Before we get going with the course, I'd just like to briefly speak about some aspects of taking the

course of Udemy.

So the first part I would like to speak about is blurry video and poor sound.

Now please note all the videos have been recorded in full HD, so if you're getting blurry videos or

poor sound, it probably would be a technical infrastructure issue.

So please either just wait a while and then come back to the video or maybe just see if there's a technical

issue that may be hampering your broadband.

So please note it's got nothing to do with the video itself.

So as I say, please come back to the video if you could a little bit later.

And I'm sure the sound and the video would be improved.

The next aspect I'd like to speak about is accessing support services, so you may access the support

service through supported Mi.com.

Now please note that Udemy are responsible for hosting the course and delivering the course.

So as instructors we do our best to keep the content right and to make sure things are updated with

the content.

But any other issues, please access these support Mi.com website.

One of the main things you may find is the access certificate, so you would access your certificate

through that supported Mi.com.

The next part that I'd like to speak about is the ability to speed up the videos.

So you may find with certain videos that actually setting them to a little bit of a faster speed may

help your enjoyment of the course.

So please just experiment with setting the speed of the video to either 1.25 or maybe 1.5.

Maybe you you'll see that certain sections actually go better with the fact of it being a little bit

faster.

But by all means, if you're finding that it's a little bit too quick, just go back to the normal setting.
