to buy his partners out at a fixed price

His option date
comes up in two days.

Only all of the assets
he thought he had turned out to be nothing but paper.

Now they want to franchise
the Slammer restaurants.

But Joey's partners
have it rigged

so that he won't be able to
exercise his option.
