that have this odd custom
of poisoning the feet of their dead,

so they can't walk
the earth again like zombies.

The tribal infighting there has created
several violent subgroups of Shilluk,

He likes to refer to himself
as Ferocious Animal.

Got a small rebel army of outcasts
with no home village.

General Gadet was critically injured
just three days ago

in a battle with a rival ethnic group,
the Tunjur people.
