and in return, Aldo, through Todd,

gets an introduction to John Graham,

who, in turn, gives
him his building permit.

- Aldo's back in business.

What? Todd outs his
wife's primary opponent,

Mayor McCreigh, as a crackhead?

It's not great for Election Day.

But so far, all I hear
is a lot of conspiracy,

not much murder.

And no DNA evidence of
Todd at either scene,

no witnesses who saw him.

He's a similar height to the guy

in the skywalk security video

but so are about 200,000
other men in this city.

Anything of substance here at all?

Motive.

We believe that Tatiana
Wynn had that video

for at least two weeks
before it was released.

So, why hold it back?

Because she was looking
into where it came from.

The missing 11 seconds
put Aldo at the scene.

She traced it to Aldo,
which led her to Todd.

And that's when she realized

this video wasn't the whole story.

No. The real story

is about the man who set up the mayor

so his candidate wife could win.

- Now,

unfortunately, Todd found out

that Tatiana was taking the
story in exactly that direction.

So he got rid of her
to protect his identity

and Liz's campaign.

Released the video himself,

then killed Aldo to
tie up any loose ends.

Wicked theory, but I don't even think

it supports a fraud charge,
let alone first-degree murder.

All you got is a dead guy

connected to the husband
of some politician,

through some sports bar.

You can't put someone on trial
for liking the same soccer team.

Believe me, I've tried.

I agree with our crown attorney.

The only way Todd
Harding is going to see

the inside of a jail
cell is if he confesses

to murdering Tatiana, or Aldo or both.
