[background singers] Ohh! Oh!

? Hanging with all the friends That I know ?

? On and on and on and on we go Party down like animals ?

[background singers] ? Oh, oh, oh ?

[singer] ? You got the love, you don't let it go ?

? On and on until we lose control Party down like animals ?

[background singers] ? Oh, oh, animals ?

[vocalizing]

[Jill] Our sister sweet corn crop is almost all picked!

For Harvest Day!

For Lovely Little Farm's first-ever Harvest Day.

Today we'll pick the sweet corn we grew

and share it with our whole entire farm family.

And sing songs and play games.

-And do Harvest Day dancing. -Definitely.

[both chuckle]

Come on, Jacky. Let's pick the rest of our sweet corn.

-[quacks] -[Jill] Quackety! Just the helper we need.

Can you fly above our field

and see if there's any more sweet corn we need to pick?

Uh, I will try. [muttering]

[Jill] I know you can do it, little duckling.

[quacking, panting]

[grunts]

I can't fly, Farmer Jill.

-Oh, little Quackety. [sighs] -I've still forgotten how to take off.

It's okay, little duckling.

I promise I'll help you to fly again later,

after we've picked all the sweet corn.

-We'll get you flying together. -[imitates barks]

Come on, Jacky.

[Jill humming]

Ah. [chuckles]

[humming continues]

[Pickle grunts]

Perfect.

[humming continues]

? Lovely Little Farm ?

? Begins with love ?

[humming continues]

[Jonas sighs] I have got to say

you two sisters have grown the sweetest corn.

-[Jill chuckles] -You sure have! [sighs]

-[Jonas chuckles] -[Jamma] Here's some more. Barbecue hot.

-[laughing] -Oh, no, thanks, Jamma. I'm full up.

Me too.

[Al] Me three.

Or did I eat four

It was five!

[laughing]

Well, I hope you sisters like corn for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

-[chuckles] -We'll be eating it all for weeks.

Except, Farmer Jill, your just-picked sweet corn

will only stay fresh for one or two more days.

Mmm. And then it will start to go bad.

But I don't want to throw any of our sweet corn away.

[Jonas sighs]

Hold on.

I know who we can share our sweet corn with.

Come on, Jacky.

[Jill] Look over there.

We'll share our sweet corn with our neighbors. See?

[Jacky] How?

We can invite all the people who live in those houses

to come here for our first ever Lovely Little Farm Harvest Day party.

Yeah!

Come on, Jacky. Let's tell Mum and Dad.

Mum, Dad! Can we have a Harvest Day party today?

-[chuckle, sigh] -A big party right here,

sharing all our sweet corn with our neighbors.

That's a nice idea, Jill. But how will we invite people in time?

[stammers] And we'll need to sort out a party space.

-And what about entertainment? -Hmm.

-We can do it. -[both] Sisters together.

[chuckles] If both our caring farmers say they can do something,

they usually can. [chuckles, sighs]

[Jill chuckles]

Please?

-[Jacky, Jill] Yes! -[chuckling]

[Jamma] What can Jamma do to help with your corn-eating party?

Jamma, I need you to invite all our neighbors.

Sure. But what time's the party starting?

We'll be ready by sunset?

-Yeah. -Okay. You come with me, Tucker pup.

You can give our neighbors a friendly "woof"

as I invite them over for sundown.

-[Jill] Thanks, Jamma! -[Tucker barks]

Mum, I need you to help me with the party decorations.

You're the best at getting twinkly lights to work.

-Leave the twinkles to me. -[Jonas chuckles]

Dad, can you make some of your sweet corn pies?

-How many pies would we need? -[Jacky] Please?

-[both] This many! -[Jonas chuckles] You've got it.

[engine starts]

Bye, Jamma.

-Good luck, Jill. -[Jill chuckles]

Jill, what can I do?

Jacky, you're in charge of party entertainment.

Can you make a song for us all to sing?

-You got it! Pickle and Al can help me. -[Jill chuckles]

-Party song! [chuckles] -Party song!

-Let's get this party started. -Whoo!

Okay, Darling.

We have to turn this barn into a party barn.

A party, huh?

We need places for our guests to sit, eat our sweet corn,

and listen to our song.

[grunts] Hay bales. They'll be comfy seats.

Let me help you, Jill. This is what I call "donkey work."

[Jill chuckles]

[grunting]

[Jill pants]

Thanks, Darling. This is the perfect seating area.

And this is where we're gonna perform our song.

[Al, Pickle scatting]

[scatting continues]

Oh. Let's make this song about a beautiful pony.

Or what about a scratching song? Everyone loves scratching.

No, this is a corn-eating party.

I think our song has to be about sweet corn.

-I like pony. -Scratching.

Sweet corn, definitely.

Do you need some help in here, Jacky?

No, thanks. I can figure this out, Jill.

Remember, your song needs to be done by sunset.

-We know. -[Al, Pickle] Mm-hmm.

[sighs] Impressive nose nudging, Darling.

Thanks.

Fresh hay!

We'll make sure these bales are extra comfy.

Party seats done. [sighs]

-[Jenna] Cozy. -[Jill chuckles]

Your guests will be staying for sweet corn seconds and thirds.

[both chuckle]

Now I just need your help to decide where to hang these lights.

[crashing]

[Jonas] Jill? Jill!

[goats bleating]

Your goats are in my sweet corn pie mix.

I'll be back in a minute, Mum.

I want my pony song.

My scratching song. [grunts]

Okay.

But the chickens want their pecking song.

-[keys playing] -Look!

What do I do?

[quacks] I have a song idea, Jacky.

We all love being part of this farm.

[babbles, quacks]

Yeah.

So sing about it.

A Lovely Little Farm song.

Like the one I sang earlier.

I can make that song just right.

So, sisters, is your party gonna be all set for sundown? [chuckles]

-Yes. -[Jacky] Yes. Definitely.

-[Jamma] Jill! -[Tucker barking]

Jamma?

[grunting, panting]

Farmer Jill!

Jamma, is everything okay?

[sighs] Tucker and I are just fine, but the old truck is not so good.

Got a flat tire before we made it to the first house.

Did you invite any of our neighbors?

Oh.

But we need guests to come and eat all our sweet corn.

We cared for our sweet corn so carefully,

and we grew even more than we thought was possible.

It will be wasted if there's no party.

I'm sorry, you two.

But I just don't see how we're gonna get around all the houses

to tell our neighbors in time now.

[quacking]

-Quackety? I need you. -[quacking, muttering]

Quackety, it's your farmer here, Jill.

[muttering, grunting]

I really need you to save our Harvest Day party.

-Can you fly for me, please? -[murmurs]

Hmm. Sorry, Jill. You know I can't fly.

But remember, I said I'd help you do it.

And I have an idea.

Flap and run as fast as you can to take off.

I tried that.

You haven't tried running fast with Tucker in a race.

-[Tucker barks] -[Quackety Duck Duck sighs, quacks]

Come out, Quackety. Race Tucker and fly for us.

We need you to tell all our neighbors about our Harvest Day party.

-And fast. -[quacking]

Please say yes.

Hmm.

-Yes. -Thank you, Quackety.

[Tucker barks]

-On your marks, get set -[Quackety Duck Duck imitating barking]

run, flap, and fly for Harvest Day.

Go!

[Quackety Duck Duck quacking, imitating barking]

-You're in the lead. Flap, flap, fly! -[Tucker barking]

[Quackety Duck Duck shouting, quacking]

-You're doing it, Quackety. -[Tucker barks]

-[Quackety Duck Duck muttering] -[crashing]

Quackety?

Please fly.

You can do it!

[Quackety Duck Duck quacking]

-[Jacky] Whoa! -[Jill] She did it!

-[cheering, clapping] -[Quackety Duck Duck whooping]

-You did it, little duckling. -Whoa!

-I'm flying! -That is one fast pet duckling.

[laughing]

Think you best be ready

for lots of visitors at sunset, Farmer Jill.

-[Jonas chuckles] -We need to practice our family song.

[Jonas, Jamma] Ah.

How does it start, Jacky?

Well

? The sweet corn needs the sun and rain ?

[chattering, laughing]

[birds squawking]

Well, the party barn's ready.

Pies are ready, the entertainment's ready. [chuckles]

And these sisters did it all before sundown.

Quackety will have flown to so many houses and invited lots of our neighbors.

[sighs] I just know it.

[goats bleating]

Remember, you two, if we try hard,

we can all eat lots more of your sweet corn.

Just us. Come on.

Can we wait and look a bit more, Mum? To see if anyone comes.

[sighs] The sun's not quite set. Right, sisters? [chuckles]

Just a little longer.

-Look over there. -[quacking]

I see Quackety!

[Jacky] And I think I can see people.

-[quacking] -[Jamma] Well, I never!

-[Jenna] It's people, all right! -[laughing]

Yes! Mum, Dad, our neighbors are coming. They're following Quackety!

-[quacking] -[laughing]

[Jamma grunts]

-[quacking] -You did it, my little flying duckling.

Get ready. That's a lot of guests

-[party guests greeting] -and you sisters are the hosts.

You saved the day.

[quacking]

[laughing]

-Hi. Happy Harvest Day. -[party guests] Happy Harvest Day.

Welcome to our Lovely Little Farm.

Happy Harvest Day.

[party guests chattering]

[Jill gasps, giggles] Let's get more!

-Hi. You must be our new neighbors. -Hello.

We've just moved here from the city. Everything smells so fresh. [giggles]

Can you believe it's my first time on a real farm?

Oh, it's never too late to fall in love with the wonders of the countryside, uh?

I'm Gwen.

Jamma. [chuckles]

Hi. I'm Jill.

-And I'm hungry. -[laughing, chattering]

-Try this! -Our boys are Eddy and River!

Mmm. This is good.

Thanks, it's our sister sweet corn. Me and my little sister, Jacky, grew it.

-Hi. -[River] Hiya.

[Jill chuckles]

-Our mum says this whole farm is yours. -Whoa!

-Yes. Do you want to look around? -Mm-hmm!

My tour starts at the chicken coop. Come on.

-[chickens clucking] -Meet Wonder Wings.

You can hold her if you like. Eddy first.

Put one hand underneath and the other round the wing.

Hug her gently. That's how she likes it.

Everyone! We're ready to sing. So take your seats right here!

Not yet, you two.

We're not ready yet, Pickle and Al. I was just showing guests around.

Oh!

But we want to sing to everyone!

Sorry, Eddy. Sorry, River. But it's showtime.

[Eddy] That's okay.

It's showtime, everyone.

I like Jacky and Jill a lot.

Yeah. I like their Lovely Little Farm.

-Wait for me and Tucker, Jill! -[Tucker barking]

[party guests chattering]

[baby cooing]

Take your seats! We're ready with our song!

Al. Sorry, we're not quite ready.

Huffity and Puffity are asleep.

-[Jamma] Oh, dear. -[Pickle] And nothing wakes those dragons.

Everything okay, farmers?

Not really, Eddy.

We need our dragons to join in with our Lovely Little Farm song,

and they're asleep.

Wait. Did you say--

-[Jill] Dragons, yes. -[Eddy, River gasp]

-We have dragons. -[party guests chattering]

And nothing wakes them till they're ready.

[party guests laughing]

Hmm, I get it.

We could keep your audience entertained while you work it out.

-Sweet corn! -[chuckling]

-Wow! -Thanks!

[chuckles] I'll be ready to sing as soon as I've eaten this sweet corn pie.

Hmm.

[dragons warbling]

Actually, Dad

Can I have some of that, please?

-[sniffing, squawking] -Sweet corn magic!

It's waking them up. It's that delicious!

-[dragons cooing] -[gasps, chuckles]

-Our sweet corn did it, Jacky. -Yes!

Showtime now!

-I say the magic word -[both] Sweet corn!

[cheering, laughing]

-[Jill] Thanks, Eddy. Thanks, River. -[Gwen chuckles]

[breathes deeply]

Thank you all for coming to our Harvest Day party.

We wrote this song about our Lovely Little Farm.

[applause]

-Our Jamma is "Jamma-tastic." -[chuckles]

Happy?

Yes!

Wait till you see how much of your sister sweet corn is left to share.

-None. -[Jacky] Wow!

We shared it all, and our guests loved it.

Yes!

[chuckles]

Hey. [chuckles]

-I wish we could have guests every day. -Me too.

As it happens, we do have an extra surprise for you sisters.

Mmm, we've been planning this all week.

Close your eyes.

Keep them closed.

Here we are.

[chuckles]

[chuckles]

There!

-[gasps, chuckles] -It's a Lovely Little Farm sharing stall.

[Jamma] Your own stall.

So you can share all the things you sisters grow.

With our neighbors. Maybe every day?

I think people will come. [chuckles]

Shall we do it, Jacky?

-Yes. -[chuckles]

-Then you'll each need one of these. -Ah.

Lovely Little Farm aprons!

-That's the idea. -There we are.

Turn round and I'll do it up for you.

-First a farm, now a farm sharing stall. -[chuckles]

You girls are gonna be busy. [chuckles]

I think we'll need more help, Dad.

Two helpers, ready to serve!

[gasps] Look at all this stuff.

So, what a wonderful end to your first summer as farmers.

And the start of a new adventure. [chuckles]

-Whole family huggle, huh? -Yes!

Farm family huggle?

-[Pickle grunts] -Oh.

[Jenna] We can't huggle without you two, Pickle and Al.

Ah.

-Happy, mmm. -[chuckles]

[Pickle chuckles] Farm family!

[Jill chuckles]

We're all together.

Muddy buddies always stick together on Lovely Little Farm.
