delivered a soulful rendition
of a Bob Dylan classic.

AJ: I come from
many different tribes.

I grew up in
what we call our circle.

We put a drum in the middle.

I always gravitated
to that drum.

I wanted to be in the band
as a young kid.

Chance: I thought AJ just had
such a strong voice.

I just felt like
he was grabbing us

and making us turn around.

AJ has such
a great vibe.

I love the richness

Illinois front man Ryan Argast

be able to have sold-out shows,

have music on the radio,

but being on "The Voice"
is absolutely massive.

Frank: Being Mexican,
I’m so proud of my culture,

but even though
I love mariachi music today,

my genre leans
mostly towards R&B.

The richness in
that baritone

when he was in his chest
voice in the lower register,

I was blown away.

John:
Dan + Shay's team is great.

They’ve got
a nice variety of artists,

and they’ve been singing
for a long time.

I think all of that background
of writing, producing,

performing, that makes them
real competition.

Daly:
20-year-old country rock artist

Ducote Talmage also joined
Team Dan + Shay.

The fire truck's

As a firefighter, it’s a
wide range of different things

that at any moment
you could be called to.

It can definitely be scary,

but you know, that’s where
your training kicks in.

Being on stage, it’s definitely
going to be nerve-wracking,

but I think I can use
that training

to calm the nerves a little bit,
keep my head straight.

Our son Leland passed away
on my birthday.

but it took a good friend
to remind me,

around me.

and we lived right down
the street

from the famous
Edmund Pettus Bridge.

My grandma
was a part of Bloody Sunday.

That is when they marched
across the bridge.

I come from a place
where no one ever makes it out.

I’m excited that my entire city
will be able to see this.

when she landed 30-year-old
chiropractor Donny Van Slee.

Donny: Since I’ve been
on the set of "The Voice,"

I see that people are carrying
a lot of heavy equipment.

I’m a chiropractor.
I can’t help it
as a chiropractor

to look at their posture
and be like,

"They could probably use
a good adjustment right now."

I’m very gentle.

I would have loved to adjust
everybody on set. [ Laughs ]

had to stay determined
to not give up on her dream.

Ashley: In April of 2019,

I had got into a car wreck.

The airbags didn’t deploy,
and the seatbelt didn’t lock,

so I pretty much broke my face
on the steering wheel.

I had a fracture in my nose,
stitches in my mouth.

My right ear suffered
the most injury,

and then eventually
I lost my hearing

in my right ear because of it.

Music has helped me
get through hearing loss.

You know, it continues
to push me to learn things.

really included.

But in the past few years,
I’ve been diagnosed with autism,

and now it all really does
make sense.

I absolutely think my autism
is a huge reason

why I was hyper focused
on singing,

and since finding out,
life has been so much better.
