that we talk about--and no, that wasn't the gospel.

It was just the first time that we had learned

about totally new developments about these alleged atrocities.

Erika left. She wasn't there.

All of a sudden, this article came out

and we're all trying to process it.

Got some things I need to take care of anyway.

- The Boeing victims were not paid.

There's not only orphans involved,

there's a burn victim.

- 'Cause it said that he's been running his business

like a Ponzi scheme.

It was less than 24 hours that Sutton had asked

to meet at my house.

And there were-- emotions were high

because we didn't have the answers.

Everything I believed about Erika's life

is actually the diametrical opposite.

that's associated with Erika.

- I'm here if you've lost all your money,

I'm here if your husband cheated on you,

And that's not true at all.

because I have allergies with my eyes.

And that day I did not.

And you can see me patting my face.

So if you knock that down to 2 million per year,

that's pretty much what we're all doing this year.

I mean, doing on the-- in this lifestyle.

- That $14 million that's been reported is over 12 years?

So the allegation is that the money that we have seen

you spending was money that Tom stole from others,

and your reaction to that is?

- This is a very long bankruptcy

that will be pulled apart, both his firm

and his personal bankruptcy.

I am not in bankruptcy.

I am being sued by everyone who thinks I've got

some magical pot of gold at some rainbow.

I have no idea. But wait a second.

If that is proven,

what money was allegedly misappropriated when, how?

Does that mean every lawyer's salary should be clawed back?

Does that mean every secretary's salary

needs to be clawed back?

Or the referring attorneys

or anyone else that's in that business?

So that's a big thing to lay out there that requires--

- But then why was it ruled

that you could be roped into this?

- I don't know, you know?

I'm-- I would have to ask my lawyer--

- What about the mistresses that he was giving money to?

after his car accident,

but "The LA Times" claim that his alleged wrongdoing spanned

over a decade before that.

he had a terrible, terrible head injury.

in his personality, his decision-making, and who he is.

by saying that the cognitive decline started three years ago

and that you were somehow connecting

the cognitive decline with him allegedly ripping off people.

- No, I'm simply just saying-- - You were not?

- No. What I'm saying is--

I'm just simply telling you what I've experienced.

- Okay. Had anyone heard any rumors

of Tom's corruption before this?

- I hadn't. all: No.

- And had you? - No.

By all accounts, this was an upstanding man

in the community that was doing well, winning awards still.

What are we supposed to believe, Andy?

- Right, right, right. I have to assume

that if you thought that Tom was involved in any impropriety

that had to do with the money you were spending,

you would not have come out with the song, "XXPEN$IVE."

- I wouldn't have been on a reality TV show.

That was a rumor that I had heard.

That's one of my biggest regrets that night,

and it haunted me and it still haunts me

that I didn't stop it,

I should have tried to intervene,

to deescalate the situation, because it was a lot.

At 6:00 a.m., the phone rings, and it's Tom.

And he goes, hi, I don't know where I am.

- He has a-- all: Flip phone.

- Come on. Keep up.

- [snorts]

- So then he calls back. - Oh, God.

- And I go, hey, what happened?

Where are you? Where are you?

And he goes, I think I'm close or in the backyard.

Well, I'm looking at the backyard and he's not there.

So I go, what do you see?

And he says, I see the bridge.

- Right. - So that immediately tells me

he's below our house, meaning--

- But did he say, "I had a car accident"?

- No. Can I finish my story?

- This is-- - I'm telling you the truth.

- This is why we don't wanna ask you anything.

- Right, but-- but please don't interrupt me

while I'm try-- because I would--

- Train of thought. - I don't--yeah.

Look, let me finish up. - Okay, go ahead.

- So I go down and I see the car,

tilted, no Tom.

Tom is at the bottom of the ravine.

911, go to the hospital.

- Why did you say, by the way,

that he was allegedly unconscious for 12 hours?

- I know he was unconscious for 12 hours.

I mean, the head injury-- - Allegedly, yeah.

not his children, was the one that went and checked on him,

boarded up the house, and made sure everything was okay.

- How is your relationship with his children?

but I have to keep going back to it

because it's the big thing

that everybody is so pissed off about.

They are equating everything you do,

every attitude you have, every post you make,

they equate it as, there are victims.

She should be talking about them.

She should be doing something. And it just always, it's--

- You know how I can serve the victims the best?

- Tell me. - By cooperating in court

and by getting-- rolling up my sleeves

and getting down to the bottom of it.

And that is what I have done.

Really, if everything is true

that has been alleged, is how I can help.

What did it mean for you to have this new group of friends?

And I think that what I know about me is I am a good friend.
