=Broken the Heart=

=Episode 3= (Renewal of Bad Romance)

Lady Qin,

Master Lin has been out,

and he asked us to show you around.

Okay.

They seem to be afraid of me.

It's probably because Master Lin

has never been so close to a lady.

They were just shocked by this.

This is Her Ladyship of the house.

A plague has been raging in town recently,

and Her Ladyship has been out to help the victims.

She's just got back today.

You...

(Lin Shunqin, the daughter of Lord Lin of the South State)

Who are you?

Your Ladyship,

Lady Qin is Master Lin's good friend.

Sorry for bothering you.

Lady Qin?

My name is

Qin Ruoyao.

Now that you are Cangwu's friend,

you can stay longer as you like.

Actually, Master and the Lady Lin

are not connected by blood.

Master Lin was adopted by the old lord and his wife,

but they are as close as ones by blood.

The old lord also passed on the title of general to Master Lin.

Master Lin has made many military achievements

for the South State.

Military achievements?

He's a general of the South State?

Yes.

He just defeated Yin's army a few days ago,

and got rewarded by the Crown Prince.

Brother!

No!

Master Lin's back!

Seriously, isn't she Lady Leng?

Your Ladyship.

Go.

General Lin,

could you get me a boat

to the north?

The north?

This is on the border.

If you go up north further,

you'll be in the Yin State.

Okay.

I'll try to get a boat.

Anything else?

Right,

I heard the plague has been raging.

I know a little about medicine.

Maybe I can do something.

Good.

I found it!

She found it.

This kind of herbs often grow by river,

and they can kill the plague when taken as powder.

But they can't be eaten directly,

so don't ever try to eat them

when collecting them.

Got it.

You're impressive.

These herbs have been growing here for decades,

but we didn't know they had such effects.

Right. Miss Qin, you're so knowledgeable!

How lucky our general is

to have you!

Am I right?

Yes.

You're right.

How lucky!

Let's go and look for the herbs.

Okay.

These herbs are not common in this place,

how did you know the toxicity of them?

I've been to a place,

where there were plenty of these herbs.

Is there such a place in the South State?

I've run away from my family

and stayed there for nearly two months.

Then,

I met someone,

and continued to stay there.

Then what happened?

Then,

everything changed.

I'd thought it was a blessed dream,

then it turned out to be a nightmare

that I could never get rid of forever.

No matter how bad the nightmare is,

you've woken up now.

Thank you, General Lin.

You're right.

It's just a nightmare rather than a truth.

I'm wrong!

(Such a good-for-nothing as your mother!)

As soon as you grow up,

I'll marry you out at once!

I'm wrong!

(I'm wrong.)

Your Highness.

I heard His Majesty's getting worse.

I was worried about you,

so I'm here to make sure you're okay.

I really appreciate it

that you're so concerned about me and my father

even when fighting at the front.

You don't have to worry about the front,

and I'll surely make the Yin's people

pay for what they did.

Since I was little,

my father often said

that Nangong Zhao was really a young hero.

I

have so much

to learn from you.

You flattered me.

It's time for bed.

Excuse me.

How longer can the old man live?

No more than two months.

Keep an eye on the Crown Prince.

Have you heard that?

About last night.

I've never thought that would happen.

Don't you know that?

Previously, Master Lin...

Miss Qin,

morning.

It's already afternoon.

The crispy cheese prepared by the kitchen at lunch

is the specialty in this place.

Have you had it?

I'll have it delivered to you.

Don't bother.

Why don't we have it together?

Really?

Miss Qin,

why don't you eat fish?

My sister especially had it cooked for you.

Shortly after I eat fish,

I'll be covered in a rash.

I'm so sorry

that I let you down.

By the way,

where are you from, Miss Qin?

Have you got used to this place?

Shunqin,

Miss Qin hasn't recovered yet.

Don't make her talk too much.

Cangwu,

Miss Qin hardly visited here.

Why don't you hang around with her?

Ruoyao,

shall me go to collect some herbs now?

Then we should travel to more places.

Lady Lin, excuse us.

Miss Qin, let me take this.

It's okay.

I'm fine.

Are you injured?
