But if the Hells Angels
discovered that we were cops,

they would have drug a straight
razor across my throat.

-I've never spoken
about my experience

with the Hells Angels before.

-When you put that patch on,
you sign up

for everything
they're gonna do.

-The Hells Angels will kill
their own.

If you betray them,

if you violate their trust
or their brotherhood,

doesn't matter if you have a
Hells Angels patch on your back

or not,
they will kill you.

-Over and over, they say
they are not criminals,

they're rebels rebelling
against a society

for which they have no respect.

-We never gave a [Bleep] about
what anybody else thought.

-We're mostly a bunch of
happy-go-lucky guys

trying to make it
in this world, you know?

-They're misfits,
they're outlaws,

and they defy
the laws of attraction.

-I don't know, I like them,
I adore them.

They're my whole life.

-"Angels forever,
forever Angels."

a criminal organization.

It's an organization
with criminals in it.

-The Hells Angels run
a massive propaganda scheme,

and the unknowing gulp down
that Hells Angels Kool-Aid.

-That is all designed to hide
murder, rape, drug trafficking,

gunrunning, extortion,
assault, arson.

-I'm not trying
to glorify my life,

but I'm certainly not
going to apologize for it.

-I'm doing extreme stuff.

For what?

-I'm telling it the way
it really happened.

I never thought I'd be
talking openly about this stuff.

-My name is Jay Dobyns.
I'm a federal agent,

and I infiltrated
the Hells Angels

between 2001 and 2003.

♪

My cover story was
that I was a gunrunner

and that I was
a debt collector.

The Hells Angels decided,
all on their own,

that I was a hit man.

By the time that I arrived
on the Hells Angels' radar,

they had a 50-year history
of violence and intimidation.

There's been plenty
of biker infiltrations --

never in the most notorious
motorcycle gang

that this planet will ever know.

People that do
what I do for a living,

and treat it like a hobby,
end up dead.

♪

When I first started interacting
with the Hells Angels,

I asked the leadership,

"What are my instructions
if I cross paths with a Mongol?"

And he said, "Their name
doesn't cross our lips.

They're the girls.

And it's your job
to kill girls."

♪

As long as there
is life on Earth,

the Hells Angels and the Mongols
are going to be spilling blood.

♪

♪

-I'm William "Billy" Queen.

♪

I'm a career ATF agent,

and I infiltrated
the Mongols motorcycle gang

and rode more than two years
with those guys.

♪

Mongols started in California,
in Los Angeles.

It was an alternative
to the Hells Angels.

The Mongols were
predominantly Hispanic

and returning Vietnam veterans.

A lot of those guys

came from the gangster streets
in Los Angeles.

They had a pretty tight group,
and it just grew,

and that was a big deal
to the Hells Angels.

[ Engine revs ]

-The whole name of the game
is numbers, right?

They want to get bigger
and bigger

and acclaim more
and more territory.

-Territory, to a outlaw
motorcycle club, is everything.

You got to go back
to the '50s and '60s,

when these different clubs
were city rockers.

The clubs progressed
and got stronger.

They would take more territory.

Ultimately, the Hells Angels
claimed California.

♪

-Each biker group
has a set of colors.

A full member
has a three-piece patch.

It's a top rocker.

♪

The centerpiece
for the Hells Angels

is the death head.

Then, you have
the bottom rocker.

♪

-The Mongols decided
that they were gonna

put on the California
bottom rocker,

which we felt
we had an exclusive on.

It was basically
"[Bleep] the Hells Angels."

♪

-The Hells Angels
went to the Mongols

and they told them,

"You will not run
that California rocker here.

We will annihilate you."

The Mongols said, "Bring it on."

♪

-By the end of 1977,

we were in an all-out
shooting war with them.

[ Gunfire ]
-Aaah!

-Ultimately, the control
and identification of territory

led to 40 years
of blood and violence.

[ Siren wails ]

-These confrontations
are about egos,

about people
puffing their chest out,

and not wanting to be dominated
by another group of men.

♪

It was about power.

The Hells Angels
have always been

the heavyweight champions
of the outlaw bike world,

and everybody's looking
for a title shot.

[ Engine revs ]

-Thousands of bikers
are here in Laughlin, Nevada,

for an event called
the River Run.

♪

-When we pulled into town,
everybody knew it.

We would ride into town like,

man, like 120, 140 of us.

♪

-Hells Angels,

prospect or member,

you're looked at
like you're rock stars.

♪

-We had so many great,
experienced riders

that could do, like, phenomenal
wheelies and burnouts.

-Put on an exhibition
of riding skills...

[ Engine revs ]

...or lack thereof.

-The Laughlin River Run
wasn't just the Hells Angels.

♪

It also attracted all kinds

of dangerous
one-percenter biker gangs.

♪

The Mongols were
the most violent gang,

next to the Hells Angels.

And they were
the Hells Angels' mortal enemy.

[ Engines revving ]

-I hear a bunch of noise.

The walls literally felt
like they were vibrating.

And I look out the window,
and the first thing I see

is a whole line of Mongols.

♪

-We ended up with two
blood-rival gangs there --

the Hells Angels
and the Mongols --

and they were at two different
ends of the Laughlin Strip,

with the Flamingo on one end

and the Harrah's casino
on the other end.

♪

-I was a prospect at the time.

It didn't take me long
to figure out

that we were staying
at the Mongols run site.

♪

We can't leave,
because if we leave,

we're gonna look like
a bunch of punks.

♪

Part of me was like,
"Oh, it's gonna be on."

You know what I'm saying?

And the other part of me
was like, "Holy [Bleep],

what are we about
to get into right here?"

♪

As the Mongols were getting
settled in

and starting to do their thing
in the casino,

I started noticing the way
people were grouping up.

♪

There was no question that
something was about to kick off.

♪

I said, "Listen to me, bro.

Ray, you need to get
the hell over here.

It's all bad, bro.
It's about to blow up, man."

[ Slot machine chiming ]

♪

-I was at the Flamingo Hotel,

working undercover,

trying to infiltrate
the Hells Angels.

♪

And the Flamingo
almost emptied out.

I was left to wonder, like,
"What's going on?

Where did they all go?"

[ Engines revving ]

♪

-Ray Ray comes in with a group
of members from the Flamingo.

♪

Ray had a ball-peen hammer.

♪

And he flipped the handle
of the ball-peen hammer

and handed it to me.

♪

There was a drunk Mongol
sitting against a post,

and he had a cocktail
in his hand.

Ray, Mr. ex-kickboxer,

kicked the Mongol's drink
out of his hand.

♪

The minute that kick happened,

it's just like
everything erupted.

♪

[ Men grunting ]

[ Gunfire, glass shatters ]

♪

I'm in the middle of a shootout
with a ball-peen hammer.

You know what I'm saying?

[ Gunshot ]

All of a sudden, I see this hand
come around with a gun.

♪

I lunge myself forward.

[ Gunshot ]

I felt like I got hit
by a truck.

I landed flat on my face.

It came out my chest,

and it blew the ink
out of my tattoo.

I felt it,
I smelt it, it sizzled.

♪

-All hell breaks loose

during a biker run
in Laughlin, Nevada.

Dozens of Hells Angels
swarm Harrah's casino,

where the Mongols are staying.

It's a bloodbath.

-Some of the major,
most violent players

at the Harrah's riot
were Arizona Hells Angels.

We had no choice
but to investigate them.

But as I learned
more about them,

I realized
I was in over my head.

♪

[ Dramatic music plays ]

♪

-Authorities are calling this
the worst shooting

inside of a casino
in Nevada's entire history.

Three men were killed
at the scene.

Several are listed
in critical condition.

♪

-The game changed for us
after the Laughlin riot,

because it made our
investigation very easy

to sell to the higher-ups.

The Hells Angels were operating
violently with impunity.

They needed to be investigated.

♪

-I've never spoken
about my experience

with the Hells Angels before.

♪

Jay was already established
as this guy in Bullhead City

who rode around on a motorcycle,
in a tank top,

with a double ray gun
because it's open carry.

So he had already
kind of set up his persona.

-The initial plan
of Operation Black Biscuit

was to set up a biker gang
to run side-by-side

with the Hells Angels
in Arizona.

-So the ATF sets up

a chapter
of a puppet club.

♪

Puppet clubs are very valuable
to the Hells Angels

because they already know
they've been vetted.

Maybe they've been
to several runs.

So they know
who these people are.

So it kind of bypasses
a lot of the worry

that they're going to be
informants or law enforcement.

♪

-We had an informant

that made some introductions.

We extorted our way in to the
Solo Angels motorcycle gang.

♪

They were a nobody club
in Tijuana, Mexico.

♪

We set up a charter

entirely made up
of law-enforcement officers

wearing Solo Angel cuts

with Arizona side rockers.

Now we were existing
and living in their world --

in the biker world.

-Setting up a legitimate
puppet club

to infiltrate
a legitimate biker gang

was incredibly novel.

It had never been done before.

This ruse was incredibly risky.

-I understood that as long
as they believed my lie,

I was safe,
but that if I slipped up,

there was going to be
a price to pay for that.

♪

We just mimicked what we saw
the Hells Angels doing.

If they were selling T-shirts,
we sold T-shirts.

When they were handing out
support stickers,

we handed out support stickers.

They were throwing parties,
we threw parties.

And we invited the Hells Angels
to come and be our guests.

♪

We ran an
extensive

street-theater operation.

♪

Street theater is
where we, in law enforcement,

would set up skits

that appeared to be
crime events.

♪

Selling drugs,
buying drugs,

selling guns,
buying guns.

And we would
allow

the Hells Angels to
witness us,

creating inaccurate conclusions
from accurate observations.

We did a full patch ceremony.

♪

We told the Hells Angels,

"We're gonna put a full patch
on this prospect.

It would be an honor for us,

for you to witness us
patching this member."

Before we give him his patch,
we're gonna mud-check him.

♪

"You're gonna see
that we handle our business

the right way."

We want to
put some stress on him.

-Okay.

-We're gonna let him believe

that he's being
actually kicked out of the club.

We need you to play along.

We want to see
what his reaction is.

[ Laughter ]

Ultimately, we put
his patch on his back,

and the entire event
was witnessed

by a dozen Hells Angels.

-Jay Dobyns had this sort of
innate ability

to stay in character 24/7
and live in that world.

♪

He had the persona,
the charisma.

♪

He really convinced
the Hells Angels

that he was this person.

♪

He was courted
by every chapter in Arizona

to be their prospect.

♪

-I befriended

Mesa Hells Angels president
"Bad Bob" Johnston.

All you had to do
was mention that name,

and it struck fear in people.

Everyone knew Bad Bob.

He had a 25-man charter,

a beautiful clubhouse.

He would open doors for me
in the Hells Angels world

that I wasn't capable
of opening on my own.

He was mentoring me.

I said to him,
"You are one of

the most powerful
Hells Angels in America.

Show me how to run a charter.

Show me how to be the baddest
biker on the planet."

[ Engine revs ]

The biggest challenge,
from my perspective,

is, "Can you be
an undercover agent,

and in that environment,
in that world,

maintain your dignity
and your integrity?"

because it's constantly
being challenged.

♪

There's a rail of cocaine
on a bar.

And I'm being told,
"Suck up that rail of cocaine."

And then a gun
is held to my head.

Now you have to make a choice.

Do you want to take
a bump of coke,

or do you want a bullet
in your brain?

It's not a hard decision.

♪

-If you're not
exactly like them,

if you're not
as violent as them,

if you don't do the dope,
if you ain't laid up with women,

if you ain't stealing stuff,

they're gonna be
looking at you, saying,

"Where are you coming from?
What's your problem?"

-The situation with women
being available

and being presented
started to become distracting.

♪

-Jay Dobyns had
a wife and two kids,

and so he was living this life
as a biker 24/7.

But he also had to be the father
and be the husband.

-I was spending as much time
trying to defuse women

as I was investigating my case,

and we had to find
a solution for that.

I needed an agent who could
play a fake girlfriend.

♪

[ Dramatic music plays ]

♪

-I wanted to try out undercover,

and this was a chance to

try and work some undercover

with one of the agents

that we all knew
was one of the best at it,

so I was excited
for this opportunity.

-Jenna Maguire was relatively
freshly out of the Academy.

She was highly intelligent.
She had street smarts.

But probably the biggest asset

was that she was
absolutely fearless.

And so I slowly started
introducing Jenna

and exposing Jenna
to the Hells Angels.

♪

-I did not understand
this world at all.

Jay and I worked daily
on building our relationship.

It's probably like
any relationship.

You had to work at it,
so, every day,

we would discuss
what made sense,

what we were both
comfortable with,

how it would work.

-Jenna and I had
private conversations

on potentially what to expect,
potentially problem situations.

♪

-If you come to
a Hells Angels clubhouse,

you know certain things
are possibly going to happen.

♪

Your body is going to be treated
like an amusement park,

and by several members
possibly.

Sex could be consensual.
It could be rape.

♪

One of the things that Jay and I
decided to do from the beginning

was keep it as close
to the truth as possible.

♪

We allowed the Hells Angels --

specifically, the Hells Angels
wives and girlfriends --

to "train me."

[ Engine revs ]

♪

The old-lady training process
was quite thorough.

Walk a step behind
your old man.

♪

You don't touch the patch.

No speaking
when he is speaking.

♪

Provide his food and drink.

You will be carrying
the drugs...

his gun.

Whether you are
a respected old lady,

or whether you're at the bottom
or anything in between,

we are all just property
of the Hells Angels.

♪

♪

During our investigation,
I became aware

of the Cynthia Garcia case
at the Mesa clubhouse.

♪

-She was a mother

who decided to go drinking
with the Hells Angels.

♪

Cynthia had back-talked
one of the members

while sitting at the bar.

♪

She was punched in the face
and knocked to the ground.

Then, they proceeded
to beat her...

so badly that they decided
they needed to kill her.

♪

They took her out to the desert

and slit her throat.

♪

Just thinking about...

what must have been
going through her mind --

her children and how terrified
she must have been --

was a very scary reality
for me at the time.

♪

♪

-In the Mesa clubhouse

and other Hells Angels
clubhouses,

when you enter
and they barricade the doors

and the windows,
you're not getting out

until they give you permission,
and no one's getting in.

♪

-Jay was being heavily
recruited to prospect

for the Hells Angels,

and we understood at this point,

the game
had become very serious.

-I was like, "Stay close.

If we have a problem,

we're gonna have
a much better chance

of solving it together
than apart."

♪

Our Solo Angels cover story
has come under question.

♪

Members of the Solo Angels
were telling the Hells Angels

that I had basically extorted
my way into that gang,

bought my way into that gang.

We're surrounded
by Hells Angels,

and they're playing
20 Questions.

♪

Guns are out,

and it's
a pretty sketchy situation.

Your heart's beating
a million miles an hour,

but your hand can't shake.

♪

I was accused of being a cop.

Jenna leaned into me
and whispered in my ear,

and she said,
"If you're going down tonight,

I'm going down with you."

♪

[ Dramatic music plays ]

♪

-My cover story
had been compromised.

I was under the assumption
I'd be killed for it.

The Hells Angels
had always believed

that they couldn't
be infiltrated.

Their mentality was,

"A cop cannot run as long
and as hard and as fast

as he would have to
to gain membership in this club

before we can sniff him out."

♪

But in the end,

I was told, "Okay,
if you want to prove yourself,

if you're really with us,

you're gonna drop
that Solo Angel's cut.

You're gonna give it back
or burn it,

and you're gonna wear ours."

♪

-The stakes were high.

It was now time to infiltrate

the infamous Hells Angels.

♪

-When you're a prospect,
it's a nonstop test drive.

♪

Now I was
at their beck and call.

I had to be
where they told me to be,

and when they told me
to be there.

There's everything
from getting that call

to go to Las Vegas
to kill Bandidos,

to your phone ringing
at 2:00 in the morning,

with a patch member saying,
"I want a chocolate milkshake."

You better respond.
You better react.

You better perform, because
it's all part of your test.

It's all part of your mud-check.

♪

Pages and pages of rules
are written down.

♪

For a group, an organization

that doesn't want
to live by rules,

they've got a lot of rules.

-It is a cult, in my belief.

This is not a club.

This is a gang that is closer
to a worldwide cult.

♪

-I was told, "You will give up
every single thing in your life

that you think
is important to you --

your relationships,
your money, your house,

your motorcycle, your dog.

It doesn't matter what it is,

nothing comes
before the Hells Angels."

I wanted to be with
the Hells Angels

more than I wanted to be
with my own family.

I rarely got home.

Sometimes not for weeks,
sometimes not for months.

And my wife confronted me
and she said,

"You can't walk in this house
after being gone that long

and speak to us like
we're street people."

Then, in my defense, I was like,
"Man, I am not a light switch.

I can't turn this off and on.

People that do
what I do for a living,

and treat it like a hobby,
end up dead."

♪

-Our day-to-day lives
were not like a normal couple.

This was not normal.

Normal to the Hells Angels,

but not normal
to most of the world.

We would go to work,
whatever our fake jobs were,

which was our time
to write reports

and do our stuff
that we needed to do for ATF.

And then, after that,
was the socializing

and the partying that
the Hells Angels are known for.

This is why so many undercover
officers are bat[Bleep] crazy,

because it's like they gotta --
"What do I do now

to get my, you know,
crazy going?"

[ Chuckles ]

♪

-I was taking medicine to calm
my nerves during the day.

I was taking medicine
to go to sleep at night.

I was popping diet pills
and energy pills.

-I describe it as the highs.

You know, you're up here,
you're on it.

And then, when you are finished
and you're decompressing,

you come down real low.

-At one point, I had a big
handful of pills in my hand,

and I threw them in my mouth
and choked them down.

And Jenna saw me,

and she's like,
"Man, you are out of control."

-The deeper Jay
gets into prospecting,

the more complicated

the investigation becomes.

♪

He's prospecting for chapters
all over the state.

So it becomes this sort of
logistical nightmare

for the ATF.

♪

-I still hadn't gotten

my Hells Angels patch,

and that was one of my personal,
selfish objectives.

That was not part
of the mission.

It was not part of the plan.
It was Jay's part of the plan.

♪

I approached the Hells Angels
and said,

"For the last two years,

all you've talked about
is killing Mongols.

Well, I've got information
that a Mongol down in Mexico

is saying that they kicked
our ass in Laughlin,

and they're gonna start running
Mexican methamphetamine

up into Phoenix,

right into
Sonny Barger's backyard.

And there's nothing the
Hells Angels can do about it."

♪

Then, I paused and said,

"This is my opportunity
to prove myself.

I want to go to Mexico and
find that Mongol and kill him."

♪

[ Dramatic music plays ]

♪

-To the Hells Angels,

that name and that back patch,

that death head,

that's their religion.

It's more important to them
than their wives or their kids

or their houses or their jobs
or their finances

or their motorcycles.

[ Engines revving ]

I chased getting
a Hells Angels patch,

for entirely selfish reasons.

I wanted to get it.

I wanted to be able to say
that I was the guy

who got inside on them
when no one else could.

♪

When I presented the plan
to kill the Mongol

to my supervisors,
there was justified reluctance.

The question was, "How are you

gonna not set off
a brand-new gang war

that's gonna have
retaliation involved?"

-The ATF really were
very concerned.

There were all kinds of
liability issues, danger issues.

-I was so focused
on the mission

that I didn't really
respect that opinion.

[ Gunshot ]
I was gonna do this.

♪

The Hells Angels gave me a gun.

They gave me instructions
on how to commit the murder.

According
to Hells Angels protocols,

they wanted me to shoot him
in a soft spot,

shoot him in the ear,
shoot him in the eye,

shoot him in the mouth.

Shoot him somewhere
where that bullet

is not gonna struggle
to penetrate the victim's skull.

♪

So we had their permission to go
kill the Mongol in Mexico.

♪

-Don't put it on my ear.
-Keep it out of your ear.

-Yeah, that would --
that would be appreciated.

-I'm gonna put it on your face.
-No problem.

What we're doing is

we're creating the illusion

that the victim of our hit

was hit over the head
with a baseball bat...

-You might want to take
your hand now

and do that in your hair.

-...dragged out to the desert,

where he was executed...

-We don't want him
to look pretty.

-...with his hands
behind his back,

shots to the head.
-I'm scared.

-We took a member
of our task force.

We took a Mongol cut
that was seized.

Put it on our task force member,

took him out to the desert
outside of Phoenix.

-I'm going to Hollywood, baby.
[ Chuckles ]

-And then we had
a homicide detective

that helped us
build a crime scene.

He used bits

and pieces and parts
from the butcher shop.

-I went and procured
some real blood from livestock.

-That's -- That's enough, dude.

-Some tissue,
which would be a lung.

Because of FDA rules and such,

you can't have brain because
of the different diseases.

But the lung material will be
placed around the location

of where the wounds
will be on the head.

And it'll appear as if
he took a shot to the head

and part of his brain matter
is protruding out.

-What do you think?

-Longer.

-They had to somehow
make it convincing

that they had murdered
a Mongol in Mexico,

and somehow get the bloody cuts

back to the Hells Angels.

-Well, we cut down this side.

-It was a very dicey moment
for the ATF,

because it either meant

they weren't going to
pull this ruse off,

and Jay and his group
would be killed on the spot,

or they were going to
pull it off,

and then they were going to have
the problem of a biker war.

♪

-We brought our evidence...

...to an undercover trailer...

...invited the Hells Angels.

I handed them a FedEx box

sent from Mexico.

One of the Hells Angels
members takes it.

♪

He starts taking out
the contents.

And he shows everybody the
Mongol cut with the blood on it.

♪

And they start looking at
the pictures of this Mongol

with his head caved in...

...beaten...

...shot...

duct-taped...

...shallow grave.

♪

Shortly thereafter,

we were invited to
the Skull Valley clubhouse.

This is it.

They're gonna make us members,

we're gonna become made men,
or they're going to kill us.

♪

[ Dramatic music plays ]

♪

-One of the members

put a Hells Angel cut on my back

and he said,
"Welcome to the gang, brother.

Consider yourself
a Hells Angel."

♪

-Would have went to the, uh,
West Coast meeting,

and from the West Coast meeting,
the United States meeting.

There's a bureaucratic ladder
one has to climb

to be recognized
as a Hells Angel.

♪

-I was pissed, like,

"What are you talking about,
I have to wait?

I just proved to you
that I murdered a Mongol.

I'm not waiting.
I want my patch.

And I want it now."

♪

-There's always been
a controversy.

Was he promised a membership?

Only Jay knows

and the people that he had
that conversation with.

♪

-They were like,
"Just give us some time.

We're gonna get you stitched up.
Don't worry about it."

And I'm thinking to myself,
"I don't have time."

I was so exhausted.

I was more gangster
than I was husband

or father or federal agent.

That's a very dangerous place
to be.

My wife had a conversation
with me at one point.

She said, "You know what?

You're out there
saving the world

and solving
everybody else's problems,

and your own family's
melting down before your eyes."

And it was true.

Um, and at the time,
I'm not sure that I cared,

or at least cared
as much as I should have.

♪

-Jay was very close

to becoming
a full patched member.

He could only gather
so much information

and evidence as a prospect,
but as a full patched member,

he would then be given
an invitation

into the inner sanctum.

But he was having trouble

extricating himself
from that dual life.

He was living it
and becoming it.

The ATF also had concerns

that he was almost
at the point of no return.

They were losing control
of their operative.

♪

Then, they were going to have
the problem of a biker war.

What are you going
to do about this?

If a Mongol is murdered,

surely the Mongols

are now going to
want retribution.

What do you do
when it's a fake Mongol?

I mean, how
do you pull that off?

All of those three scenarios
were problematic for the ATF,

so they had to make
a determination quickly

if this was going to go south,

that they were going
to do the raids,

you know, get them out of there.

♪

-700 cops in five states
swept down

on Hells Angels' homes
and hangouts

in California, Nevada, Arizona,
Washington, and Alaska.

In all, 57 of the outlaw bikers
and associates

are now under arrest.

♪

-With any investigation

in a criminal prosecution,

the government is going
to have to expose

who was operating
on their behalf.

The Hells Angels found out that

Jay Davis,
the gunrunner,

debt collector,
hit man,

was Jay Dobyns
the federal agent.

[ Truck horn honks ]

-There wasn't a plan
for how they were going to

keep him safe,
keep his family safe,

make sure that he would
not worry about retribution.

-The death and violence threats

started flooding in.

"You are going to run
for the rest of your life

from the Hells Angels.
We know where you live.

We know your kids go to school.
We know what buses they ride."

-He was literally moving
every two weeks,

trying to find, you know,
safe harbor for his family.

At one point,
his house was burned down.

-That was very frustrating
for me and for my partners.

You commit two years
of your life

and the blood, sweat, and tears,

to watch it fall apart
on the steps of the courthouse.

I wanted to leave a legacy,
and there is no legacy to leave.

I wanted to finish,
like, with a reputation

and respect and dignity
and admiration.

And it wasn't there.

Black Biscuit has been over
for 20 years,

and I'm still trying to, like,
get back to my ordinary life.

Jenna's career kept moving,

and she kept doing
amazing things.

I think she came out
of the back end of this

much better than I did.

-For me personally,
it was an immense,

a fantastic, and exciting
learning experience

that jump-started
my career with ATF.

-Jay Dobyns certainly came
closer than anybody ever has

to infiltrating
the Hells Angels.

And what that does is it
creates a level of paranoia

that's really undescribable.

You know, you start looking
at your fellow brother

and you start wondering what's
going through this guy's mind.

"Is he gonna turn on me?

Is he working with the cops?
Is he a cop?"

-In the end,

we were nothing
more than a speed bump

in the history
of the Hells Angels,

and they ran right over
the top of me

and kept going.

They're bigger, stronger,

faster than they've ever been.

We're a part of their history,

but a small part
of their history.
