbin, the Young Master of Family Li in Yunyao.

Why was Li Hongbin here?

Why did he give Ning Xin the bride price?

Why?

Look,

isn't she Miss Ning Xin?

That's her.

Li Hongbin?

How come?

How come?

How can I know?

This devil pretends to be a gentleman,

but turns out to be a libertine!

He's worse than a beast!

Isn't he your husband?

Can't you keep him on a tight rein?

I?

If he knows I'm here,

I must be doomed.

What an iron tree in blossom!

The jig appeared to be up.

What're you doing?

Let go of me.

I'll risk my life finding Ning Xin back.

Can you beat him with your skinny body?

I don't care.

I would go even if he was the Jade Emperor.

Enough.

As a doctor, you wasn't asked to attend a patient.

I may as well go myself.

You're right.

It's better for her to talk to his husband than to risk your life.

Listen,

If anything befalls me,

remember whom I die for.

Remember to burn joss paper for me on every Tomb Sweeping Day.

Don't be so sad.

Ning Xin?

Ning Xin?

Ning Xin?

Where're you?

Why are you shouting?

Li Hongbin,

you know what you did clearly.

You're increasingly reckless

to apply knock-out drops to me in order to sneak away.

You...

How dare you blame me?

You always pretend to be a gentleman,

but came to the Yunzhao Art Pavilion

to propose a marriage to Ning Xin.

You unfaithful rolling stone!

No,

you libertine!

If you don't return Ning Xin to me,

I'll tell dad about this.

Let's leave aside the fact you applied knock-out drops to me.

As the Young Master of Family Li,

can't I take a concubine?

You!

Do you really wanna take a concubine?

Are you jealous?

No, I'm not.

I've nothing to be jealous of.

Do you really think so?

I don't care how many concubines you want.

I can even accompany you to the Art Pavilion

to pick some better ones

as long as you can let Ning Xin go.

I can let Ning Xin go.

Really?

As long as you serve me right by my side

and be obedient to me.

What do you mean?

I mean it literally.

No,

there must be traps.

If you don't agree,

I'll ask Ning Xin to serve me tonight.

Wait!

Now that you don't like Ning Xin,

why must you take her by force,

and ruin her happy life.

I'll count down from three.

Give me your answer.

Three.

Two.

One.

Alright.

I agree.

I'll stick my neck out for Ning Xin.

Deal.

Tell me

when you'll let Ning Xin go.

It depends on your performance.

What performance?

How can I know

what you really mean by "being obedient to you"?

I mean it literally.

Close the door.

[Wudian Inn]

[Yunyao's Yun Iron Mineral Vein Map]

Young Mistress.

What's wrong?

Are you feeling sick?

I don't know.

I seem to have diarrhea.

Young Mistress,

why not lie down and have a rest?

No.

I'll definitely ask the devil

to tell me where Ning Xin is today.

Young Mistress, take the medicine first.

Young Mistress, take care!

Tea.

Don't you ask me to serve you?

Serve me well to my heart's content.

Okay.

I'll serve you well.

Master, have some tea.

Good tea.

Good tea.

It seems you don't wanna know where Ning Xin is.

Dear,

why is the weather so abnormal?

Why are there so many mosquitoes?

Let me fan them away.

Dear,

please...

tell me where Ning Xin is, okay?

Are you impatient after only a morning?

No, I'm patient enough.

As long as you tell me,

I'll do whatever you say.

I promise to make it.

Maybe I've been working too hard lately.

My neck and shoulders...

No problem.

I'm so good at this.

Go easy!

Okay.

Go heavy!

Didn't you eat?

Okay.

Higher.

Higher.

Dear, have a shrimp.

Duke,

we haven't had such a flavor of life at home for long.

Right.

Though Bin is eating silently,

he must be so happy.

Come on,

Master, taste this.

Let me help you.

I just want you to be happy.

Don't forget my kindness in the future.

Go ahead.

Enjoy the meal.

Why're you walking so fast?

Is anything on fire?

Where's Ning Xin at all?

I said it depends on your performance.

What kind of performance?

Behave well,

I'll tell you when the time comes.

What's wrong? Are you okay?

I've got a stomachache,

but as long as you tell me where Ning Xin is,

I promise to recover soon.

I won't be fooled by you again.

It's no use doing so.

Believe it or not.

I don't need your help.

I'm afraid I'm gonna die soon.

If I die,

remember to engrave several words on my gravestone:

Murderer Ye Zhihan.

Remember to burn joss paper for me on every Tomb Sweeping Day.

Young Mistress, don't say so.

That's enough.

You used to be stronger than an ox.

Drop the act.

Don't get me wrong!

Why do you all think I'm cheating you?

Because we've been cheated by you for too many times.

Ye Zhihan,

don't make sarcastic comments here.

Who am I so exhausted for?

So who's to blame?

Why must you have hung around

with a deaf ear to Young Master's warning?

Listen, for Ning Xin,

be obedient to Young Master,

serve him to repay his kindness,

and do whatever he says.

You're utterly devoid of conscience!

Just for Ning Xin,

I've been serving the devil every day,

and been dullied by him.

How can you be so ungrateful

and defend him instead?

If you hadn't disobeyed Young Master's order,

Ning Xin and I wouldn't have suffered so much.

You should take this opportunity to reflect on your mistakes.

You!

You ingrate!

I don't care.

If you can't find Ning Xin back,

I won't let you have an easy time.

Wait, Ye Zhihan.

It was the devil who hid Ning Xin.

Why don't you hate him at all

but trouble me instead?

Tell me!

Are you hiding something from me?

Don't play tricks on me!

How can I play tricks?

You know,

after losing Ning Xin,

I'm overwhelmed with sorrow,

and grief-stricken. I've been sleepless all night long.

I'm so distressed.

Are you driven crazy by your longing to meet Ning Xin?

Listen,

on seeing you,

I feel even more distressed.

Therefore,

if you can't find Ning Xin back,

don't turn to me again.

I won't treat you even if you're dying.

I won't even if you're dying.

Okay!

Stop!

I promise you to try my best to find Ning Xin,

and carefully serve the devil.

Can't you check me now

because I'm dying of pain?

Hurry!

You...

Are you really sick?

Of course.

What's wrong?

Don't scare me.

The medicine I prescribed can't result in such a pulse condition.

Now Young Mistress is badly sick.

The reason needs to be found out as soon as possible.

Excuse myself.

Master,

I'll check the dregs left today.

Believe it or not, I don't need your help.

Am I that terrible?

No, you aren't.

You're a nice man.

Young Master,

where is Ning Xin at all?

Why're you still so wrapped up in finding Ning Xin?

You're badly sick.

Why not look after yourself?

As long as you tell me where Ning Xin is,

I'll recover soon.

You silly girl!

Young Master,

where is Ning Xin?

If you tell me,

I'll do whatever you ask me to.

I wanna sleep.

It won't do!

It won't do.

You're...

fishing in troubled waters,

and blackmailing me.

I won't definitely agree.

Okay, think about it again.

After you think it over,

I'll tell you where Ning Xin is.

You!

What're you doing?

But before that,

have a good rest.

Why're you looking at me like this?

Why can't I look at my wife?

Get out...

Sleep!

I'll protect you well,

Xiruo.

You can't dance any more.

Will you feel bored?

It's the life I've been looking forward to for long.

There's nothing worth looking forward to in such a small clinic.

Ye Zhihan,

you said you had secretly seen every dance I performed,

but do you know

for whom I performed my dances?

I've been waiting for you for over a decade.

What I've been looking forward to

is neither great wealth

nor being the fairest dancing champion in noble masters' eyes.

What I want is my true love.

I just wanna be the fairest woman in your eyes.

I've been waiting for years.

I can't wait any longer.

Miss Ning Xin,

will you marry me?

I will.

These are the dregs I asked Amao to fetch.

Dr. Ye, please check what's wrong with these dregs.

Young Master, have some tea.

Chinese trumpet creeper and Allamanda schottii.

It's definitely an abortifacient.

An abortifacient?

An abortifacient?

Someone's trying to harm Xiruo.

It'll do harm to a woman who isn't pregnant as well.

Luckily, it was discovered in time,

or she may never be able to have a baby after a long time.

Who is so insidious?

Don't worry too much.

I'll definitely get to the bottom of it.

Young Master,

please get justice for Xiruo.

You...

Don't worry about us.

It was because of your help that we can be reunited.

We'll keep our promise

and keep it a secret.

- Lili. - What?

What's up, Mei Xiang?

This is the medicine for Young Mistress.

Keep an eye on it for me.

- Be careful. - Okay.

Okay.

Nanny Fang.

Miss, Young Master's coming.

He...

Cousin!

Miss!

It's rare for you to come here.

I have the tea ready.

No, thanks.

Did Nanny Fang do anything wrong to offend you?

You should know it clearly.

What're you talking about?

I don't understand.

I've admired you since I was a child.

My sister told me before she died

to look after you for her.

From then on,

I've taken myself your family.

Amao!

Nanny Fang was caught red-handed

when she was changing the medicine.

The dregs have been checked by the doctor.

The medicine Nanny Fang changed for Young Mistress

is an abortifacient.

Secretly using an abortifacient

to harm Young Mistress of Family Li.

What punishment does she deserve?

What abortifacient?

I...

I don't know anything!

I would never dare to do such a thing!

One more excuse,

I'll ask my mom to punish you.

It was my fault!

I lost my sense!

It was all my plan.

Miss is innocent.

Master,

I'm the one to blame.

Nanny,

How can you do such a thing behind my back?

I'm sorry to get you my Miss involved.

Young Master,

you may punish me at will,

but I do know nothing about it.

Since you aren't involved,

and it is your nanny's plan,

flog her to death!

I'm wrong!

I'll never do it again!

Master, spare my life!

Have you ever thought about my wife's life?

You're right.

It was my fault on an impulse.

I deserve the punishment.

I dare not make excuses.

Though Young Mistress took the medicine,

she didn't abort.

It's because I found it out in time before it was too late.

Or even if you died a hundred times,

you wouldn't atone for your crime!

How dare you make excuses?

Master, spare my life!

I still have to take care of my husband,

and several underage children.

Master, spare my life!

Cousin,

spare Nanny Fang's life.

Young Master!

- Amao. - Yes!

Flog her fifty times,

and throw her out.

She is not allowed to live in Yunyao!

Yes!

Thank you for your kindness, Master!

Thank you for your kindness!

Thank you, Master!

I spare your life

because you're the most beloved relative of my mom.

Hope you can behave well.

If you dare to get closer to Xiong Xiruo in the future,

I won't definitely let you off easily!

Thank you for your kindness.
